Qua *clapping emoji* li *clapping emoji* ty *clapping emoji* Quality is the main word that come to mind when I think of this joint. It's also the furthest from my expectation being so close to the cypress outlets, but be aware, this shop is not another gimmick. This particular location is family owned and it's always a treat to see one of the team member's children skipping through the shop. Their extensive menu includes cheese foam creations, classic brown sugar boba tea, tea less options, tofu pudding, Yakult blends, Dorayaki, matcha, soufflé and more. Friendly, quick service, fresh boba, ample parking and Ofcourse a high quality product! What more could you want?! The cutely decorated shop is just a bonus. Bravo to these cats. This kitten enjoyed her milk...tea

This location sucks. No rewards, no Da Hong Pao milk tea, no aloe, no honey black tea, no four way cup holders when ordering a large order of 6 drinks. No sealed lids. I'm buying a big order for my family, and have to figure out how to hold 6 drinks in my 2 drink cup holder. Tried to over look all this the last couple times bc I really enjoyed the one I went to in Dallas but this will be my last visit.

My BFF and I visited the boba shop after a dinner in the Cypress vicinity. The location is right across from the 290 Outlet mall, so would be a great place to hang out/grab boba if you're shopping in the area! The shop has seating outside along with modern/cute decor with seating inside. I ordered the Mango Pomelo slush, which came to be over $8 without tax. I thought that was quite expensive for Houston area (very up to par with NYC pricing), especially in a suburb like Cypress. The drink tasted refreshing and was not bitter (which Pomelo drink in other shops seems to have that bitterness to it that I hate). My friend ordered the fruit tea, and she said it was super refreshing and light, just perfect after our heavy meal. I'd definitely visit the shop again when I am in the area, but the pricier products may not be worth it to me.

Not impressed. Pricy but that's a no brainer in todays economy, but at least make it tasty to make it worth the price? Over $7 for a large beverage that I customized to be 75% sweetened and it was barely anything. I ordered the DaHongPao milk tea which is said to be their stronger tea flavor, but it was mealy regular tea with a hint of bitterness. Boba had a nice consistency and good chewyness for being white pearls. The shop offers to order in person or on their touch screen devices right in front of the register. Their touch screens were convenient as you got to view photos of each item. We love photos! But maybe have sanitizer right next to the screens to help keep things germ-free? Nothing personal to the girl who made my order, but I was disappointed in the shop in general. They offer Mango green tea slush but not regular mango GT over ice. I just don't understand why they can't make it over ice instead of blending it... The girl made a suggestion for peach GT but my husband is allergic to peach, so hence why I requested for mango instead. I was ordering to bring home for him when he gets off, and I just didn't want the slush to melt by the time he got to actually enjoy it. It was just a huge disappointment for the limited customization of a beverage that they already offer. Other than that, the girl was very sweet and nice. Another thing to note is to make sure and ask if your drink already has bubble/boba/ tapioca. I was confused ordering my drink on the screens bc they didn't clarify which drinks come with boba. So I added a topping for I believe .65 cents? When the order was printed out, the girl wanted to make sure I wanted extra boba, and I was like ugh! I guess if I paid for it, then just add it. Something they should clarify on their menu. Hopefully I'll order a better tasting drink on my next visit. And hopefully my husband can come with me to enjoy that mango GT slush I wasn't able to order for him.

I came on an off hour. No wait. Placed my order and spoke with the server for a little bit. She made my order immediately and was super nice. I enjoyed talking with her. I ordered the Super Fruit Green Tea with light ice and full sweetness as I wasn't sure if they're sweetness level. Every place is different. Perfect flavor and refreshing. I'll be coming back.

My daughter and I have been searching for a good boba and tea house in cypress and haven't found one that we really like until today....we literally took one sip and said we found our new favorite spot! My daughter gets her usual milk tea with boba and there was just the right amount of milk in there and it was not too sweet. We don't like it when some places overdue their milk ratio and it's gets too milky. The boba was so nice and soft and not too chewy. I tried a new drink called the fresh lemon and green tea...let me tell you, it's so refreshing and I know I'll be craving this drink later this week! The only thing is this drink comes in a large, but it's so good that I'm glad it came in a large. Perfect drink for those hot days in Houston. The Teahouse is right around the corner from all the hustle and bustle of the plaza. Inside is small and quaint with 2 large table to accommodate 4 seating and 3 tables to accommodate 2 seatings. They also offer some board games and welcome you to stay and enjoy. There's also a patio seating which is shared with next door poke restaurant.

This place has fallen off. Came in and first 3 drinks we wanted they don't have. They do not have black tea. And we asked if it wasn't just today or in general. They said they don't have any at all or will be getting any. Then I would suggest taking items you won't be getting anymore off the menu. There a review someone mentioned how they didn't have a lot of things and I second that. For a boba place you need to be prepared with the right Ingredients(tea) and supplies (cup holders). I don't know if it's worth coming back or not.

Very delicious tea although I am a hermit and I tend to stick to my few tried and true I do at times adventure off lol. Anyways the place is clean and the staff is welcoming. Very nice calming vibes when you come to this place. Makes me feel very chill and that's important to me. Will adventure off to new drinks when I return.

I went to visit this shop for the first time yesterday. When my sister and I initially walked in we weren't even greeted just stared at strangely. We made our way to the kiosk to order anyways and asked about non-dairy options...which they don't have. I decided to get the matcha drink, and upon leaving I sipped it and it literally tasted like dirt. My sister encouraged me to take the drink back in to see if we can get something else instead. We walk back in with the drinks (which was full) and we're told this verbatim "There's nothing we can do we usually don't get complaints." Three ladies standing up in the front no one apologized offered to do even as little as fix the drink or make it taste better. The lack of consideration and kindness clearly reflects why this establishment was dead empty on a weekend afternoon. I'll never be back, you should go either! Pictures attached for proof.
