New restaurant in China town. Very clean and very nice service! I don't eat every restaurant in Chinatown but here just my type of noodle soup. Noodle is definitely special. Many place said hands noodle but some times taste like store bought. But here I can see size is different it's very much hand made. Appetizer was good portion and good price. Many place price up and more pieces but I prefer little cheap and less food because I want to eat more .

A welcome addition to the neighborhood, some kinks to work out. Came on soft opening night. Ordered the signature beef noodle with knife shaved noodles. Soup was not the most flavorful but the noodles were very solid and al dente. Not much beef was provided. The wood ear mushrooms were good, the quantity was on the small side. Great concept and can't wait to see how high they fly! A very nice and clean spot.

Had the Signature Noodle dish and it was very good - broth had almost no fat, clean, but the beef pieces were a little overdone. Can't beat hand-pulled noodles!
