Monterrey Taqueria & Bar

I've been going here for almost two years. Me and my boyfriend normally get our food to-go because it's so packed. I mean look at the tacos they're delicious! Today though I was extremely shocked and disappointed. I order what I normally get which is a "Rosy" plate. It's delicious and I've recommended it and this establishment whenever anyone is looking for some delicious tacos. But today as I was finishing my last taco I bit something hard, at first I thought it was a bone. So I spitted out and saw how big it was, since it made a loud crunch noise. Then I discovered it was a piece of glass. I was more concerned if I had eaten any more glass and swallowed it. We went back to the restaurant when I found out about the glass in my food. They gave us a refund and let us talk to the owner. Everything is ok right now, I'm just not going back there anymore. I'm paranoid now, thanks for making amazing tacos. But no thanks.

Never stepping foot I here again. When I came in they did not disclose the extra fees that in thought would come with tacos. I ordered the 5 tacos and I told them I wanted lime and onions on it. After I ate my food I went to pay and they charged me for onions and salsa I didn't even ordered . I wish they would of told me the extra fees before I ordered that not disclosing everything. Very upset will not be returning.

The piratas are awesome!!! It's a quesadilla with avocado and carne asada for anyone who isn't familiar. Came here on a Saturday night around 9PM and this place was bumpin'. It was karaoke night. The waitress was kind and attentive. Food was great and cheap! They have Mexican coke which was the cherry on top to an awesome meal.

Taco truck quality in a sit down place... which is a compliment! The red sauce is actually spicy and they are fast with their orders.

GO TO A TACO TRUCK! Save money and appetite The first time I ate here was almost a decade ago and I was highly disappointed. I decided to give them a second chance this weekend and it was even worse than the first time! The place looks super dirty, the service absolutely sucks, and the prices say one thing on the menu but reflect quite opposite when the bill comes around. Im not sure how our bill came out to an additional $10 and the waitress or cashier didnt want to bother explaining. Food was greasy, the meat was overcooked and the beans looked like they had been left over from the previous diner's plate. I dont know how this place manages to stay in business.

Excellent trompo and Tlaquepaque tacos. Bare bones decor, but you come for $9/5 tacos.

Been going to the establishment since it was on 75th and Griggs since I was a young this would be the go to spot, now it's located on telephone. Every time I dine at this place it reminds me of home,such a good and unique taste. The quality of the food never disappoints.The original waitress is always on the ball and making sure you are good.

Waiter was rude and acted like she was doing me a favor by taking my order and then tried to charge me for drinks I didn't order, food was ok tho

That didn't taste like a hamburguesa Monterrey and I had a had hard time finding my aguacate on the tacos piratas.
