If you don't start changing your cooking oil regularly you are going to lose your customers. The last few times I've been your food is horrible.

My food tasted burnt and did not taste anything like Chinese food. The shrimp were few, rubbery, and flavorless. The chicken was soggy and dry. I'm not sure where the honey came from that was added to my wings. Also, my food was not ready when I arrived to pick it up. I ordered honey wings and shrimp fired rice. One and done for me!

Recently had lunch at NJC. They have online ordering which is very convenient. I ordered the Hunan Chicken lunch combo with a shrimp egg roll. My order was ready when I arrived and piping hot. When I opened my container, there was lots of steam and it smelled spicy good. I actually requested extra spicy like I do every place. Upon sampling, a flavor bomb went off in my mouth! The vegetables were cooked perfectly and the chicken was flavorful. Even the rice was cooked perfectly and not stale or overly sticky. The egg roll was just a tad soggy and that is my only complaint. I will definitely consider this restaurant when I'm in the mood for Chinese. You

I think food is great! All the people talking about chicken wings... why are you going to a chinese restaurant for chicken wings anyways? MY personal favorites are the curry chicken, vegetable mei fun, moo shu chicken and hot and sour soup. They will always customize the order to your liking and cohere to allergies. Sometimes the breaded chicken (like general tso) is too breaded but it isn't a big deal. You can order white meat to work around that. It IS a bit spendy, but thats often the price to eat out in general these days anyway. I urge everyone that hasn't, to try to eat an actual chinese dish from here. Not a chinese-american dish.

Food was not good. It was without flavor. Had the sesame chicken and it was mostly breading. Had the sautéed green beans and they were woody and raw! Had the snow peas and berm and the beef was tough and no flavor.

Over $60 in purchase yesterday. This is the result:Wonton Soup very flavorfulHouse Special Egg Foo Yung - OK Chicken Wings - Way overcooked and therefore dryFried Shrimp - Way overcookedLoMein - OKCrab Rangoon - Under cooked pastry shellShrimp egg roll - only had 1 piece of shrimpFried Rice - minimal flavor, no eggDoesn't look like we will be going here again - Not worth it only for the soup. Will go back to Asia Café in Flowers in Clayton which has somewhat diminished quality since the start of the pandemic. We tried King Chinese Buffet in the Walmart shopping center in Garner (NC42 & I-40) for takeout. We thought it very good, but it's a bit of a drive from the Knolls in the Neuse subdivision in Clayton/Wilson's Mills.

We wanted Chinese fare somewhere close to home with dine-in seating. Most of the options we saw only offered pickup or delivery so we were happy to find this restaurant. We arrived around 6:45 so I was expecting we might have to wait for a table but we were the only people eating in. The place was clean, the seating adequate; however, most of the orders were being picked up. And there were many call-in orders. The staff were courteous & the price point was good. But I found the sweet & sour chicken just "ok". The pork fried rice did not taste any different than brown rice; very bland If I had not had duck sauce & soy sauce, I could not have eaten what I did. It also came with an egg roll. I love egg rolls; however, even though it was crispy & full of good ingredients, the outside tasted like it had been cooked in oil that needed to be changed out. My husband had beef & broccoli. We would rate it average with the same bland pork fried rice. There was no real ambiance; just a nice & clean place to dine in. We will probably not go back again, I am sad to say because it would be nice to have good Chinese fare close to home. Next time we will plan ahead & go to P F Chang's. Wish I had a more positive review. SOMEBODY likes their food, though, because people were picking up their called in orders the whole time we were there.
