If you want, great brisket, call my shift catering. Brisket was fork-tender. The presentation of all the sides were well done and scrumptious.

Steven has catered several meals for me and my customers. They loved it!! Food is very good and the service is great. I love his touch on his dishes and don't even get me started on his desserts. They are awesome and his Truffles are ridiculously good.

Steven's food was absolutely delicious, and Steven himself was a delight. Visiting from out of town, he made us feel very welcome with that extra touch of love in his home cooking. And that BRISKET!!!

Absolutely a pleasure to work with and to eat the food! Steven catered an informal dinner party for 20 people for us. We had all kinds of dietary restrictions - gluten free, salt free, vegetarian, pescatarian, vegan -- he never blinked an eye. He developed a menu with us that took all of that into account and cooked a fabulous dinner. He is flexible, responsive, and really good at what he does!
