Mr. C's BBQ

This is a good bbq spot in the area. The ribs were tender and tasted great without the sauce. The sauce was an added flavor boost. The smoked sausage is huge. It was hanging out the bun. The baked beans were different. They were cooked with sweet peppers. The potato salad and collard greens were on point. The lemon pound cake tasted like regular pound cake but it was moist. The caramel cake was ok, but not how I like. Customer service was great and they played blues music. :) Clean location, nice prices, and nice people I will be back.

Is this place still open for business? I am looking a good bbq spot in the area but they all seem to have inconsistencies with their schedules.

I placed an order through DoorDash and I felt so sorry for the dasher. The Lady at the restaurant was rude and lacks over the phn skills. We were excited to try them but after placing our order based on what they had listed on the DoorDash menu, it was an order from hell. I'm not sure what her role is but management of customers should not be one. She's definitely the reason we canceled our order and will NEVER go back or recommend them.... I refuse to spend my money with business that won't train their workers on the ABC's of customer service. I'll take mediocre food and a great customer experience over great food and a jacked up attitude!!

I stopped in yesterday after seeing them online a few days ago. I had already made up my mind that if I got out and smelled no smoke, I'd get right back in a leave. They are easy to locate with promotional banners so can't miss them. There was only 1 other customer when I arrived so I was greeted immediately. I assume that she was the owner and had a welcoming smile. The menu is laid on the counter so it was easy to see the offerings. What I appreciated was not feeling rushed or like some businesses when you come in they don't even give you a chance to just look things over. It was after 3pm and I had just went to pickup lunch from another place so this was just an added bonus meal. The menu and pricing was fair so I decided to try the rib sandwich with sauce on the side. I know my bbq and the flavor is in the meat I so prefer to sauce myself so there's no hiding.lol I was pleased they didn't try to hide it with sauce unless you wanted. Some sauces are sweet or vinegar based that can be super bitter, this was good balance. I'm not sure how many bones normally come a sandwich but either way you'll be pleased. Now to be honest the only thing that I might suggest is to not have such a char on it. What I mean is I don't eat alot at once so when I warmed up another bone it kind of came out dry even after broiling and wrapping in foil to reheat. I think had that not been so then when it was rewarmed then it would have been moist and smoky just like I got it. That being said, it might have been just that flame that day, so they only way I can be sure is a follow-up trip real soon!

The food was really good and the customer service was great as well. We ordered the Rib & 1/2 Chicken combo with baked beans and mac & cheese as sides. We also ordered the pork sausage sandwich. I didn't notice til I got home that the 2 ribs were missing from my combo out of all the things I ordered. Other than not being able to try the ribs, everything was great and the wait wasn't long. We'll definitely give Mr. C's another try, and make sure everything we ordered is included before we leave the restaurant.

I have the opportunity to stop bye Mr. C's barbecue. The barbecue was so amazing, so delicious, tender, you could taste that Hickory Wood flavor in the meat, you have to be very careful just from biting your fingers, and that barbecue sauce was so tasty, all hands on deck. I needed 2 slap of Barbecue ribs with 4 side orders, that macaroni cheese was fantastic, alongside Them barbecue baked beans. Wow hallelujah, the food was scrumptious, so delicious. I am a witness for the state of Georgia USA .

food is soooooo good!!!! the ribs are meaty and big too!!! the sauce goes great with it and Robin so sweet and kind she hook my plate up so right!!!!! 10/10
