CASH ONLY! Well, they might accept EBT but no other card payments.Affordable prices on fresh seafood. Can't speak on their boiled seafood, as I've never tried it. There's usually a long line and wait but depending on who's directing the line, it can get complicating and rowdy outside. Be careful on how you park your car, too, as the lot is small and people start to block one another.

Hands down, B & J Seafood's crawfish is the best!!! We have been eating their crawfish since the 1990's when they were on St. Claude Avenue. The flavor is not too spicy, not salty it is just right. The lines are always long and you have to order ahead to get it, because it really goes fast. They have not changed the recipe for years and I hope they don't.

We had B&J boiled crawfish for our daughter's wedding. They were perfectly seasoned and expertly cooked. All of our guests commented on how good they were. Highly recommended!

Just had their crawfish for the first time. No flavor or seasoning of any kind. The only taste was akme spice and salt . Nothing else to give it a pleasant flavor and make it more enjoyable. Price is $3.00 a pound currently. Live crawfish is $1.79 would rather buy live and cook at home if able to. The size is Pretty decent but flavor is nonexistent plus no sausages of corn available!

My sister introduced me to this spot who lives in Houston, go figure! Though they've been here for years I've just started shopping with them regularly for my seafood. I love them! They have become my go-to place for seafood. You can't beat their price. The fresh shrimp is pretty and if you're from here you'll know exactly what I mean. Their boiled seafood is always delicious, don't forget the potatoes, corn, and sausage. Maybe I shouldn't tell you all this because when I show up I wouldn't want the line wrapped around for blocks . The only problem is that they don't take debit or credit cards. Cash or FS. They'll take a check only if you live in the parish. I have to always remember to stop for cash when I go but it's always worth it.
