Quick and yummy! The have the option to order with a person or through a kiosk. Brown sugar bobba is soft and well cooked. Sweet but not overly sweet.

This is by far my favorite tea house in Raleigh. I've been on a bit of a boba tea kick and have visited so many recently but I keep going back to Moge. I was first introduced to cheese foam through Moge when they were the ones ones in Raleigh. My husband usually goes for one of the oolong teas with mango jellies and cheese foam. My favorite might be the strawberry matcha or the crème brûlée. Desserts in a cup! Highly recommend checking them out. Or their Durham location!

Out of all the bubble tea chains we've tried in the Triangle (e.g., Cha House, Quickly), Moge Tee has been the best and most consistent in terms of quality to us. The tea we've had at the Moge Tee locations in both Raleigh and Durham have been good and satisfying. I recommend this place. Overall, it's one of the better bubble tea places we've been to in the Triangle so far (local businesses included).Unlike a lot of bubble tea chains, Moge Tee is from mainland China, not Taiwan (most of the big brands are from Taiwan). It started in 2012. This location opened in December 2019 in West Raleigh, across the street from NC State. It's on Hillsborough Street, the main drag for NC State (like what Franklin Street is to UNC). Moge Tee sits directly across from Winston and Caldwell Halls. We visited on a Saturday afternoon when street parking was free. Metered parking is enforced Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm. Several spots were available near Moge Tee. I parked in front of Caldwell Hall. This location has the typical small/compact bubble tea store layout. The interior is a little more narrow and cramped than average. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Their outdoor seating, on the brick and concrete sidewalk, is nice. It's partially covered. During our visit, the store was busy, but the line wasn't bad. They had plenty of staff to keep things moving at a brisk pace.My wife and I got a Super Fruit Green Tea (large, $5.75) and a Taro Tofu Pudding (medium, made with soy milk, $6.00). These two drinks were cold, refreshing, and hit the spot. Fruit tea is a healthier, lighter alternative to the more calorie-dense milk bubble teas yet is still tasty and satisfying. The Super Fruit Green Tea we had here had good, strong tea flavor. Fruits in the tea included lime, lemon, orange, watermelon, and passionfruit (pulp and seeds). The Taro Tofu Pudding drink had lots of real taro and silken tofu in it, easily sucked up through a wide boba straw. The ingredients tasted fresh and appetizing. An advantage to this drink is it's caffeine-free. I'd only had caffeinated beverages on this particular day until ordering this (I was looking for something caffeine-free). Also, we liked that there were multiple milk alternatives like almond milk and soy milk. In general, the quality of both drinks was consistent with the Moge Tee we've been to in Old West Durham.A detail I like about some of the lids here is, unlike the common plastic film covers and other types of lids, you can re-snap the straw holes shut. There are circular indentations on top of the lids where you can snap the straw hole covers while you drink. I've seen similar for sip lids, but for straw lids, I've not seen it as often.Moge Tee has all the standard, popular drinks like tea with cheese foam, Yakult drinks, "Milk Swirl" (e.g., Brown Sugar Bubble Milk Tea), and Uji matcha (considered the superior type of matcha green tea). Expect to spend about $5-7 each for a medium-sized drink (500 mL or 17 oz) and about $6-9 each for a large-sized drink (700 mL or 24 oz) before tax and tip. They also serve egg waffles. Most varieties (e.g., matcha and strawberry) are about $7 each. The menu listed the egg waffles as exclusive to Raleigh, but I'm not sure how true that is.Service was great. The staff was polite and processed orders fast and efficiently. At the time of writing this review, there are six Moge Tee locations in North Carolina including one in each Triangle city (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill). There are two in Georgia (Atlanta and Duluth). None in South Carolina.

Nom nom slurp! My son wanted us to try a cute little boba place on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh. I tried Cheese Tea and it was Good! I ordered the Cheese Foam Honey Black Tea with regular boba and 30% sugar. It's mainly black tea with warm boba added and the cap is a dairy foam that's slightly salty so I got a sweet with salty cream taste as I took a drink from the top. If I used the straw, I got some chewy boba with perfectly sweetened black tea. Cheese foam sounds odd but it was very tasty. I'm not sure what the kids got. I was obsessed with my drink. They all guzzled theirs down though.

Absolutely delicious! We had the bubble tea that has the fresh tea and fruits and oh myyyy goshhhh! One of the best drinks I've ever had anywhere. The boba is fresh and its so chewy and satisfying. The flavors really mesh well together in the tea and left nothing for me to desire. We went back twice before we left the city!

I was expecting more from the dragonfruit yakult but I was disappointed. I expected a bit more creamier texture but it was like drinking dragonfruit flavored juice. I don't know if it is because I asked for 50% less sugar or not. At least there was some fresh dragonfruit. I wouldn't get this again. I hate that I spent about $10 (with added boba) for the large drink. I wished they had a smaller size but large was the only size. The boba was too soft for my preference. If I ever come back here again I would give the other drinks a try, hoping they taste better then the dragonfruit yakult.Parking is metered street parking on the weekdays. I parked in the temporary pickup spot and was only there 5 to 10 minutes with no issues.

Best boba drinks in Raleigh. Extensive menu that should appeal to all tastes, from the sweet and creamy, 100% fruit (fresh berry or mango fruit tea) to salty and savory with the cheese foam topping. My longtime addiction has been the brown sugar sweat cream with boba. Although other places attempt to make this drink, none even compare. Service is good, ambiance is inviting and relaxed. It's nice but they don't take themselves too seriously.

Loved it! The lady behind the counter was very kind. She explained the drink options as my sister and I looked over the menu.I ordered the oreo milk tea. The flavor was delicious! Was a little frustrated that the oreo crumbs kept settling at the bottom. You'd have to constantly sit your drink or you'd suck up a big bunch of oreo. The strawberry tea was extremely crisp and refreshing. It almost tasted like a strawberry smoothie! Overall, delicious drinks and great service!

I ordered strawberry and mango with popping boba to complement the flavors. I will try the other fruit flavors next time. Fairly certain this is a hit with the NC State students.

I have a love hate with this place. I keep coming back even though it never comes out the way I like. I like you can really customize your drink. I like the environment of the location. The service is really fast with just one person most of the time. If you've had milk lab and some other places, just know it's a step down from those places
