Service - 6 out 5 Stars, service was above and beyond. Father daughter combo (owners) made sure our needs were addressed. They took care of us as if we were dining in their home. Extremely kind family. My go to Chinese resto going forward. Ambiance - 5 Stars, hole in the wallFood - 4 stars, sushi was fantastic, fresh and fulfilling. The Chinese dishes such as Kung Pao and Mongolian Beef had way too much grease/oil. I had to pick out the protein and eat it without the sauce. But I think this issue is specific to those dishes because the sesame chicken was perfect. Not overly battered or sweet. Chicken itself tasted fresh not frozen as if they just bought it at market and cooked it right away. Overall: 4.5 stars - I will continue to frequent this place. I look forward to trying all the other dishes. I recommend giving them a shot.

A small and clean restaurant suitable for small groups. Interior is decorated with beautiful geisha paintings. I had the lunch maki rolls: salmon avocado roll, and tuna avocado roll. I also ordered the chicken katsu bento box. The maki rolls were rolled tight and neatly. The ingredients used were fresh. Good rolls. The chicken katsu bento box came with vegetable tempuras, salad, California roll, and a bowl of rice. The chicken katsu was deep fried perfectly. Chicken was crispy, and wasn't dry. The vegetable tempuras consisted of a slice of sweet potato, a slice of green bell pepper, and a slice of aubergine. They were fresh, and fried well. The California roll was made well, and packed with fresh ingredients. Service was great. The staff were attentive. I chatted with the boss, and he was very friendly. I would go back to try other food.

I drive past this place several times a day, but today was the first time I've eaten there. I will definitely be going back. The place is cute and the food and service are top-notch. It's a pretty small place. You might call it cozy. They don't have tables large enough for my family, but it looks like they do take-out and delivery and, honestly, the teenagers probably wouldn't mind sitting at their own table. Next time I'll bring them.We ordered a mix of Chinese food and sushi and everything was good. They have nicely priced lunch specials that offer plenty of food. I haven't tried dinner there yet, but it won't be long. Maybe next week! I can see this place becoming my new go-to for Chinese food takeout, especially with the option for delicious sushi also.

Went back for dine in, and it was a good experience. Chirashi is even more beautiful and the staff made me a special ponzu sauce. Had a feast and will go back again!

Had their chirashi bowl for lunch and it was so filling and satisfying! The fish and vegetables were fresh on a bed of perfectly seasoned and temperature sushi rice. The presentation was very cute too.

I went to have dinner a few days ago with my boys. The staff was super friendly and welcoming! The owner made sure everything was taken care of to the fullest. He recommended a few dishes and I was not disappointed. The food was so delicious! Even my two picky eaters loved the season pork chop with capital sauce. I will definitely be back! This place is hidden gem!

Neighborhood sushi restaurant in a quaint strip mall of Sugar Land. There isn't a lot going on in the area. I was really craving sushi after my run in the park adjacent to this store, and I came here. I was surprised by the quality of the sushi and the intricacy of the rolls. It was quite delicious, and I saw the table next to me even got a roll that apparently comes to you lit up in flames. Very hip for a neighborhood sushi restaurant and I will definitely be back. The servers were very friendly, and they took time to make the rolls in the back from my experience. Definitely recommend coming here if you live in the area.

Intro: After attending a funeral viewing on a Sunday, we were looking for a dinner spot close by. I hopped on the trusty Yelp app and came across Momo Sushi & Asian Bistro. Good reviews and a very short drive. So we made our way over. This Asian restaurant is located in a shopping center so parking won't be an issue. Food (3.5/5): While a lot of the menu is Japanese food, it's more than that. Hence the Asian Bistro portion of their name. I stuck with Japanese and looked over their extensive sushi menu. I love sushi but only the cooked versions (unless it's tuna or shrimp). Lame, I know but I can't help it. I've tried. They had several cooked sushi options. The portion size is your typical size for sushi (eight pieces) and the prices are reasonable. Service (5/5): Friendly and attentive service. Upon leaving, they asked us where we lived and how we heard about the restaurant. And thanked us for our visit. Ambiance (4/5): Neighborhood Asian restaurant so as expected. Relatively small but clean and welcoming. Drinks (4/5): I went with a Kirin light and a small hot sake. My usual go-to at Japanese spots. You can't go wrong with a Japanese beer whether it's Kirin, Sapporo, or Asahi. Overall: If you're looking for a casual, neighborhood restaurant with reasonable prices, Momo makes for a good choice.

So glad I found this through Yelp, though I should have tried it much sooner as my threading lady whom I've been using for 10+ years is right next door.Great, small, family owned restaurant offering a variety of Japanese/Chinese cuisine. Which is great bc my kids enjoy both. We tried the gyoza appetizer, 2 cooked rolls, and the house noodles. Everything was devoured to the delight of our waitress and I think the owner who checked on us throughout our meal. I wasn't a huge fan of the gyoza though. Sushi rolls are also not marked with *raw or * cooked labels so be careful if this is important to you. Tables are very limited on space, mainly 4 seaters, although we were able to place an extra chair at the end. So glad we found another alternative to our top sushi spot which also has some extra dishes we would love to try in the future. They do have a beer/wine/sake menu. Prices are very reasonable for delicious food!
