First the positive: this is a very family-friendly environment, plenty of kids to help quell the sounds of ours. But...Like the last reviewer, my food was cold. I ordered chicken cordon bleu as well. Green beans for a side, that were way undercooked and cold. The chicken was mostly warm at best. I ordered a beer that had a born on date from November that tasted purely awful.I believe there is a lot of potential in this restaurant if there were some quality control.

I'll give them two stars because the burger was pretty good. Other than that; we sat outside (big mistake) waitress had too many tables and didn't come around much, waited 10 min after the food came for someone to come around to tell about getting the wrong fries, finally got the right fries after 10 more minutes and they are cold and hot mixed together, waited another 20 min for check which I paid immediately so we only had to wait another 10 min for the credit slip. Management seems to be the main source of the problem. Also the dipping sauce with the sweet potato fries taste like melted cotton candy. If you're in the mood for a burger, I suggest carry out.

Food was good. Staff too overloaded to provide adequate customer service which hurt our overall opinion.

Honestly, I hate to say this, but it was the worst dining experience I've had in a very long time. We had read a review comparing the restaurant to a "J. Alexanders" and it is absolutely nothing like that at all. That was fine though, we thought we'd roll with it. Menu is similar to a "Mineos" but the quality is nothing similar. ("Mineos" btw is great and we'd recommend trying it if you haven't!)My husband had the Chicken Cordon Bleu and it was average at best. I ordered the Rigatoni w/grilled chicken and marinara. First, let's set the record straight about the marinara. It tastes like it came straight out of a jar..no seasoning, no doctoring. Very, very average. I could live with that if it was at least served Hot! My first plate, the pasta & sauce could only have been colder had it been refrigerated! I kid you not, it literally tasted chilled. Sent it back and it once again came cool, but not chilled this time. Finally, they said they would make me a "new" batch. So, out comes a plate of moderately warm pasta & marinara....no chicken, no bread. They expect me to take the now cold chicken off of the initial plate and transfer it to the semi warm pasta. Just a bad, bad experience from the get go. Supposedly a manager was going to come over, never saw one. Our poor waitress had just interviewed that afternoon and started work less than 2 hours later. That should have been a sign. She was fine, but still charged us as if everything was perfect.I usually don't complain but this food and experience were both so bad, I just had to let someone know. I'll be shocked if this restaurant is still open in a few months. Save your money and go elsewhere!
