What this restaurant lacks in ambiance it makes up for in speed and delicious noodles. This was a great quick meal. Normally I feel bored by oily noodles, but these noodles... I guess that's what's special about hand drawn noodles! The noodles outshined the pork that was in them. I don't have a lot of details to give. This was a very unassuming, but busy spot that moved the food pretty quickly. The only thing worth remember is the noodles... and those are the main point right? OH! They had reusable chopsticks! Which is also a tick in the positive box.

Very casual, homey restaurant. The servers are friendly, and the food comes out quickly. The food wasn't bad (3.5 stars for the food), but overall I enjoyed the food more at Spice C.Things we tried:- Dumpling sampler: The dumpling skin was a bit too thick for my liking. Among all the types of dumplings in this sampler, the Chicken Mushroom was my favorite because it was the juiciest. The Pork one was my second favorite. The Vegetable dumpling was alright, and so was the Chicken Coconut Curry dumpling (nothing amazing). The Satay Beef was my least favorite that I didn't even want to try another piece. The Satay Beef filling was pretty dry. - Beef brisket noodle soup: This wasn't bad. Compared to Spice C's beef noodle soup, the broth here was lighter, and the hand-pulled noodles (not the shredded, knife-cut noodles) were thinner. - Scallion pancakes: Not bad. They were fragrant and more chewy than flaky. They were on the small side too. The food isn't bad here, but because Spice C is so nearby, I'd probably go to Spice C next time I'm in the area and want noodles. I think Spice C is a bit cheaper too and their portions are a bit bigger.

Honestly not sure how I feel about this place - the allure is there, I mean, how could you go wrong with hand pulled noodles?! But after ordering their braised beef noodle soup, I was left underwhelmed by their broth. I bet it would taste infinitely better with chili oil, but failed to track down the waiter since it the place was packed. Without it, the broth felt flat. The beef and noodles were solid though, but what's a noodle soup without great soup? Might need to give this place another chance when it's not super busy.

been wanting to try out this place, wasn't particularly wow'd by it. i ordered the beef noodle soup and it was super oily (prob bc of the spicy oil). however it is hugeeee so definitely a plus if you have a big appetite!! my friend ordered the dry sesame noodles and she enjoyed them!

We went to this place as it was one of the few places open late.Inside is clean and it is in a relatively safe area. This place only takes venmo and cash. Be prepared for that before you come.We ordered chicken stir- fry noodles, green onion pancake and chicken dumplings. The food came out within 20 minutes of ordering. The noodles were bland for my liking, and I would have liked more flavor in it. The steamed chicken dumplings are also very bland and outer texture was bland.

Overall enjoyed eating here, the food was fresh and tasty. The vibe was a bit loud with lots of screaming children but no fault of their own. My server was exceptional so overall solid experience.

Great food and quick service. Came here with a hungry group, and our food came pretty quickly and hit the spot!A few of us split a scallion pancake, and it was quite good--flaky/not hard and had some nice layers. It was on the small side but still good for sharing.I tried the knife cut roast pork stir fry noodles and enjoyed the flavor of the meat and the slightly varied textures of the noodles! Very flavorful but not too rich. I enjoyed the veggies that gave a nice texture contrast with the noodles.I also sampled some of the house noodle bowl with the hand pulled noodles, which were also great! The broth was tasty, and there were a lot of varied meats and veggies included. With the solid food, fair prices, and good location, I'd definitely come here again!

We went today to this restaurant, as we liked the reviews on Yelp. The restaurant is very basic and very busy. You see also native Chinese here, which usually is a good sign. The staff was attentive, but talked fast and a little unclear, which caused confusion. They serve no alcoholic drinks, but do "bring your own bottle". We had the following plates (ratings per dish in brackets):Spring roll: (3.5/5)Wonton noodle: (3.5/5)Dry fried string beans: (3.5/5)Mix Veg. Str. Fr. Ndl: ( (4.5/5)H Spe Meetball Over Rice: (2/5)This results average to: 3.4So I am giving 3 well meant stars. As we had a wide spread of points and it was value for money, I probably would go again.
