First of all. Disregard any one star reviews. This place is my #1 favorite taco spot in all of Houston. THAT FOOD BE CRACK. From the charro beans the the gringa tacos to them bomb a** michelada's. This place is amazing.. seriously. Only place where mf's order a modelo at 9am with some bomb a** food. Trust me.

Do not eat at Mr. Trumpo Tacos & More!, here is why:1. They charged Gratuity for 4 (me, my wife, and 2 kids). They say this was a mistake but the cashier/waitress looked like she knew what she was doing. I felt this was deceptive.2. At checkout, she already had chosen a 20% tip with a persistent attitude. I felt this was also deceptive.3. I ordered a smaller plate that looked like it cost $6.49 on the menu. They Charged me $16.49 for a little plate with enough food for 4 tacos. The menu was NOT clearly marked. I felt this was also deceptive.4. The food was not hot and the quality of the food did not deserve a $70 check with a %20 tip on top. When I called in all they did was offer me off the gratuity on my next meal. We paid $70 plus a tip for what should have been some tacos and drinks. Do not eat at Mr. Trumpo Tacos & More if you do not want to be over-charged for Mediocre food. They have deceptive practices.

I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for awesome menudo and tacos!! If you decide to dine in, you may be surprised that you are not immediately greeted with a basket of chips! Instead you are given a bowl of hot charro beans and plenty of onions, cilantro, and limes. You also get 2 salsa bottles hot and hotter! The barbacoa is on point it's not too greasy and their corn tortillas are bloody amazing!!My faves:Breakfast tacos all types GringasThe menudo excellent cure for a hangover!Tacos al pastor!

I love this place because of the Mexican authenticity. The food is delicious you can't find better tortillas for miles. When you order your food you also get some delicious delicious beans.. They are fantastic a bit spicy for me but all I do is remove the little bits of Chile and their perfect to eat for me.. My husband enjoys them the way they are. I'm usually here enjoying their food

I don't have any pictures to post because every single time I go to this place, I devour the food. This is one of the Best taco shops in town. Trust me when I tell you to get the tacos al pastor. They come in an order of 5 with taco tortillas. I always get the ones with pineapple The meal comes with one of the best bean soups I've ever tried. A little spicy but wow!! What a treat. Make sure to get some grilled onions. Come back and like my review once you've tried this

We have been coming for years. They have always had good service and food. This time, we were severely disappointed. We came for breakfast . I had the huevos a la Mexicana and let's just say there were more veggies than eggs. The beans were burnt. The potatoes were soggy. My wife had the machacado and eggs. Well, let's say that the eggs were runny and the actual meat was burnt and well hardly there. See the pictures. We called the waitress and asked for more meat, even if we had to pay for it. She said she couldn't do it because the meat is distributed by portion. We just wanted more meat and she gave us a weird response. We probably won't be coming here based on the food and the waitstaff reaction to a simple request.

Came on a weekday morning around 10:30 AM. It's nice to know that a place is open for tacos however, $2.29 for a small street taco is a lot for the portion size. I was happy that they had a good selection of tacos including tripa! Also, the chilaquiles was a 6/10.

Hired for a backyard party. Food was great, they were professional,everything was great! Highly recommend.

This restaurant it was famous for their delicious Trompo tacos. I visited a few days ago and was disappointed to find out that their trompo meat doesn't exist and that the famous trompo tacos had changed their recipe and not made the traditional way. We also ordered a full order of chiles toreados and the waitress brought only two skinny and small serrano peppers so dry!The food and restaurant is down the hill. Place looks so dirty. So disappointed.
