"Quick and tasty stop for coffee and a breakfast sammie on our way to Radnor Lake on a Saturday morning! We managed to snag a parking spot on the street right in front of 8th & Roast, which is always a plus! There was no line when we got there - but you can tell that this is a popular spot on any day of the week. My husband and I sampled a few of their seasonal drinks - the Peppermint Bark latte, and the Pistachio latte. All of their food options sounded good (and smelled good) so we also ordered the "Old Fashioned" biscuit sandwich to-go. The coffee was delicious - I feel like there's a noticeable difference in taste from shops that roast their own beans. We also really liked the breakfast sandwich! The biscuit was thick and flaky, and the sausage, egg and cheese was warm and savory. We didn't stay indoors long - but this is absolutely the kind of coffee shop that I could see myself working remotely at for a few hours. This was a great start to the long weekend - we'll absolutely be back!"
"We visited here during the Christmas Holiday. We decided to go off and away from the crowd in the noise of downtown Nashville into this nice quiet neighborhood not too far from it. After walking around, we stumbled upon this café. As expected of a café, it smells delicious in here. The vibe was chill with a few people working on their laptop, some folks quietly chatting amongst themselves, and good music playing in the background. The environment is very neat and clean with a minimalism style decor. The vintage music equipment was a nice touch. While we were here, I got the "strawberry fields" pour over coffee. The blend of beans and the style of brew that was applied really did make this taste like strawberries in coffee format. It was quite unique and a good pick-me-up. This hit the spot during the cold winter time we visited here."
"Morning coffee in Lebanon, I arrived at 6:20 am and spent around four hours here this morning as my "office" for the day. Quiet, comfortable and yes, great coffee! While the cortado was served in a cup, it was still delicious and had the caffeine boost to start the day. I chose their OG Bomb for breakfast and this is an interesting thing. It's a "lump" of dough with stuff inside it. Delicious and filling, but greasy enough that you'll want to eat it with a fork.Wifi worked well and I was able to bring the phone and laptops up to 100% before heading on to the next stop for the day.[Review 20067 overall - 423 in Tennessee - 1043 of 2023.]"
"What an awesome coffee shop find!I haven't worked out of the house in quite a while, and with the weather warming up and the sun finally out, I decided to get out and stretch my work from home legs. Momento specialty coffee is right down the road from me and this is truly a diamond in the rough. The rough part being that Momento is wedged between a muffler shop and a vacant building, but the coffee, the breakfast rolls, and the service here is spot on. What's a breakfast roll you ask? It's basically a breakfast burrito and it's massive. Wrapped in a spinach tortilla. This breakfast roll is filled with egg, cheese, peppers, bacon, sausage, and cheese! Paired with my coffee, this was truly the breakfast of champions. If you're looking to get your coffee on the go, this place also has a drive-thru window. Momento offers plenty of parking and cozy places to sit as well.I will definitely be back to enjoy one of their sweet breakfast treats in their deli case."

I've come to increasingly love and appreciate 8th and Roast after visiting more often at the Nashville airport and more recently their 8th Ave cafe. The interior is big and open with a good amount of community and bar seating at the window. They are fast, efficient, and serve one of my favorite lattes in the city. They also offer bakery items, some breakfast, and seasonal offerings. I highly recommend 8th and Roast for your morning needs!

The stars are absolutely for the service! I just stopped by because I thought the little downtown area of Lebanon was cute and wanted an excuse to hang out for a little bit. I was instantly greeted by a man at the front putting away some of the bags coffee they have for sale (several types, by the way!), and he must've been able to tell it was my first time there new cause he told me to let him or anyone know if I had any questions. I ended up getting a London Fog with oat milk & a chicken salad croissant. When I asked if the sandwich had cheese, the girl asked another lady who said it did but she'd be happy to make me one without (I think normally they just take a premade one from the fridge, so that was really nice). My sandwich was very good and my London Fog was fine. There was a bunch of seating and it looks like they're working on making it all decked out for Christmas.

My husband and I went here on a little coffee date after discovering it on google the night before. Cute little coffee shop inside and they have a patio if you want to bring your dogs or just enjoy the air. I ordered the lavender latte and my husband had the pistachio. Both were not overly sweet. There's no mistaking mine was lavender. The pistachio was interesting; nutty flavor. I prefer the lavender. We shared the breakfast roll. It's pretty big. It was delicious with the Louisiana hot sauce. Plenty of parking. The one disappointment I had was that there was no coffee art. I would still come again but not expect coffee art.

Great central location for a coffee house this large! A solid amount of parking including a free garage at the back of the property.A large interior, but it fills up quickly. If you arrive during a busy time you might not have your pick of seats.Coffees, teas, lattes, all the usual fare prepared well and at a decent price.Friendly service, nice decor. I haven't had the food yet but will update my review once I have!

Excellent coffee shop in L&L Marketplace great vibe. Even better coffee. Bootlegger and the standard Açaí bowl are my go to's or skip the açaí bowl and head to Five Daughters for a delicious doughnut instead.

"Had the chance to check out 8th & Roast Charlotte when I was in dire need of some caffeine while out in Nashville for a work trip. My friend recommended this coffee shop and it was the perfect excuse to come grab a cup to go. On a Wednesday afternoon this shop was filled with plenty of patrons and it was so lively. The space is open and very inviting and it seems like they had a small shop for goods including a few baked items.Opted for their small cold brew and it was super smooth and you could tell the quality of beans were great.A moment that really resonated with me though was seeing one of their employees helping out an elderly woman and answering every questions she had so patiently. It was just so sweet and endearing to see how well they take care of their patrons.I spent a few minutes hanging out at the community table and admired this shop. I'm certain if I lived in Nashville, I would have easily made this a go-to to work from."
"Such a great little spot located inside the L&L Market. This coffee shop has ample room for lap top working or just hanging out with friends while taking a break from shopping.I went with the nitro cold brew, and this was like a rocket fuel. Yes, please! This Nitro Cold brew was very smooth with almost zero bitter aftertaste at certain points, I felt like I was sipping a Guinness. From what I could tell, the food offered here is mostly small bites. Like pastries and a few savory items.Nitro for the win!"
"I got the Blue Groove Iced Latte, which has hints of banana. It was delicious! My sister got the Blue Moon Iced Latte and she liked hers too. I would definitely go back!"
"The location is very convenient to Melrose, Belmont, 12 south, Berry Hill areas. They open at 0630 which is nice and early. The waffle options are great and the staff are friendly. The only complaint I have is the parking lot is very odd, you walk around to the front but the parking is on either side. I guess it's just how the building was designed. The restrooms are always clean and functional. I feel old fashioned because I am always griping about the cost of everything but it is not the fault of the restaurant but inflation."
