This is my friend's favorite restaurant so I was excited to try it. We got there at 5 on a Friday before it got busy. You can sit at the bar or grab a table. I was surprised at how busy the parking lot was (plenty of spaces, just lots of people that day).Our server was friendly and attentive. I got the pork belly buns (delicious with a little bit of kick) and the chicken curry ramen bowl. The ramen bowl is pretty large. I don't use chopsticks, so I was struggling a bit to dig into the noodles with the spoon, so eventually I gave up and asked for a fork (yes, I'm that person). The broth and chicken were very flavorful and I was full by the time I finished. Will definitely be back!

Miso Ramen bar is undeniably delicious, and my son considers it his favorite ramen spot. Situated conveniently near Downtown Raleigh, the restaurant offers ample parking. I recommend arriving a bit early as there may be a short wait (reservations are not accepted), but there is bar seating available. Upon arrival, you can add your name to the waitlist, which is a nice touch.The restaurant is consistently busy, yet always well-maintained with clean facilities. The servers are knowledgeable about the menu and go the extra mile to ensure a welcoming experience. Whether dining with friends or adults, everyone can find something appetizing on the menu. Here is what we order on our most recent visit: Karage Wings $12Pork Belly Buns (2) $9Kids Miso Ramen with Chicken and Eggs Grilled Chicken Rice Bowl $12 The food was delicious overall, and I particularly enjoyed the wings and the pork belly bun. A tip to keep in mind: it's best to finish the wings while you're at the restaurant. If you have any leftovers and take them home, they don't reheat well.

Try the kaarage chicken wings here!!!! Definitely my favorite thing I tried here. Great flavor, crunch, and freshness. The remaining items we got were good as well, but not at the same level as the wings to me I really didn't love the chili garlic noodle entree, as it really just tasted of pure chili oil and the noodles were all stuck together. If you love chili oil, it could be for you though. I was just hoping for a bit more depth of flavor. Otherwise, I do appreciate the portion size!

Came here on a Friday night for date night without a reservation. We were seated quickly after arriving. The server was very nice and welcoming, and had no issues explaining the different options of Ramen to us. Started with the spicy edamame, which was delicious. The Ramen itself was a great portion, and very filling. Can't wait to come back!

Came here for dinner one day during the week and it did get a little busy but I sat at the bar. Had to scan a QR code to access the menu so wasn't a fan of that. I got the curry chicken ramen and it was pretty stacked with a lot of things. I could only eat about 1/4 of it and took the rest home. You definitely get your moneys worth. The curry broth was good and had a little spice to it. Might try this spot again.

My daughter chose Miso Ramen for dinner this evening. We arrived around 6:30 and it was pretty crowded. I realized they aren't open on Monday's, so possibly that's why it was so busy on a Tuesday. They mentioned they had a huge lunch crowd as well. We sat at the bar, and Joe took great care of us. We ordered yummy cocktails and appetizers first, of course asking Joe for his suggestions. We ordered the pork belly fries and the wings, but they were out of wings due to the high volume lunch crowd. The pork belly fries were absolutely amazing. I couldn't stop eating them. For entrees she ordered Ramen and I ordered a noodle entree. We both enjoyed our entrees, but were so full from the pork belly fries, we only ate a little and took the rest home. The ambiance was cool, it's dimly lit, lots of tables, mostly all close together, and a few booths. There's about 10 seats or so at the bar. The overall service was great and the food came out pretty quickly. I'll definitely go back to try the wings, other cocktails and other items on the menu. Great choice!

I have been craving GOOD ramen for a very long time! This place hit the spot, the ramen was fantastic. I got the spice level 1 Tonkotsu ramen which was spicy enough for me. My boyfriend got the miso ramen with chicken spice level 2 and it was delicious!! The peach saki was delightful as well. Highly recommend !!

Stopped in here for dinner last night. Got the Bao and the Miso Ramen bowl. The Bao was delicious, it had a teriyaki sauce and a spicy mayo drizzed on top and it was super good. The miso soup was tasty, but it didn't have a tok of flavor to it. The egg was at the bottom of the bowl, which was a choice. Food overall was still pretty good. Service was excellent!Bao - 8.2/10Miso Ramen - 6.7/10

The food was outstanding. The pork butt fries arrived as warned (huge portion) and as pictured on their site. A lot of it came home as leftovers.The ramen was fantastic too. The mushrooms were off to the side so I could add them if/when I wanted to.The service was quick and effective. I will be back the next time I am in Raleigh.
