Took a trek down to McDonough to have breakfast at Nana's Chucken and Waffles...baby baby baby, let me tell you, this is a taste experience everyone deserves to have. I highly recommend the strawberry shortcake waffle or the banana pudding, or the peach cobbler...I could go on. Our server was very attentive, and Mr. Charles came by to make sure we were being treated right. We got there ahead of the church crowd, but the restaurant filled up quickly. That however did not affect the level of service. It is definitely worth the drive, there is a Macy's and TJMax as well as other shops close by which makes this a great start or interlude during a shopping trip. They did Nana proud today!

Really disappointed by the front desk service here. They are insensitive to individuals with accessibility limitations and the customer service is lacking on every front. Took my mom and my aunt for brunch. At least that was our plan. I was told it would be a 20-30 minute wait. I'm thinking that's great! 20-30 minutes...not bad at all , especially considering I've waited much longer at the older location. After 45 minutes I went to check on our table to be told we were next. One of the hosts demanded we wait outside until the table at the entry was fully cleaned. Problem is my mom and my aunt are both approaching 80s years old and one uses an assistive device to walk. The host eventually conceded and allowed them to stand in the corner instead of walking back to the car or waiting in the sun without a single umbrella up. The next hostess begins to walk us to an another table in the back corner. When we explained that her rollator would not be able to fit in between the tables and other diners to make it to the table complete confusion set in. We were told by management that a larger party was being prioritized for the accessible table right at the entry and that we would have to continue to wait for an undefined period. Unfortunately, the takeaway from Nana's Chicken-N-Waffles is they are unable to accommodate guests with needs and they are incredibly inconsiderate of seniors. My mom and aunt both insisted on leaving and neither wants to be taken back. We went next door to Miller's and had an excellent meal, great service, and prompt attention without any limitations for accessibility. It's not worth the hassle... and historically I have loved their food- after the blatant disregard from their staff, I won't be back

Went here for brunch with a party of 4. When we arrived we were told it would be a 15 minute wait, although there were several empty tables. We accepted it and decided to wait outside. After 15 minutes, we asked the status of our table and was told it would be an additional 20 minutes because the kitchen was backed up. At this point, I was ready to leave because I took this as a sign of worse things to come, however the rest of my party insisted on staying. When we finally sat down, we were told by the neighboring table, many of the items on the menu were not available, including the chicken wings that they are known for. They lost their liquor license, so the flavorful mimosas they advertise was not an option, and no carbonated drinks were available. They basically only had sweet tea and lemonade, which they charged $1.00 for refills. We quickly reevaluated our orders since during our extensive wait, we already decided on several of the entrees that were not available. When the appetizers came, we realized we had no silverware and asked for some. For some reason, this was a mission impossible! The server finally arrived with some plastic utensils and stated she would bring some real silverware once they were wrapped. We reminded her one of the orders was a steak, so we would definitely need a real knife. When she did bring the silverware, she bought just that. 1 knife!!! Which we all ended up sharing. When the food arrived a swarm of files came out of no where making an already uncomfortable situation even worse! Now I will say, the food was good. We each had different items and everything was very good. But with all the mishaps topped with the swarming files, it felt impossible to enjoy. We asked for to go boxes and quickly packed up our food and left. As bad as I thought we had it, the family next to us had been seated for over 1 hour and didn't receive any service. Needless to say, I will not be returning!!!!

Some of the best food in McDonough. Unique menu. Service was fast and ambiance laid back. Not suited for large groups that want to sit together. 5 or less. Only takes Cards and Apple Pay no cash ( Bring Cash Tip for waitress so they can get it all ) they ask you to leave after you pay if places is busy because of limited seating. I'd most definitely go back.

I visited the Conyers location previously and was not happy with my food choice but everyone else enjoyed their meal so I decided to try again. So glad I did. The chicken and waffles were delicious and had a nice flavor. The omelette was tasty, although I prefer mine a bit fluffier. The potatoes were crispy and delicious and the biscuit was super fluffy. I'm not a big biscuit person but I loved theirs. The mango lemonade was super sweet, which I loved. The service was good, although the wait was a bit long. It's a small spot but decor is cute. I appreciated that they let us come in to wait even though they were closed. The workers seemed to genuinely enjoy working there and were helpful to each other. $75 for breakfast is a lot,but the food was really good. I would definitely recommend trying the chicken and waffles at this restaurant.

The Staff are unprofessional. When I entered the establishment the hostess spoke without looking at me. I had no clue what she was saying. Upon seating no one came to take my order or explain the menu process. My order arrived waffles no butter no fork or knife, had to ask twice. The OJ was warm and not one person appeared to have any restaurant experience. Good food awful service.

It was a good experience for sure, the man who greeted us was so kind and wiped our table down when he seated us as it was a little dirty. It felt like being at a family place. We came wanting to drink and they didn't have alcohol at the moment, so that sucked. I also really wanted the Lobster Tail in my shrimp and grits and they didn't have that or beignets. So they were out of a lot, but our waitress was really nice about it and the rest of the food was AMAZING. I didn't get a picture of the Fried Green Tomatoes, those were my favorite, super delicious! The place is small, but cozy. Hopefully next time, they aren't missing as many things! We will definitely be back regardless.

The service was not good. I wish I knew the man's name who waited on us. The restaurant was very busy so we didn't mind the 15 minute wait to be seated. It was actually much longer to get the order placed than it was to be seated. Soda is $4 for I'm guessing a 16 oz glass filled with ice then $1 for a refill. My chicken wing and waffles were good, my husband said his breakfast was ok, but the potatoes kinda tasted like fish and were super greasy. Unfortunately, I tried them and I'm still belching that taste. Our company both ordered French toast c&w with tenders and they loved theirs. We went to this restaurant just for the chicken and waffles. The food price was very reasonable. The food is good, but service is lacking and $5 for the drink with one refill is disappointing.
