Wow one of the best nightclubs downtown! I loved the ambiance and the staff is beyond amazing! The drinks are great always look for the drink specials! The bottle specials are amazing. Celebrated my birthday here and do not regret it! I felt like a celebrity to be honest. Very confused on how this place is getting mediocre reviews.

Really unfortunate situation last night left me feeling sick to my stomach. My friends and I rolled in around 12. My friend who is white was let in with no cover. When I was ID'd, I was sent to the hostess who then charged me a cover...even though my friend who entered before me was let in without one. When I called the hostess out on this, she got very defensive-- which made me even more uncomfortable. My friend even came back to say she hadn't been charged a cover. We all left because 1) this struck me as pretty blatantly racist and 2) a $15 cover was excessive for this particular atmosphere. It was maybe 1/3 full?It's possible this was all a "misunderstanding", but it was an unfortunate misunderstanding and I will not be back.

I have been to this place a few times and never had and issue before, it's a night club and i get that they expect you to spend some money, but since they open back the cover to get in is ridiculous, is not worth it. I was trying to get in the other day and they were charging $35.00 I just turned around, that's insane, not going back to this place anymore. Don't get me wrong i used to like this place but i feel that they are taking advantage of the situation, just my personal opinion.

This place was so fun. They play a variety of music to please the crowds.The drinks are good. I had the Mojito drink and it was perfect.Also had some tequila shots that the servers were going around with.The most special part of the night was a surprise special performance from folklorico dancers and it was so lively. To make it even more fun they had several prize giveaways and we won a budwiser gift pack to end the night on a good note.Definitely will be going back with the hubby here because we had such an awesome night.

$20 cover; fine, I'm a dude, I get it.Bouncers and bartenders were aggressive and rude.Smokey and unbelievably loud, even for a dance clubDrink options: Corona, Modelo, Truly. That's it. Oh, and $60 for a single hookah bowl. Absolutely wild.If you want a club or a bar with music, there are a dozen better choices with bartenders and employees that actually care about service and their customers. Spend your money ANYWHERE in Raleigh but here.

NEVER going here again and I strongly advise other people to not go here. I stopped by for my friends birthday and was only there 10-15 mins and bought 6 lemon drop shots, I immediately closed out and the bartender told me I didn't need to sign..... red flag right there but brushed it off because I was having fun. Next thing I know 108$ was charged to my card. Please tell me how 6 simple lemon drop shots costed 108$, even with gratuity that's outrageous, but i have no idea how much they tipped themselves with no receipt! I have NO proof on what I ordered so it's pointless to call and that is EXACTLY what they want. Would've given this place 5 stars until I woke up the next morning and saw that on my bank account. To sum it up, they either have corrupt bartenders who are hurting the overall business by doing this, or the entire business itself is a scam. Never again!!

Had to make a yelp account just to give a review Bouncer rude asl, came in around late 12 and tried charging us 60 DOLLARS?? Simply cause we we're "underage". I've been to clubs before and never had to pay more than 10... weird

The bar tender lost my bank card. To paint the scenario I was sober I ordered 1 drink and didn't pregame at all. I ordered my drink and he proceeded to take it to the back of the bar and then he proceeded to take other peoples orders and make drinks. I stood there waiting to get my card back but after a FEW minutes I figured it was one of those bars that hold on to the cards so I walked away. A hour and a half passes by and we weren't feeling the music so we decided to leave ( the DJ kept interrupting the songs by talking into the mic continuously to a point that got annoying). I went to the bar to get my card back and the bartender is trying to tell me he gave me my card. I told him he gave me my drink and he never gave me my card. He then looked at the back of the bar and tried to give me someone else's card. Wtf

This bar is the worst. Don't go. The bouncers were awful. AWFUL. This is the worst "straight" bar in Raleigh. Don't go here. Go to Work. Instead. If I could give zero stars I would.

If I could give a Minus star I would. This place is sooooooo ghetto that isn't even funny. Nobody on Glenwood charges for a cover to get in, but this God for sakes guetto place do. The server are constantly harassing costumers to consume more drinks. The security guy will kick you out if you don't consume drinks or spend money inside.(there was a lay suit against this place a couple years back because the security guys beat the crap out some guy that almost died). The prices for a table are way to high for no reason. They have a dress code that they only use to let some people in. I went to this shithole place once and I never went back. I constantly let friend know that never go there!. Is just a waste of time and money.
