Best meal from my weekend in Nashville.I love all Mediterranean and adjacent type foods, and Epice did not disappoint. Parked in the lot next door no problem and had a reservation as we were coming in on a Saturday night. Space was architecturally really beautiful. Our waiter was really lovely and attentive. We enjoyed getting a variety of things and sharing - eggplant dip (Al Raheb), flatbread (Manoushi) and grape leaves to start and then the vegetables as a main. Their fryer was down so we weren't able to get the falafal but were more than satisfied with what we got. Everything was incredibly flavorful and we were wowed with each dish.

Went for date night last week and had a fabulous night--the service is attentive and the wait staff is very knowledgeable and makes great recommendations. They check on you throughout the night and make sure everything is taken care of. It is a small place so it feels intimate. We didn't have trouble finding street parking but we went in the middle of the week. Our drinks throughout the night were great. The appetizers were the highlight of the meal--the hummus with meat was fantastic as was the tabbouleh and cauliflower. We ordered the branzino, lamb chops, and chicken. The fish and lamb were standouts of the three dishes and the sides they came with were flavorful and accompanied the dish nicely.

Nothing standout, but super light, fresh, sophisticated Lebanese food. You leave feeling light yet satisfied. Each entree comes with a small salad to start which doesn't ruin your appetite but just kicks the meal off with some crisp freshness. We sat outside but the entire restaurant atmosphere is very polished and minimalistic: beautiful. The servers are extremely professional and attentive. We went at around 5pm on a Tuesday and there were many available tables. My friend was getting the sayadeya so I was suggested by our waitress to order the samak with salmon. We also got the Arnabeet to share. Here were my thoughts:Arnabeet: 8.5/10 - Slightly crispy due to a very very light breading, yet the inside of the cauliflower maintained its flavor and integrity. Topped with a gorgeously flavorful beet sauce and pistachios for crunch. Great great bite. Sayadeya: 8/10 - I adored the fish. It was so warm, flaky, and soft in the mouth. The rice was good, but not my favorite. The fish is definitely the star, and the sauce on top just rounds it out perfectly. I wish there were more sauce though, just cause it was that good and I'm a sauce enthusiast. Samak: 6.5/10 - Honestly, I prefer more savory, umami dishes. This was very citrusy and fresh. The couscous was on the cooler side rather than being warm. I did really enjoy the salmon, which was perfectly cooked, super tender and well seasoned. I did feel like the dish was dry and needed a sauce like the sayadeya.

Ideally would give this place a 3.5. Came here with a group of friends a little while ago. We arrived at different times due to work obligations, but each time one of us arrived the waiter came quickly to grab our orders for drink. Once everyone arrived, we ordered multiple appetizers including hummus, al raheb, falafel, spinach fatayer. They were all pretty tasty, especially the fattier and hummus. For dinner, several of us had the mishwe tenderloin skewer. I was really excited for this but was sadly quite disappointed. The meat was tender but otherwise lacked salt, spices and flavor. The sauces that accompanied it helped some, but didn't fully make up for it and I would not choose this dish again, though I would be willing to try some other dishes in the future.

I e been wanting to go here and we finally had the chance to do Date Night here the other evening. Everything about it was stellar! We didn't have reservations, but we're able to get a table on their enclosed, heated patio. Not as warm as inside, but definitely better than outside (we were fairly warned). I did, however, get an Old Fashioned to warm up, and it was great. We started with the flatbread (Manoushi); it was half cheese/half seasoning and the seasoning was spot on. My boyfriend liked the cheese (I didn't try it). Both our entrees came with a small salad that came out first. I liked it and the dressing-I can't pinpoint the seasoning in it, but it was great. It was nice with the sliced beets and radishes. After asking my server to recommend something between five dishes, I settled on the Couscous with Salmon dish (Samak), and it was stellar! Cooked just right, I like that the couscous was chilled and had mint in it. There was just the right amount of seasoning on the fish and I thought it was lovely. My boyfriend went with the Beef Skewers (Mishwe) and thought it was great! He asked for medium on the meat, and it was...well, pretty rare. He liked it and ate it anyway, but he had a bit of trouble cutting it without a proper steak knife. I liked it, too (medium rare is my preference) and thought the potatoes were good with the sauce (red pepper?). A bit pricey, but I felt it was worth it. Will definitely come back! And maybe I'll try the olive oil cake...

When we arrived in Nashville, our friends recommended that we have dinner at Epice. The food was excellent and the service was great. The four of us order the Lahm and the Sayadeya. And we shared an order of Roz be Haleeb for dessert. All were delicious.Parking can be a problem, so leave yourself some extra time to find a space, as the lot next door can fill up quickly.

Went for date night with my wife because I grew up eating and loved Lebanese food. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous, and I thoroughly enjoyed the food, from the delightful appetizers, to the dinner and the delicious desserts. I definitely want to return, but I will need to call and find out when it is quieter, so I can enjoy the ambience. I went on a Thursday evening and the music was so loud I could not hear my wife across the table. Parking was a breeze as they have a lot right beside their restaurant. The area also looked like a nice place to walk around, and I think we will do that next time too.
