Wildly overpriced drinks, a staff that was painfully slow and worried about their cell phones, and over focused on the people at the pool....who are paying $550 a night to stay there. Yes, it rooftop, but you can't go outside unless you are staying at the Hotel. Bummer experience

Chef Jeff and his staff have outdone themselves on this flavorful and unique menu! And you can get it poolside... which I highly recommend. And if you do decide to lounge outside, you must start with the frosé. As pretty as it is delicious. The pork belly is incredible. The sliders. The tuna tartare. Nomnomnom. The inviting pool is the perfect backdrop to the inviting menu!And shout out to the happy and helpful staff. Had a great time chatting!

I'm always excited for a good burger but sadly this one didn't check any of my boxes besides the side fries. Ordered the burger medium and it came out well done/burnt edges. It was disappointing but was too hungry to send it back. Fries were delicious though! I usually judge a burger by the meat quality and wow factor and this just didn't do it for me. You can order the denim menu poolside which is nice but I'd skip on the burger and try something else. Service is efficient and friendly and it's a nice vibe on the rooftop pool.

Denim, ehhh they are a nice spot for drinks during a happy hour and to sit poolside and sip. I don't recommend the food here. It was very sub par considering the hotel they are in. We were told they operate out of a small kitchen and they only can prep up so much due to being out of certain things requested. We enjoyed their cocktails. You can tell that their cocktails are the highlight of this place!

Shoutout to our server Felicia she is a food and whiskey connoisseur. She gave us recommendations around town and made us feel welcome as first time guests of the Joseph.The menu is focused and fair priced. The hummus and Wagyu burger (snake River farms) and salmon all had positive energy on the palate. My favorite was the aged grated Parmigiano-Regino cheese on my burger salad. The classic Wagyu Burger looked boring but exceeded my expectation. Located on the top 21st floor of The Joseph hotel (Marriott). It has rooftop pool and cool city vibes. This a lovely rooftop restaurant on the top of the Marriott! It was a random Tuesday afternoon, so it wasn't crowded at all. We were able to get seated right away.The service was great due to it not being busy. We got a few drinks and some appetizers, nothing crazy, but it was all delicious. Definitely check it out if you're looking for a low key after work spot!

Denim is the perfect rooftop escape in Nashville. The ambiance is amazing with gorgeous views of the pedestrian bridge, service is stellar, the food is delicious and cocktails are crafted to perfection. I pulled a group together for a little weekday fun and everyone was surprised at how lovely the space is at night. Treat yourself to a cozy rooftop experience this Fall. You won't regret it.

If you're looking for an amazing meal with incredible flavors with an awesome rooftop, this is your spot in Nashville. We came here for lunch and the menu was small but there's something for everyone. We ordered the Truffle-Whipped Ricotta and the Spinach Artichoke Flatbread. Both were amazing appetizers and we were wondering if we should've ordered the lunch options. When Lunch came, we were happy with our choices and dug into our burgers. Wow! Great burger!!This is the spot for a great meal and a really coo vibe on a rooftop.
