"2024 Update:Still just as delicious. The only thing that could make it better is if they had a parking lot so we don't have to worry about being towed when the paid lot is full.Fairly quick service today for our To-Go order.Decor is still bright and clean."
"HoneyFire BBQ in Bellevue is a fantastic spot for some seriously good barbecue! The food here is great, every dish I've tried has been flavorful and cooked really well. The meats are tender, the sauces are delicious, and the sides are just as good as the mains. The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming, making it a great place to kick back and enjoy a meal with family or friends. Whether you're a BBQ connoisseur or just looking for a good meal, HoneyFire won't disappoint. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area!"

"Hogwood is probably my favorite place to eat Barbeque in Franklin. I've tried almost everything on the menu, and it's all incredible. The meat selections are cooked to perfection, and the sides are delicious. Speaking of sides, you would think a tiny serving of pickles on each platter would be enough, not! I get a whole cup of these things, as one of my servings because they are so good. To be honest, I could probably eat several more cups. It and the rosemary potato salad, along with the marbled Brisket are my most ordered items. ***Side descriptions taken from Hogwood's website***Icebox Pickles (Fresh sliced cucumbers and onions and add our pickle brine made from rice wine vinegar and the Hogwood Pickling Spice Mix) and RosemaryPotato Salad (real potatoes and bacon, mixed with a hint of rosemary to create something new and refreshing.)My husband ordered the Lean Brisket with Hatch ChileCheese Grits(Fire Roasted Green Chile's from Hatch, New Mexico with Sharp Cheddar Cheese, Hogwood Seasoning, and Stone Ground Grits grits) and HogwoodSlaw (Thinly Sliced Cabbage, Kale, and green apples tossed with our Maple Cider Vinaigrette and garnished with hemp hearts. Our Maple Cider Vinaigrette is made from Apple Cider Vinegar and sweetened with real maple syrup.)Leaving it up to the reader to check out descriptions to rest of the menu. But, it's best to go in person and taste what appeals to you. If contemplating, they give samples to help make the finalselection. Once there, you order and pay at the register. You're given a number, and your food is brought to the table. The restaurant has the smoky aroma of a barbecue place, and it's a clean environment. Service is great, because everyone at this place works to make you a happy customer. I would recommend this Hogwood BBQ to anyone looking for this type food."
"dont be afraid to walk through this gas station to grab some tasty tacos from a truck. the prices are incredibly cheap, but the authenticicty and flavor shines throughout.menu is short & to the point. yes, there are vegetarian options. i think its cash only? they dont have tables, but theres essentially a fenced off area around the truck that you can stand up at and lead on a table to eat at. they also have salsas (hot sauce) to use for your food.i grabbed the shrimp taco which was simple, but to the point. for under $2 you cant go wrong. they let the grilled shrimp shine through because these tacos thankfully arent loaded with toppings. i also tried a chicken mulitas and i would get this again. its basically 2 corn tortilla tacos, with chicken and cheese etc, in the middle. i loved it!"
"Always searching for a "true" Philly Cheesesteak and on the West side of Nashville there's a trailer called IT'Z A Philly Thing. The menu is not huge, but the flavors here more than make up for a smaller menu. I decided to try the appetizer 2-Cheeze Steak Egg Rolls...OMG these are exceptional. Honestly they are a meal in themselves and dipping them in the sauce provided is awesome. I opted for the Original Philly Cheeze Steak on a wonderful Amoroso Roll. You can modify the cheese along with the additional ingredients/toppings if you like and I went with the Original and added mushrooms. The sandwich was stuffed, the steak tender and flavorful, and while the Cheeze Wiz was a good option it's a bit salty for me and I go with Provolone next time. Overall this is a solid Philly Cheesesteak and well worth the drive to the East side of Nashville. https://itzaphillything.com/"
"Called in for takeout and restaurant was pretty empty here during dinner. I was surprisingly thought it would be dinner peak time. Order was ready in timely manner. The lady was so nice and friendly. Food prices is reasonably worth it. Got fish tacos had a good sauce savory with it and the fish was perfectly breaded, Mongolian beef, and Beijing noodles my daughter loved their noodles with chicken. It was all good."
"Finally swung in Chopper for a few Sunday afternoon cocktails and of course, once I got down drink #1, the stomach was rumbling so naturally I headed up to Maiz De La vida for some delicious Mexican grub! Maiz De La vida is a local Mexican food truck that has a wonderful partnership with Chopper in East Nashville. Chopper slings the drinks, Maiz De La vida serves the food! They have a pretty expansive menu for a food truck that includes tacos of all kinds, quesadillas, quesabirria, taco/burrito bowls, churros and even family packs of all the goods. Prices are borderline expensive, but quality, portion size and quickness of service make it all worth it. Given their location with Chopper, seating is indoor or outdoor, and they even track you down and deliver to your table. Service is solid, friendly and fast. From the window to the table, the fellas in the truck were great! The vibe of the truck and vibe of Chopper really mix well. No one would immediately put Tiki and Mexican together, but it is a pairing that works! Overall, great food truck. Glad to have them in the neighborhood!"
"Brand new location in downtown Nashville, located in the Food Hall across from the Arena and behind the Apple store. The chicken has a good flavor and the hot sauce is ... wait for it ... hot. The hot isn't a burning, hurting, hot ...its a good flavor hot and really gets your taste buds into overload. Stop in at this new location."
"Amazing meal at Single Tree! We loved the Mac n cheese, jalapeño sausage, corn bread and brisket! Wow it was all amazing and great for a large sized group. The staff was friendly and efficient."
"This food truck is awesome and selfishly I feel like they need a second location here in Mount Juliet! I went with a shredded beef arepa, and four empanadas; plain cheese, black bean, pork and a chicken aempanada. The arepa was delish and loaded with beef, cheese, and black beans. This was a Latin comfort food flavor explosion. My only very small complaint was the amount of grease that was on this sandwich. Maybe it was from the cheese? Ok, all of the empanadas were amazing, literally not a bad one in the bunch. Crunchy, huge and fully loaded with meat or cheeses. My favorite, surprisingly was the black bean and cheese empanada. After shopping at the Farmers' Market or strolling through Bicentennial Park, hit up Caracasville food truck for some delicious Venezuela eats!"

The Grilled Cheeserie has been one of my very favorite restaurants in Nashville for the past 3 years! It is absolutely DELICIOUS and offers a wide range of menu options (although I have personally ordered the same thing for the last 3 years - Make your own melt with Rosemary bread and pepper jack cheese!). The dining room is also super cute and cozy with lots of different seating options for big or small groups. Street parking right out front is free as well as a free parking strip a street over (with other free street parking options available in various places). Whether you're a tourist or live in the city, this is the spot for you! Definitely my go-to whenever I want a delicious and affordable grilled cheese with some hearty tomato soup. Don't miss out - Try it today!

This place is so good. I can't wait to go back to Nashville just to eat it. They have a selective menu, but the food is so good. I don't think there's anything you can get that didn't taste good, I will with my kids. We all got different things, so I had a chance and opportunity to eat everything on the menu. The service is so cool everybody is so nice. You order your food, and then you go sit outside and somebody brings it to you. The bar staff is amazing, the atmosphere is so dope you can either sit inside or outside and outside is so beautiful it's a vibe.

Hogwood is an amazing bbq spot In a great place in Franklin. We love coming to Hogwood and will always make the trip from Murfreesboro. I don't think any other bbq place has as much creativity as they have. The smoked bbq bowls are so good, I always go for the brisket bowl. I wish they did not change their portion sizes though, we used to be filled up but now we leave more on the hungry side.

Don't let the name fool you - it might be affordable, but it's still very tasty food.Came here on a rainy night to get a later dinner. It's next to a gas station in a food truck. Parking can be finicky, but we were lucky to get a spot in the lot. I went with a bean, cheese, and rice burrito and a veggie Crunchwrap. The menu didn't have veggie options, but I just asked and they were okay. The food came out after about 15 or so minutes, but I saw several people call and order ahead or order delivery from third party apps/services. My food was tasty. It came with a red sauce and that was very mind and a green sauce that was very, very spicy. I loved it. The food was great, but you get what you pay for - tasty, affordable, and good service.

Amazing! Perfect meat and bread and great wiz ratio. Loved the seasoned fries. It took longer than expected to come out and we saw a couple people pick up so probably smart to order ahead when possible

Visit #2 and this time we tried the Southwest egg rolls appetizer, tacos and the shrimp fried rice. Some of the best fried rice I've had and again service was excellent.

Gotta love a super bomb food truck parked outside of a super bomb bar!I only got to try the flautas, since we were heading to dinner shortly after leaving the bar, but I hope to one day return to the Maíz De La Vida food truck to taste each and every item on the menu! The quality and flavors of the flautas lead me to believe that everything on the menu is probably phenomenal.

Prince's Hot Chicken in the Nashville Food Hall didn't quite live up to its legendary hype. My friend and I were glad we only ordered one serving to share, as the hot chicken lacked the bold flavor we expected. While the fries were fresh and tasty, they couldn't make up for the disappointing main dish. The bustling food hall offers a variety of other tempting options, which might be worth exploring instead. Despite the friendly service, the overall experience fell short of our expectations. If you're craving hot chicken, you might want to consider other spots in Nashville that better capture the city's renowned spicy delight.

"This is a taco food truck-based restaurant with indoor seating, though we opted for to-go. I got 6 tacos: asada, pastor, chicharron, beef tongue, barbacoa, and carnitas. What's nice is that similar to some taco stands, they give a lot of fixings like jalapeño pepper, grilled green onions, and radish, along with lime, onion, and cilantro, as well as avocado sauce. Tacos themselves are just average with an acceptable amount of meat, decently priced at $1.75 per taco. The issue I had was that the tortillas were soggy, so oil from the al pastor taco seeps through the entire dish."
"Got to check out this food truck when I was seeing a show this weekend at Basement East. I love that this was parked outside and that I was able to bring the food in with me!I didn't love that every single one has cheese (even the vegan ones had vegan cheese). Assuming that's standard, I tried the Vegan Mushroom one & the Beef one. The mushroom one was good-I liked the flavors and it was good with the lime. I didn't like the ground beef seasoning, I only tried the meat inside with a fork for a few bites and then didn't finish it. I'd probably get the mushroom one again for the next show I attend at this venue. Wouldn't make my way out for these if there wasn't a show to attend, though. Also the girl working there was very sweet and friendly!"
"I've been seeing this place for the last few months, I guess its moved on from Spring Hill and now parked in Lewisburg on the Nashville Hwy, not that anybody would be craving this enough to go searching for them.Nice setup where they're parked with astroturf and tables/umbrellas connecting the gyro and expresso trucks. Confusing menu, looks like they've cut back on what they were originally offering. I opted for a chicken platter mainly because I didn't see any other options that made sense. The chicken was dry, didn't detect any marinade, and my plate was loaded with rice and some kind of salad I didn't find very edible. Also brought home some Baclava... do NOT make this mistake, they were terrible. Ever see that cinnamon challenge on Youtube where you have to eat a tablespoon of cinnamon without dying? Well thats what eating these rolled up baclava fritters is like. I'm leaving an extra star up there because at least this place is different, would like to see an expanded menu though, maybe some pan fried cobra or something."
"Definitely trying this again when I get the chance. I got the California burrito. It wasn't my favorite thing in the world, but that was my taste preference. I had many people around me (at a firework event) say they loved it. Next time, I will try the tacos or the other burrito. It all looked amazing and the staff was friendly and clean."
"I have stopped by the taco truck twice. It's a good option. I have ordered the supreme tacos and PizzaBirria. Both were decent. Not the best taco truck I've been to, but no complaints either. They seemed friendly taking my order and pricing seems fair."
"Good late night bite off Broadway following some drinking out and about. Didn't want a hot dog, which seems to be the other option. Had a lamb gyro, which is the way it should be, with fries. Not too messy to eat, which is a plus considering you are eating on the move."
"Great food. The Bandeja Paisa was very good and plentiful. The chicharron could use a little more crisp but was very good. The ambiance and decor is inviting. Great service and value."
"It's official! Official wings has now been named THE OFFICIAL wing spot in the city. I called and placed a Togo order that was ready earlier than quoted. They even gave me a courtesy call to inform me my order was ready. Once you enter the parking lot, don't be like me and attempt to go to the first door you see to open it. Walk around the corner where you'll see a food truck and outdoor seating. This area will definitely come in handy during your warmer months. 5pc Honey Gold wings with lemon pepper sprinkles with fried okra with lemon pepper sprinkles. 5/5 You can't come here thinking you're going to order all "drum" or "flats." Nah baby you're getting the WHOLE WING. Top tier. Once you start adding sprinkles and substituting sides you'll see an increase in price. Definitely check out their menu prior, so you're not caught off guard by any additional charges. I'm a fried okra connoisseur. Okra 5/5 hands down. Crisped to perfection and flavorful. You won't be disappointed. 2nd time having Official Wingz, but 1st time at the Nashville location. If you're in the area and looking for some good wings, look no further!"
"I just moved to East Nashville from LA a few months ago and I've had an awful time trying to find authentic Mexican food. I've only been here once, but so far this is easily the best. There is another taco stand in East Nashville that gets a lot of business and good for them... but this place is way better and way more fairly priced on top of it."
"Wow!!! Tequeños, my favorites personally. We ordered some tostones de pollo (chicken) and the tequeños. The food was delicious. It took me back to Venezuela. We had piña juice (pineapple) and the Papelon, well let me tell you, I have never liked papelon growing up but I tried some of it and I was impressed. I really like the hint of lime it has. Very refreshing. I can't have enough of this place, I'm so glad I can find Venezuelan food at a decent price and that it's actually DELICIOUS. They are located on exit 60 of I-24 (Old Hickory Blvd I believe) on the Shell gas station. Parking can be a little tricky on the busy hours as they also have a Mexican restaurant next door but it's definitely worth it.The lady was very nice and attentive. There were a few orders before ours but the food was made fairly fast and it was fresh. They accept cash and credit/debit card payments.I will definitely be coming back here more often to give my soul a taste of the OG home. Come check them out!"
"Absolutely delicious, drove all the way from Memphis an was told about this place from my friend. She said she loved the tacos. So I'm more of a burrito person myself. An let me say it was full the portions of the steak was juicy and seasoned. I definitely recommend an for every review u get a discount??! Can't beat the prices either"
