We stopped by Otto's because of a recommendation from our bartender at M.L. Rose. It was walking distance from our AirBNB.We sat at the bar and found the place to have a cool vibe. Bartenders were very knowledgeable and we ordered their Old Fashioned. It was excellent. They have a pretty good bourbon selection also.We would definitely visit this place again and would recommend to friends visiting the area.

Otto's is a cool "dive" bar on the West side of town. I've been a couple of times with friends and always appreciate the welcoming vibes and fun car theme. Everything from the signage to the bathroom sinks are reminiscent of an old auto garage, and it's done really well. There's a few parking spots out front, as well as a larger lot out back. Street parking also isn't too hard to come by if the lots are full. If you visit during happy hour, you'll unlock some fun drink specials, including Otto's signature Teeny Martini. Outside of happy hour, the cocktail prices are pretty comparable to other bars in the area. I also really like the Otto's Tune Up on draft, which is brewed specially for their bar by East Nashville Brew Works. Weather-permitting, the patio area is covered and comfy, with lots of room for your group to spread out. Otto's is a solid local option to grab drinks on a weeknight or a weekend, away from the hustle and bustle of Downtown Nashville.

One of the best neighborhood bars in the city. It's truly a local spot.Drinks are craft cocktail price, but quality liquor and well crafted. Tacos and nachos hit. Patio space is stunning with a variety of seating.Parking sucks with limited spots, but to be expected in the city. You might be able to luck out with the few spots out front or back, or street parking. But I've had to circle several times occasionally.Nonetheless the cool, laid back vibe with quality drinks is worth it. Bartenders are super nice, chill, and know their way around the bar.

I was pretty shocked to see how packed this spot was on a random Tuesday* in early Fall. And not only was it crowded, it was crowded with tourists/non-locals? Huh? Wha? How did they even know this neighborhood existed, much less this bar? I was confusion. But my answer to 'why is parking so bananas?' was answered.I'd also added to the conundrum, as I'd instructed an out-of-town friend of mine to meet me here. But I figured my localness trumped anything else. The bar was/is non-descript and homey. It's a nice combo. Swing open the heavy door, look around inside at the bar and make a bee-line to the patio. Normally, this would have been the optimum move. Thanks to global warming, it was summertime hot so Otto's had an industrial fan blowing. I appreciated the motion but it didn't do much for the heat. It just made everyone's personal items blow around. 'B' for effort.Perhaps another reason for the crowd was that it was 'taco Tuesday': $2 tacos and $6 margaritas. I make it a personal rule not to eat at bars so cheap margs it was. I was pleased to note that despite the 'cheap'** price, the marg was decently boozy and objectively tasty. I had two.*** Typically, I like to make my way down a menu and try the proprietary drinks to see if I like the bar's POV. However, a good happy hour offering will always beat menu curiosity. I just have a reason to come back.*Prices have gone up on the tacos, beloved.**Remember when drinks were standard $6-$8?***I stayed a while. Don't give me that look.

Stopped by at 4:30 on a Wednesday to an already pretty full bar- which means it must be good! I took a seat at the bar and was greeted immediately by the bartenders who kept great conversation the rest of the evening. I'll be honest, nothing on the cocktail menu was speaking to me, but after chatting about what I usually like (sour and citrusy), the bartender was able to deliver an amazingly delicious drink. Otto's was our "pre-game" before heading to dinner, so my friend and I each got 1 taco which was the perfect appetizer for our night. I'll need to come back and plan to enjoy a full meal!Overall, Otto's is just a great, friendly, and comfortable neighborhood bar that is delivering in all aspects. I'll be back!

$7 burger for burger week was one of the best - if not THE best - in the city. Cozy lil spot on the west side w/ an East nasty vibe. Tasty cocktails. Recommended.

Service seemed really unfriendly. They seemed to favor the regulars over new people wanting to explore different vibes of bars. If you're expecting live music, DO NOT come here. My friends gin and tonic was really dry and weak in alcohol. I still can't wrap my head around how un-welcoming the bartender was. You're paying for the scene which is not bad, the service however, needs a revamp. Probably won't be back here

Ottos is a fun spot right off Charlotte. The parking lot is small but lots of parking on the street beside it.We went here for burger week so it was a little busier than normal. They had the secret bodega setup outside on their patio making burgers all night. Service was great even with it being so busy. Drinks were fantastic! Definitely try the Georgia Pine Old Fashioned!
