Momo's Master

Food was delicious! I went with a party of five and we all enjoyed our food. Chicken tikka masala, dumplings, chat, soup- all fantastic! We will be coming back for lunch and dinner.

I went to Momo's based on Yelp reviews. I took a student from UNC. We ordered a range of dishes.I first tried the meatballs. Fortunately, I cut one in half before eating. It was raw. The student I was with was shocked because she would have just eaten it (and possible gotten quite ill). I took the dish back. I had minimal apology. Later we received a replaced with much smaller meatballs (maybe 1-3rd the size and yet the same number).The dumplings were good, but needed something to bring out the flavors.The chat was my favorite.We had five dishes and I honestly can't remember the other two. There is almost no service here and little ambiance. The food seems unique, but I can get all the flavors easily in Atlanta. Mixing them doesn't quite work - ends up a somewhat spicy, salty combination. Need to take care ordering (the person at the register was no help with this).I won't go back as my choice but would go if others wanted to go. I l'll stick was basics and will always check food for doneness.

Minimalist but classy interior. Staff was friendly and the service quick.The side of Honey Bacon Brussels was good. But the star was the spicy Chili Momos made with chicken. Excellent curry like flavor and the spiciness was on point, not so hot that I was sweating but hot enough that my lips were tingling. So if you don't like the heat order something else. I'll be back to try their other items. Maybe go vegetarian.

I went with my friends here and I knew I was in for a good time since I've been once before. I got the chicken tikka masala and it was delicious. Great service and the staff was friendly. Lots of cool decor and music playing. Would recommend!

Momo's master is a hidden gem in chapel hill. The food is so amazing. I've tried the garlic chicken meatballs, kurkure momos, chili momo paneer, chili momo bison, schezuan lamb momo, chicken momo sizzler, papdi chaat, everything was phenomenal. The service is great, the owner is very sweet! All the servers treated us like family and the food is very fresh. The ambiance is perfect for catching up with friends, quick service restaurant with great flavor. I pick up from here regularly and would highly recommend. I will definitely be returning to try the rest of the menu!

Stopped in here for lunch with my coworkers and we all agreed that the portions were pretty big and the prices were really reasonable. The table loved the himalayan fried rice, samosas, and dumplings. The tikka masala wasn't the best compared to some of my fav places in Cary but I appreciated the large portion. The service is really fast, you order at the counter and the food comes out less than 5 minutes later. The inside has a lot of light and I like that you can seat yourself.

A Nepalese restaurant in downtown Chapel Hill. This place was a great find. All three of us ordered the MoMo Sizzlers, which came with noodles. The vegetables were fresh, noodles cooked perfect, and the monos were amazing. My friend also ordered the fried rice, which was really delicious as well.You could either order on your phone or go up to the register to order. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Even on a Sunday night, this place was pretty busy.MoMo Masters is definitely worth the drive to go visit.

I actually really loved this place - cozy atmosphere, great fast and friendly service and super tasty food with reasonable prices, especially on a cold rainy night. We got several plates of momos - the Szechuan, chili paneer, and plain steamed which were all really good but my favorite of the bunch was the Szechuan. They were really spicy so watch out, but I love me some spice! We also had the papdi chaat among a hard to choose list of South Asian street food - it was crispy, well seasoned, delicious and up to par. I can't comment on any of the plates with rice as we didn't get these, but I'm sure they were delicious too. My husband had a mango lassi which was just perfect - sometimes places get lassi wrong somehow with the level of tartness balanced with the sweetness, but this one took me back to my childhood and I would definitely get again. Highly recommend a visit if you're in the area and love dumplings!

This place is amazing! Food is so fresh and authentic, and the staff were so nice and welcoming and had great recommendations. We tried the yogurt bomb appetizer, paneer tikka masala, hot and sour soup, and dumplings of course. Everything was so good, definitely a hidden gem in Chapel Hill.

I love when I find restaurants that feel like someone welcomed you into their home! I walked in and I was greeted immediately by the nicest young man. (The receipt says Gurkaran S.) he asked what I was having and I told hom this was my first visit. He immediately suggested I had to have the Dumplings. And showed me the section of the menu as well as explaining each dish he pointed to. I chose the Momo Sizzler with Bison Dumplings. In front of the cashier theres a fridge with Mango Lassi, one of my favorite drinks and It was FANTASTIC!!! The food was absolutely FANTASTIC as is, but the young man came and offered me to try the red and green sauce to see which i liked. I really enjoyed them both. Exceptional service, Exceptional food!! I will be back and OFTEN!!!
