MOD Pizza

So they burned a couple of the pizzas and one was folded almost half over so it was stuck together. I called, not really upset or anything because I know things happen and sometimes people are new or whatever but honestly it was not at all presentable to send out. Really anyone could have looked at it and known they should just remake them. Anyhow, I told the lady who said she was not actually at the store (seemed like a manager though) and told her I needed new pizzas, not a refund, as one was for my 7yr old who would not be willing to just make do with a burnt pizza. So she said she would talk to them and have them remade and sent back out.... Please see the last photos for the replacements sent and compare the amount of topping that were on the initial burned ones sent.... Really? So almost no toppings and one they didn't even put the mushrooms at all and barely any olives as you can see and compare the amount of pineapple on the burnt one for my 7yr old compared to the "replacement". So I attempted to call again to let the manager know how petty her people handled it and now they won't answer my phone number. So $60 for disappointing pizza for half my family and cold pizza for the other half who had to wait for replacements for our family. We won't be back, but I thought I should warn others.

First walking in, it was somewhat quiet music playing in the background. A few other families were at tables. The staff was cordial. We were never greeted and the service was somewhat slow. When I finished there wasn't any room to put my trash in the trash can (neither could other people) because it was overflowing and it was never was taken out while I was there, but it was never busy though. Anyway, the pizza is delicious every time I go and so is the lemonade that's pink (I don't remember the name of it at the moment ). When I was walking to the door, an employee loudly said, "Thanks for not going to a Pizza Hut!" Made me laugh.

Worst service ever at this location! Kids sit outside instead of working. I went through the drive thru sat at window for 15 minutes. Then went inside in line for 5 minutes. Then the boys stumble back in after they saw me drive thru because they had to move for me to pull thru the drive through. Crazy bad service.

Best pizza you ever had ? No, but fast , customizable and great employees , yes . I think it is an excellent product for the cost and speed . Good customer service .

Their gluten free pizza crust is amazing. I can never really find anything gluten free these days that actually taste good!! The workers are very kind and patient. MOD pizza is amazing!!!
