I came across this spot bc i was staying a I'm a hotel close by. It's goodddddd. The energy is welcoming and fun. The bartender Denise is a sweetheart and crafts a mean cocktail. When I'm in Miami this is going to be my go to. It should be yours . I definitely recommend the chicken empanadas omg

It is literally by a hotel so walking into the courtyard you find this shack with an old convertible outside and a small sign of Moreno's Cuba. The light strings and outdoor courtyard gives off the Latin Cuban vibe for sure and the inside shack with legacy old radios and vibrant colors brings this cool and relaxing restaurant. The waiter was very much the only one holding the fort serving us the meals for our party of 10. I ordered the empanadas and the fish ceviche with plantain. Very delicious and piping hot for the empanadas. Really don't need to make reservations since we just showed up and hardly anyone there. Definitely worth going since we were all hungry from our late flights

We had a lovely time here. The food was great. Service was keen. Ambiance was lively!! For a second I felt like dining in Cuba It's hard to find the entrance though as it's a small print hidden underneath the hotel sign. So it took us a while to find this hidden gem. We were following the aroma all the way!!

Why Moreno's Cuba isn't on the radar is baffling to me! This place is so lowkey and a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The ambiance is romantic, colorful, whimsical and creates the perfect atmosphere for drinking, dancing, and enjoying all the positive vibes. The mojitos are addicting, we couldn't stop ordering them! As for our food, we ordered the ceviche, ropa vieja and empanadas, and everything was AMAZING. We left nothing on our plates!

We've been here twice. Great ambiance! Great service. Perfect little spot to grab some delicious food to eat. Everything was flavored well and cooked to perfection. The flaky empanadas might have been the star of our last dining experience. Amazing.

Average. The ambiance and decor was cool. The food was ok. We had the empanada and it was extremely flaking breading. We Sara t the bar and the bar tender was nice. On to stop in for a drink to say you went but nothing to go back for.

We came here for a quick drink prior to our anniversary dinner. Stepping foot into Moreno's Cuba transported us to our long lost Cuban great grandmother's kitchen. We started off with a Coconut Mojito and a Mango Mojito . I always end up loving my honey's drink more than mine. His Coconut Mojito was on point! I'm usually not a fan of coconut unless it's a piña colada or holiday Coquito. Yes, I know that's weird but his drink was phenomenal. It was so good that we ended up trading the second round. I ordered the same thing he had and then we came back again the following day.The food menu looks pretty good. I told my hunny we should come back to grab a bite to eat. We couldn't dine in due to our anniversary dinner being elsewhere, but we did order the Ropa Vieja Empanadas with Cilantro Sauce. The empanadas were 3.5 out of 5. The cilantro sauce was the saving grace because it was mouthwatering amazing. Moreno's Cuba combines an eclectic style where vintage Miami meets Old Havana. Everything about this place is authentic from the old-school car outside where you can post a photo app to the lively music coming from the bar. Everything about this place is spot on this is where you need to be if you want to unwind relax or even dance a little bit. There's a 1950s Chevy Bel Air that adorns the walkway. There's outdoor seating with a funky vibe, couches, patio chairs, and a museum filled with exotic pictures, velvets, lamps, and a pretty ambience.

The ambiance is beautiful and colorfully lit up. The service was fast and kind. The food was not my favorite though. I had the ropa vieja which I usually love at other places but I found this one kind of acidic. The plantain chips were stale. My dad really liked his Cuban sandwich though. All in all this isn't the best Cuban restaurant in the area. Nice place for a beer or happy hour drink though

We went to this restaurant twice in 3 days because it was so delicious. The atmosphere is super cute (perfect for those necessary Miami aesthetic photos), but the food is really where it's at. The server recommended popular dishes to us aside from the sandwich, and we see why they are popular!
