The food is subpar, BUT the staff and ambience are absolutely delightful. I loved them and the wine selection.

Been wanting to visit this winery for sometime. Finally did! It was about 10 minutes away from me from the Heights. There is a parking lot but pretty small to accommodate a lot. However, there is street parking adjacent to the place and the spots are separated by orange cones. The place itself deliciously smells wine all over. The ambiance is classy and sophisticated and perfect for business meetings, dates, or tete a tete. They have a cast selection of wines and little bites which was decadently prepared and was tasty!!! The wines were good and I got a rose to pair with.. the hot houston weather. Service is phenomenal and the servers carry with them a vast knowledge of what they carry and what food to pair it with.Theres also a huge restroom inside!Really will go back to this place! Loved my first experience here!

Went here for a work happy hour. Ordered a cab from the happy hour menu and it was disgusting! I am never one to turn down any brand of wine but it was so gross. I sent it back, it was so bad. I warned my coworker not to get it but he said he didn't care about wine. Well, when he got it he had to tell the manager it may have been a bad batch, that's how bad it was. The manager pulled me aside and tried to help me figure out what kind of wine I would like to replace it which was nice. But, she got after my coworker so that was odd. We both complained of the same thing and were both treated very differently. The staff is knowledgeable with their products but I was not a fan of how my coworker was treated and the first wine was disgusting.

Good service, good ambiance, good appetizers. I think the best thing about this place is their freshly made bread and lots of local wine. What I would improve on is quality of their main dishes - some were really mediocre for the price. My advice on dining here would be ordering their bread basket and cheese board + a bottle of nice vino. Real main course is probably better elsewhere.

A gem! I thought it would be like postino or tasting room. It's bright, spacious, elegant and has a pretty patio area too. Service was exceptional. Everyone including the chef went above and beyond. Best I've had in a very long time. The Prosecco bottle was delicious. And don't miss the harvest platter! Divine for veggies but non-veggie girls loved it too. Friends loved their paella and they could literally watch it being made. Menu is very sophisticated and diverse. It goes way beyond meats and cheeses. The desserts are excellent and I don't even like sweets! I don't usually care for crème brûlée but it was divine. Maybe I've come around! Also, not a lot if parking but I was able to find some on a Sunday afternoon. They have valet too.

The customer service and experience were awesome! We enjoyed one of the seasonal wine flights recommended by the server. She also recommended one of the wines not on the menu based on our preferences and her recommendations didn't disappoint. All of the small plates were delicious and the strawberry ice cream dish was a perfect ending to the meal.

Empty and tired feeling on a Sunday evening, valet available but street parking was a block down. Cold evening and patio was empty and we sat outside but no one offered to turn any of the heaters on.Pluses 1) short rib 2) crème brûlée 3) waitress was nice Areas to improve 1) wine flights are still pricey and the cab flight was $40 and just okay, not very medium bodied and forgettable wines. I had forgotten that I was less impressed the first time. For a wine bar, I was disappointed when one of our glasses was full of cork see pic.2) cheese board was just okay 3) hot tea only had 3 flavors and it was the standard Bigelow tea you can find anywhere4) bland lamb Pricey meal and beautiful space but I felt unfulfilled.
