Bergeron’s Boudin & Cajun Meats

This place is awesome. The gumbo is excellent. The steak poppers are amazing. The boudin balls are stellar (especially the pepper jack stuffed). You won't regret getting anything from this place. Can't recommend it enough.

We have been to both Bergeron's locations multiple times while traveling through the area. They have the best Andouille!!In their counter cases the offer fresh meat, sausages, and a wide variety of prepared items including boudin, Tasso, fried boudin balls, and a while array of prepared ready-to-take items. They also have fresh pork and chicken cracklings.In their freezers they have prepared packaged items such as red beans, gumbos, stews and more... and we've tried several items and always enjoyed them!

I have been to this establishment a couple times and never was disappointed. This is my 1st time getting this salad after calling in the order. The cashier that answered was very polite, helpful and funny she really enjoys working here. The place was very nice and cool. On the other side they have smoked everything lol I would recommend this place if you're in the Port Allen area

I tried a Moonie's Chicken Sandwich and the jambalaya. Both were flavorful and I plan to revisit to try more items.

Everything we got was delicious. I recommend getting a taste of it all before you purchase. Then buy what you want to eat now and buy frozen for later. You won't regret it.

Love this little marketI come here for the delicious smoked pork andouille and handmade sausage selection. The cracklings are great also. They also have fresh hog head cheese and boudin as well as ribeyes steaks and just about anything seasoned Cajun and ready to cook. They also have delicious cooked deli items like bacon wrapped cheese stuffed Jalapeño peppers, Cajun eggrolls and much much more. If your hungry now or if your looking for something different to cook for supper this is the place to come. There is also a Cajun and bbq joint next door owned by the same people and they have great Poboys.I got cracklings today to snack on and some pork andouille sausage I'm going to chop in my food processor and add to the red beans I'm cooking for supper and I also got a pound of green onion sausage links that I'll slice up and cook in my red beans n rice for supper tonight. Thanks to Bergeron's Cajun meats my supper is gonna be so delicious tonight.

Food is great! Service is good! Ambiance looks lovely and like Cajun food ! Yummy..

extremely disappointing food! what happened? 20 years ago they were great today they are awful. I spent $80 of various meats. so far what I have tasted it's awful. Will never go back.
