I like Mod but not stuff that doesn't belong. Didn't want anything but a refund and no return. The manager insisted on making another salad... why would I want to bargain on my life again! I'll take the refund for $100, Alex. I suggest they separate certain duties to ensure plastic doesn't get in the food. I eventually got a refund but she first told me she couldn't, wrong answer to tell a customer. Lesson learned.. it's too risky to eat salads at a place like this and they aren't willing to make it right, right away. Do better Mod 1960

I went there yesterday 01/01 and bought a mini pizza took it home after eating the first slice I looked down and noticed there was a hair in my pizza, I called the store and told them and was told to bring it back and they would make me another one and refund me my money. Once I arrived I stated I did not want another pizza since I was already grossed out and just wanted my money back after about 20 minutes I was told they couldn't refund me my money because they were having system issues and would have to call their IT dept needless to say I walked out very upset with NO REFUND!

It could be cleaner, but unlike its namesake in Kingwood town center everyone wore the appropriate hair and face netting. I was also off out by the A/C blowing my napkins off the table had to move to another table to get away. That was made harder as many tables needed to be cleaned or had spilled food underneath. The kitchen area itself looked alright so I was scared to eat my pizza.Another minor annoyance is the one guy who keeps addressing as "man" and "bro"...I'm not your "man" and not your "bro".

I can't believe that I'm giving a pizza joint a five star rating. But my first experience at MOD Pizza was one that did not disappoint. So why not give them five stars? The pizza was handmade and cooked fresh in their ovens. Within seconds of the pizza coming out of the oven, my pie was on the table. It's been a while since I ate pizza so hot that the cheese is still stringy. What else can I say when a pizza I ordered was cooked and served in less than 10 minutes. Regardless of the speed, I would put This pie up against some of the best experience I had when I regularly ate in the Italian section of South Philadelphia.

I've had pizza from all over being a food reviewer that's what I do so to say one of the best pizza spot I've had so far up to now is mod pizza is an honest statement thin crispy and you can decide your cheese to sauce ratio there's Basically no way you can go wrong you literally modify your own pizza to your liking.....great customer service and a great experience I will be back many times to come #richeatsswashere

They messed up a pizzas toppings and without me asking, told me to keep the messed up one, made me another pizza and gave me a free pizza coupon.Very generous group, love coming here

Food is good. Not worth the dealing with the customer service. Employee spoke as quiet as a mouse but acted like we were idiots for not hearing. There's a reason this place is empty. Used to be good.

This place is nasty and dirty. I couldn't believe there was trash everywhere. They had friends hanging out behind the counter. Staff are not courteous. Soggy pizzas. No lemonade or tea available. Tables were filthy and trash overflowing. I can't believe how bad this place has gotten. I won't be back!!!!

I was here Sunday Oct. 1st around 9pm for dinner. We walked in me and 3 girls, we got in line no one addressed us. Some people walked out and out of respect I won't say what color those people were, but they looked over us to yell thank you have a goodnight. But however 20 minutes had passed and noone still had addressed us, they guy with glasses was helping someone with like 3 mod sized pizzas so it was okay if he didn't speak or anything at first, but the bald guy behind him who appeared frustrated, went to making dough for pizzas instead of 1. acknowledging the people in-line and 2. checking if more dough needed to even be made bc it was like 4 trays l of dough already out and all we were getting was two minis and a mid size pizza. But sadly again he went ahead and went to making more dough while looking back at us or rather through us. The guy that was making pizzas was finished he puts the people before us pizza on trays in the oven and looked back at us still not say hey I'll be right with you or anything walked in the kitchen for about 5 mins walked back out the lady then says something to him and he goes making a salad for her while also not saying anything to us. Oh the bald guy was still back there making unnecessary dough. so we just walked out and will never get our service again. They are terrible workers and very slow and it's supposed to be a fast passed place.
