Ajun Cajun

Was craving some ramen and decided to try somewhere new. The place was clean and simple, order at the counter and they brought it out quick. The menu had lots of options. We liked what we got but weren't absolutely enamored with it either. Definitely satisfied the cravings for the night though!!

I can't wait to visit Ajun Cajun Ajain. What a wonderful find on a chilly evening! AC is a cozy corner joint over by Oak Street. I ordered the Champon. It warmed my heart and belly.

Fusion Japanese comfort food and with a Cajun flair, Ajun Cajun is a fun little spot New Orleans serving everything from poboys to ramen and yakisoba to gumbo. The owner is sweet and the flavors are out of this world. Prices are very reasonable $-$$$ and portions are very much shareable.

I get excited every single time I see them at a festival. At this point, I've tried everything from the soft shell crab, to wonderfully tempura battered fish but my absolute favorite is the beef yakiniku. Seasoned to perfection and cooked to melt in your mouth, I found myself savoring every bite and and unconsciously dancing.

My daughter and I got delivery from here recently and we really liked it! As the name suggests it is Cajun food with an Asian twist. Sounds crazy but it works! We ordered the Yakiniku Po-Boy, and the Teriyaki Chicken Po-Boy. We preferred the Teriyaki, but both were delicious! Prices are reasonable for what you get. Can't wait to try some of their other offerings!

Food was amazing. The pork katsu curry reminded me of Japan. It is a must try. The place is a smallCajun Asian fusion serving New Orleans / Japanese food. Very unique place. Service was great as well. I would definitely come back to try other dishes.

If this place was located in a more popular area it would be crazy busy but for some reason oak street businesses struggle to survive. Most restaurants only survive a year or two at best. The fact that Ajun Cajun has made it this far is a testament to their flavorful cuisine.

Ajun Cajun is a cool spot on Oak Street. I decided to give them a shot by trying their fried shrimp platter w fries & broccoli salad w a side of their Cajun sauce. The service was to the point you walk in order at the bar and seat yourself and a server brings out your food.Everything was fried perfectly the batter had a little heat from the pepper but it was good none the less. The Cajun sauce had a hint of sesame oil it was tasty too but I would've loved some tartar sauce which they didn't carry. Overall it was a good meal. I'll just bring my own tartar sauce next time.

This place has excellent Ramen. You have to wait a little while, but the miso Ramen was worth the wait. I would recommend adding cashu, corn and an egg. No alcohol but that's OK.

Excellent and very authentic Food. Home made curry beef rice is very impressive. Fries is very good too. Crab stick and cucumber salad is fresh. Environment: full of beautiful.
