My friend chose this place for us to go give a try and just the name had my attention. Not that this place let me down, but my expectations were very very high. To begin it's a very small building. Walk in and order on your right literally in front of the door, there's 8 tables on the inside but they're all very close to each other. It's very tight inside, & they have a couple tables outside as well. The man taking orders was very well mannered and patient, the grill is right behind him and you can watch everything being cooked if wanted. It's a pretty big burger I must say, and it is cooked over a flame but I just didn't care for it. Taste was alright but nothing spectacular like I hoped for, and the onion rings weren't terrible but not my favorite. Sort of like that sweet batter that I know sonic has. I do find the price a little steep but the burger is pretty big so..it was $19 for the burger and onion rings and a bottled drink. This won't be a place that I will be talking about much but you can go and get your own opinion

Excellent delicious juicy burgers! Cheese fries are amazing! Picked it up to go and it was still hot when we got home.

Burger was yummy, yet the bread was not the freshest! Kinda ruined the deliciousness of the burger!

Very inexpensive, staff friendly and move quick, but that burger is on another level, it's not even seasoned but yet the burger have a very good taste, Anita for burger president ya dig!!

One of THE BEST BURGER places! Friendly staff. Fast service. Burgers are prepared to order any way you like it. I love the classic cheeseburger dressed with extra mayo, and add bacon, sauteed onions, mushrooms, & BBQ sauce (on the side). The fries are always hot.

Best burgers on the West Bank hands down. Love the feel of the place, feels like somewhere trapped in time when you walk in. Still the exact same layout as when it opened with the blinds making the inside dark and like a random burger joint you'd stop at on a road trip. Service is always great, cool dudes working there. Can't stress enough that they have the best burgers.

Found this hole in the wall yesterday while driving home from New Orleans. I'm always looking for good burger joints so I turned around. This place is difficult to see from the road. First thing I noticed was no smiles from the staff and really loud good classic rock from a speaker by the door. Hamburgers are 1/2 lb. frozen machine made. Menu claims they are grade A Black Angus. I don't know. I ordered a cheeseburger Poboy fully dressed. It came with fries and looked great when I got home and opened the container. I was thinking I had found a really great burger joint in my area. Unfortunately no. The meat patty was pretty dry and how do I say this, it seemed compacted with no flavor. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were fresh and good but the poor bread not so much. I am from the New Orleans area and grew up eating Poboys. It is very difficult no impossible to make a decent poboy with out using French bread made in New Orleans. It's probably best not to even try. I sure miss Ruby Reds steak burgers. With a few changes this could be a really great rocking hole in the wall. Start with getting rid of the frozen angus beef and just use quality 80/20 chuck hand formed.
