Crumbl - Cookeville

I think crumble is over rated and over priced. I've been there twice when they first opened and haven't been back since.Our local pastry shops are so much better. My opinion.

The SNICKERDOODLE brings me life! Lol but seriously all were so good! Got these for me mom and if after a spa day and they hit the spot. Highly recommend!

Love the variety and availability of different sizes but I would like to have a dozen different options instead of just half a dozen. I will say the serves is always fast and the staff are always friendly. The place is always exceptionally clean. It would be nice to see a bit of personality as it is giving borderline clinical sterile right now. I appreciate that employees are dressed neat & uniform. That is extremely nice to see! Overall, it's a great place to go and have a decadent treat!

I ordered a curbside order from here. After checking in on the website and waiting in my car for half an hour, I finally went inside. Only to see that my cookies were sitting on the counter the whole time. I don't mind to come inside, however I see no reason to offer curbside if you have no intentions of actually walking it out to my car. Really don't appreciate wasting thirty minutes when they were most likely ready in five. So annoyed I don't even want the cookies anymore.

Was very disappointed in the cookies this week sadly. I don't know if the batch we got someone wasn't paying attention or what but the regular chocolate chip cookies tasted way off then they normally do. This is is the 1st time I have ever felt like I wasted $21 on 6 cookies.
