Aioli Gourmet Burgers and Catering Food Truck

Won't accept cash. The form of currency that blue collar workers use to make this country operate isn't accepted here so I feel that patronage of this business should reflect that.

Cafeteria at work was closed for repairs. Aioli burger truck was brought in to fill the void. I ordered white truffle swiss burger by itself. $10 I really wanted to like this. But the burger patty tasted like a frozen patty you would buy at Costco. A little greasy too. I wouldn't order again. I'm really over the food truck craze and prices.

Had a food truck catered to a park for a picnic. Had the black and blue which wasnt very appetizing. A big bready cold bun, with an over done patty. Was hoping the fries pulled them out, but no dice. Would not suggest.

We had Aioli provide the slider meals for a big graduation party! Everyone loved it and the food truck kept moving everyone's orders along. We also used them for a mother/son dinner. They easily accommodate smaller groups and very large gatherings 100+. I highly recommend for your next party or get together. Great customer service and value!

Black and Blue. Pretzel bites. Lemonade. Milk shakes. Support local they are GTG.FYI they are cashless...something I don't support but pick your battles!

We used for my son's graduation party. Aioli was wonderful! Food was delicious! Everyone was impressed and kept talking about how good it was! Highly recommend. They are professional, showed up timely, started exactly when they said, cleaned up, cooked up remaining food (per my request--grad party).

Food was beyond delicious. Best fries I have had in a long time and I am a fry connoisseur! Staff was extremely friendly and they were able to handle the huge crowd with zero issues. We would definitely use them again.

Great food and customer service! This is the second event Aioli has catered via the food truck. Both events had 50-70 people and everyone raved about the food!!!

My company does a food truck event every Wednesday and I made a horrible decision to try out the Aioli Burgers truck. I ordered my food and took my burger (The New Mexico) back to my desk to eat. I took a bite and immediately realized my mistake. I've never seen a more undercooked burger in my life. Im currently leaning on the toilet with food poisoning from the bite I took of this terrible burger.

Worst customer service ever. I walked up and ordered. They told me they do not take cash. Every food truck at the Christmas event was taking cash. They told me they do not and had no recourse. Won't be back!
