Muse Hookah Cafe

There's so much to say about this venue!We've been regulars here for a while prior to its reopening & now. The service has always been a hit or miss, I think it just depends on the staffs mood that day. Overall the hostesses are accommodating & kind here but not so much the staff. The owner only tends to his friends. So, now let's start talking about the actual venue & food!Food is terrible here always feels undercooked. Besides the appetizers I wouldn't recommend eating here it's more a social spot. One thing I don't like is all the hidden charges they add to the bill which guests never know about. High gratuity & numerous times I've had the servers split bills when we never asked them just to double or triple charge us so that's a bit annoying. They should train their staff better. Also the owner is a scam artist! Done business with him & he lies to who he does business with & scams people just to make a buck for himself, nasty trait to possess. We were regulars here until we were scammed as event hosts! Definitely DO NOT deal with this shady owner or business. It's not worth it when so many better are around Houston!

This is an upscale hookah bar with very nice aesthetics. Spacious interior, comfortable chairs and sofas, and even a room for private parties. Be aware that they don't sell alcohol and you can't bring your own in. I didn't partake in the hookah, but my friends told me it was good. I ordered the hummus with chicken shawarma and pita bread, and it tasted great! The pineapple mango smoothie tasted a bit watered down. There is a free parking lot with ample space. Biggest downside of the experience was the service. Our waitress never checked on us, and it took over 45 minutes for my food to come. The spot was not busy at all. My waitress never came to update me on the delay, and it was hard to find her when I wanted to ask about it. Overall, due to the chill vibe and dope aesthetics, I would come here again, and I hope the service improves.

Very cute cafe! I was looking for a day time spot to chill and smoke hookah at this is the spot. I arrived a little after 1, there were a few people there I took a seat by the window. The waitress greeted me quickly, the cook wasn't there at the time so I just ordered a hookah.They have an assortment of flavors. By the time my hookah arrive the cook was there. I ordered a Mexican coke and boneless buffalo wings. Everything was great!I'll be back to enjoy hookah as I work on assignments or just to enjoy a little of it during the day.

Terrible place. It is NEVER open when they claim to be. They don't answer the phone and even though their business light is on, their doors are always closed. Fishy place for sure. Do not waste your time here.

The inside of this hookah lounge is very chic. They have a few chairs and tables outside. They play music as well and they have a pretty decent happy hour.

Came here during happy hour, the service was good. Will come back again!The place is a little too bright during the day with all the windows!

My husband surprised me to a trip to Muse for a Saturday date night and I'm so glad that we found this hookah lounge! It's super clean, the flavors we got were amazing (strawberry and mango), and the staff was super attentive. The store is super clean and has cute and tasty mock tails and have food available to order as well. Our server Denise was amazing and made our experience here so much better.

Nice place- good hookah acceptable service- it's a hookah place so if you eat the food don't expect much- nice spot to catchup with friends- it's temporarily closed thou. Not sure why.

After a year or so, it's finally good to be back at Muse in SL. The hookah here is great!!! Will be back soon for the burgers and wings!!! Shoutout to Alexa for taking awesome care of me. Be sure to ask for her. Put them on your radar!!!
