Molly's Pub

We used to love going to Mollys. It's seriously going downhill with the bartenders. If you don't like the dorky girl with the glasses boyfriends you're out. It explains why they have such less and less patrons than before. It's a shame. It's also super dirty and smells like vomit all the time. It's getting pretty bad. Happy they redid Nico's and there's also the Draft.

Quaint little pub right off the side of 494 offered a great selection of beers and pretty good bar food.With little experience of pubs, I was ecstatic to get pints of Guinness that were consistently up to par with how they should be. Their bar food was pretty good, having some of their pizza, mozzarella sticks, and more.Our servers were excellent and constantly making their rounds while we ordered our rounds! Would definitely go again!

This a cozy, great atmosphere pub. They have finger food that's delicious, I highly recommend the sausage on the stick. Definitely a Houston texas must have. The service it's just fantastic. Everyone treats you great and you feel welcome. Did I mention prices are amazing.

Really nice people in a nice and divey bar.Food was good, Staff told one of our group they had to drink water ;) It was a good weekend...A glass of water later and an amazing BLT our boy was out of the naughty corner...A proper Bar!

Never been treated this badly from a bartender! Came in alone on a slow night and found a seat at the bar between a man and a woman. Awkward already just going to the bar alone, I look up and the bartender is staring in my face, I ask him for his drink recommendation and I was shocked by his response..."I don't know what you like" Ok that was hella uncomfortable, so I reword it, "can you recommend a drink that you like to make"? Again..."I don't know what you like". By now the energy surrounding me is drawing in attention and I'm so uncomfortable I want to leave as fast as I can! But, the woman sitting next to me steps in and tells the bartender to get me a modelo on her and from that point on she took me under her wing. That bartender never did change his poor attitude. A bad bartender is a real turn off...we left shortly after that and went to Montana's. I'll probably return in a couple years and see how much different it may be. The lighting was decent and there is an outdoor area with darts and tables. Bathrooms are sooo small.

Let me start by saying I do not frequent this place but every time I've been here I've had fun. That being said, it is a pretty shitty bar. All Molly's pubs are that way. That's fine. The staff was in the Christmas spirit if you worked for the grinch. This Christmas tree and our nice elf waitress kept the cheer high while we drank cookie shots and played darts. The only reason I don't give it 5 starts is because I have very high expectations. Check my other reviews.

Very nice pub! Newly 21 so I don't know what to order half the time and the bartender made a delicious drink for me to try. Definitely bringing my friends back.

Not going back. The little blond bartender apparently has a chip on her shoulders. We're super chill people and dont start drama at all. Apparently super chill people are too much for Molly's Pub. Cool, cool, cool....also, the whole place smells like dirty bleach water.

Been going here for years and always a SUPER chill place!! Always welcoming and the staff is on point and very cool!! Everything you want in a neighborhood bar!
