After Los Cucos closed early I found this spot on my way out of the parking lot next to Crafty Crab. Upon entrance i was greeted and taken to my seat. I visited around 8 so it wasn't packed. I received the usual chips and salsa before placing my order and to my surprise they offered 3 options for dipping. I ordered the Carne Guisada ($15) and margarita ($11). The food came out pretty quickly and the staff was very attentive to make sure I had a pleasant visit. I will return for a second try at their menu.

I've been coming to this place for 15 years and it still never disappoints! I'm so happy I get to come back to Houston and see some of the same familia that's been here since I first came! The beef enchiladas are my favorite!!! Of course with queso and a margarita!!! I love that it is family oriented, food is always consistent and it's always hot and good! Tonight I was able to get my parents from Dallas and they absolutely love it!!

We came to Houston to visit our daughter & grandson and she took.us to this amazing Mexican restaurant!! Everything was fantastic! We did not have to wait for a table & had amazing gold margaritas!! They were so yummy!!! The Chips and salsa were hot and fresh! The queso was so good! I had the Mexican plate with crispy beef taco, cheese enchilada, and tamale! So good! The flour tortillas were made from scratch, hot & fresh. So good! My husband had beef enchiladas and double rice, so good! Got sopapillas to go! they look amazing! had a couple of hornitos shots of tequila! So good. You must check this place out. Service was excellent! The owner came by and checked on us several times too! We will be back!

I am retired now. Also the last few months I am without transportation until the wife gets home. I tried Natalia's Mexican Restaurant delivery via Grub hub.. They got this lunch special. I forgot the name on the menu but it consists of 3 or 4 strips of beef fajitas, warm flower tacos, some guacamole, rice and refried beans, 1 cheese enchilada and pico de gallo. Chase all that down with a fountain drink. Nice. I don't know what the place looks like. From there to my house is a nice stretch. But they deliver. They are located off 290 and Jones Rd. For take out and delivery you can't beat this place.C

I was looking for a good Mexican restaurant close by in Jersey Village so I dropped into Natalia's on a Friday at about noon. There was immediate seating and a friendly staff. The greeter took an immediate order for a beverage (water in my case) and a young man produced chips and three salsas for dip. The chips were crisp but the salsa were bland. I asked if they had beer since there was no listing on the menu and they said they did. I ordered a Tecate and a lunch special of a combo chicken/beef fajita tacos with an enchilada, rice and beans. The Tecate arrived with a frosted mug, slice of lime and cold can. The food arrived on a very hot plate. Both the chicken and beef were in two long strips and seemed to have been grilled over an open flame. There were guacamole and salsa cruda to add to the build it yourself tacos. Again, there was no heat in the salsa which was surprising as it appeared to have diced pepper in it. The rice and beans were, well, rice and beans. Bottom line, great service, friendly folks. The food needs something to kick it up a notch.

This place was terrible. I agree with another reviewer that the guacamole was not right. It tasted fake. The salsa was a no go. The charro beans had zero flavor. The chicken I had was over cooked and some of it was too tough to chew. Maybe I caught the place at a bad time but jeez. The mushroom sauce was the only thing I liked. It's not good.

My wife and I went for dinner and the waiter promptly took our drink order. Shortly after we were given chips with 3 salsa's. The green sauce had no flavor except maybe some kind of sweetener added to it. The two red salsa's had absolutely no flavor at all. Our house margaritas were brought to the table and they were super icy and extremely watered down. There was maybe 1/2 an ounce of tequila in each jumbo margarita. Then the food came out. Beef fajita meat had absolutely no flavor and was extremely chewy. The enchiladas were more like taquitos in that they were almost crispy. Rice had a little flavor to it but very bland in my opinion. Beans didn't really taste homemade to me. The only highlight of the meal were the flour tortillas which were homemade. We tried this place almost 15 years ago and wanted to give them another chance since the reviews were overall good but man we made a bad mistake. Will never eat at this restaurant again and don't recommend anyone else either. The people who gave it good reviews either have lost their taste buds or have never had good Mexican food before. The food was absolute garbage.

Still good after all these years! We went there for lunch, at least once a week for years, and it's refreshing to know that it's still good!

OVERINDULGENCE!!! SHAME! SHAME! SHAME! I admit it! I was extremely naughty on this day! Luckily, I enjoyed just about everything that I overindulged in. First, I had an early lunch at Chipotle and later in the evening, I joined my daughter and a friend at The Crafty Crab. However, after our visit at the Crafty Crab, I was not ready to go home and I wasn't full. Therefore, I found myself wondering next door to Natalita's. Before I decided to give them a try, I took to Yelp to check out the reviews and I saw some fellow Elites that had given good comments on this establishment. Based on their recommendations, I decided to go for it. Upon entering the doors, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff and seated immediately. My server did not waste any time serving me complimentary chips and salsa. He gave me a menu and took my drink order. I wasn't too too hungry, because as I stated previously, I had just finished indulging at the Crafty Crab. Therefore, I did not order any appetizers. I just wanted some solid food, or like my grandfather used to say, "something to stick to my ribs," lol. I ordered a Mango Margarita with Tajin on the rim and a fried avocado dinner for my entree. I was completely satisfied with my meal which consisted of one fried avocado stuffed with cheese and chicken, one taco al carbon, one cheese enchilada, Spanish rice, pico de gayo, and refried beans. It was absolutely delicious. However, I opted out of the beans because my stomach can't take the bloating and pain caused by the beans. The fried avocado was delectable and mouthwatering good! The cheese's meltability inside the avocado was outstanding, stretching with each and every glorious bite that I took. Surprisingly, the avocado was huge and fulfilling. The cheese enchilada was phenomenal in flavor which paired amazingly with the rice and the pico. The taco al carbon was just as equally delicious as the avocado and the enchilada. Aside from the delicious flavor of the food, I appreciate the fact that the food was not greasy. Have you ever had an enchilada dinner at a restaurant and your plate is full of yucky greasiness? Well, I have and I despise it. For that alone, I have to give an awesome rating for Natalita's! Furthermore, the ambience of this establishment was relaxing with Spanish tunes playing in the background creating a cheerful cultural Mexican atmosphere! The colorful interior of the restaurant added a nice touch, generating a bright and jovial mood for the customers. I almost didn't want to go home. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Overall, my dining experience was wonderful and satisfying. The food and drinks were deliciosa y muy bueno. The staff treated me with kindness and respect. The restaurant was nice and clean. Their drinks are not that strong, so if you like strong margaritas, ask for an extra shot on the side. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo Natalita's!!! I will be back in the future!

Food is more expensive than the other Natalita's and not nearly as good. They upcharged for sour cream and a few extra tortillas when we had a party of 12. Service was good but we were very surprised when our margaritas were $17 each. We were celebrating 2 birthdays and they did nothing to acknowledge them. There are too many other Mexican restaurants in the area that are as good or better with out the extra charges. We won't be back or recommend this establishment to friends. The carpet was old and the bathroom was weird and small. It's a shame that they don't measure up to the other restaurants with the same name.
