Modern Tortilla

Modern Tortilla catered a couples' shower for my daughter and her fiancé. From beginning to end the staff at Modern Tortilla were wonderful to work with. Matt coordinated the booking and our menu . He was such a pleasure to work with. He was responsive, patient, knowledgeable & kind. Christian and Colton set up, served and cleaned up after our party. They were a big hit. We got so many compliments on how much fun they were. They did a great job! The food was delicious. I especially appreciated how accommodating they were with one of our guests that had dietary restrictions. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again!

We had Modern Tortilla out for our daughters graduation, taco cart for the backyard. They were on time, set up quick and just absolutely killed it. Chicken Tinga and Carne tacos were so good, churro bar was a hit. The staff was so kind, attentive and amazing, our chef even busted out a special spice blend to make my tacos extra spicy, just so good. Setting this up was easy, Jayson is an excellent communicator. He makes sure all questions are answered, and fast. 10/10 would book them again for any of their food offerings.

From start to finish; the Modern Tortilla crew were amazing! My 50th Birthday party went off without a hitch or hiccup! Even with the finicky weather, the crew took to the task, were very accommodating and the 65 party goers that came to celebrate had nothing but compliments on all the wonderful food and their service. My wife and I were so relieved due to all the hustle and bustle and stress of having a large party at our home, Modern Tortilla took all the guess work out and let us enjoy the time with our family and friends. Well done, Guys! Thank you so much for the great evening and all that your pellet did to make it a Great 50th!

This is the second time we have used Modern tortilla for an event. The experience has always been great. The food is delicious especially the guacamole! We would totally use them again!

The servers were excellent and the food far exceeded my expectations. We had chicken and beef tacos with rice/beans and churros. They had all the condiments to add to the meal. We opted for the Taco Cart because we wanted to have it in the back yard. They were here in time and cleaned everything up nicely. I will Definitely use them again.

Spent $15 and waited 30 minutes for a small ass "carne asada" burrito which was actually just ground beef with Kroger brand taco seasoning

We had Modern Tortilla and Aioli Burger cater our large holiday party. The whole process was very easy. Matt was very organized and always got back to me quickly and adjusted any changes I made. The food was great and plentiful! Would definitely recommend!

Delicious fresh Mexican food delivered on time and well set up. Ordering process was smooth and responsive communications. Perfect for our outdoor engagement party!

Modern Tortilla catered my wedding and did an excellent job. Very good attention to detail, amazing communication and everyone really loved the food!
