If you're looking for fresh seafood or just delicious seafood in general this is the place to go! Seriously, look no further April's seafood has the best and freshest seafood in town. They are also very knowledgeable on the items they carry so if you have any questions at all they can answer it for you. Amazing seafood, knowledgeable employees and the friendliest people you will ever meet! With that being said, enjoy your food from April Seafood! You'll thank me later.

Bought a bushel of crabs from here and omg just look at how delicious! Heavy crabs and big claws! They got #1 males too! Other items I've gotten from them before includes crawfish & shrimp. Throw in some sides like potatoes, corn, mushroom, sausage, brussel sprouts, edamame, etc... and you literally get the best seafood boil ever! After so many great purchases, I told myself I need to leave them a review because their fresh seafood is consistently so good & the world needs to know!!

This place knows their seafood and the customer service is awesome. Gotta love the people here. The shrimp are a must have. When crawfish season rolls in def get you some for your crawfish boils. Won't regret it!

First boil of the Season and April's did not disappoint! The sacks are always clean and fresh. Over the past few years using them, maybe a few dead one. Fairly priced, always reliable, and always excellent and helpful customer service. I highly recommend this establishment for all your seafood needs.

Hands down the best sea food in the west Bank, if you trying to get some sea food best get it from April seafood!!

Bought two sacks of crawfish from them. Price could have been beat but not outrageous, either, considering it was Good Friday. One sack was pretty good... shells a bit tough and dark, about a dozen dead ones in the whole sack, no debris at all. Mixed, but mostly very nice size with plenty of really really big ones. Second sack was even better, size more consistent, some rice field debris to pick out, but only one dead crawfish in the entire sack, (!!!), shells bright, clean, and easy to peel once boiled. I suspect the first sack was swamp crawfish and the second sack was farm. Didn't notice any taste difference. This stand is getting some pretty decent crawfish and I will be buying two more sacks for Saturday. Looks like a very dependable vendor. I can definitely recommend them, at least for crawfish.

The only vendor I will buy shrimp from at the Westwego Shrimp Lot! My dad and I have being coming here for years, April is the absolute best

I had quit buying live seafood for 20 or so years..because I couldn't find what I wanted.. until I tried April's seafood.. the crabs are #1 and full I won't go any where else hope she stays in business for a long time.. thanks April
