"Make sure you are going when they are open, because they close for a few weeks in the summer.Make reservations.Once you get there, there is parking in both sides. The tables are close, might be tight for some wheelchairs. The food is fresh and ask your spice level. The service is quick and attentive."
"I really enjoy Hue - every time I have it. I discovered it during the pandemic in Tosa and thank god - they had carry out. I turned my whole family on to it and friends. I was super sad when they left Tosa, but still ordered delivery often. I'm in love with their lemongrass faux meat.Combine that with a bahn mi and I'm ecstatic. They make the most interesting and complex tasting vegetarian bahn mi in town. There's no sense eating one anywhere else in town if you don't eat meat.Visited the restaurant in Bay View for the first time recently. It's a cute space, but small. Service was friendly. If the prices were a little friendlier, I'd eat there often."
"What a great find! Tripped across this place looking to grab a bite. Excellent service and huge menu with our favorites: vermicelli with pork and an egg banh mi. Both dishes were delicious, perfectly cooked, and just what we wanted. We have struggled to find good Vietnamese since moving from the west coast and we will be back again to this gem. The teas were great too!"
"READ READ. This has been one of my long time book marks so I decided that I would head over for lunch today and check out the buffet or order off the menu if it was not to my liking. People the sit down restaurant is gone for good I was told and it's only carry out now and I would to get my food in carry out containers but I could eat at the tables in the front windows, works for me I guess. The place is one of those ethnic grocery stores that makes food and I love those.Since the buffet is gone for good as of now I had a back up plan to order when I got there. I love calamari but it's not on a lot of menus so I'm definitely getting the crispy calamari. The curry egg rolls sounded amazing and since I have never seen them that's a definite go. And something I rarely order would be a soup. So I ordered the crispy calamari, curry egg rolls and Tom Yum soup.My order took about 15 and I unloaded my spread on a table in the front windows. The crispy calamari looked great because it was strips and not rings or tentacles, that's a first for me. The crispy calamari was not so crispy because of the take out container but it was tasty and I liked the meaty strips with a thin batter, such a great idea. The curry egg rolls were big and very good as well with a nice crispy wrapper. My Tom yum soup had thin white meat chicken, straw mushrooms, cilantro, green onions, lime juice and lemon grass that was also very good. The cilantro and lime juice gave it a nice citrus flavor and was like a mini side of Pho which was nice, a small Pho should be a side order at Asian restaurants I thought. It's a shame that the sit down restaurant and the buffet are gone as of now because this food was very good and my particular well thought out combination was a great choice. The menu is big with all kinds of good stuff and it literally took me 1/2 hour deciding an what three dishes to try. I would definitely recommend getting the food here but keep in mind that it's all in take out containers and anything fried is not going to be very crispy any more like my crispy calamari which had 0 affect on my review or star rating because C19 screwed up lots of good things. The meaty calamari is always going to be in the back of my mind as a calamari lover."
"Stopped in for the first time at 11am on a Sunday after running some errands. The restaurant was steadily filling up with families, looks like a total locals spot. Got pork banh mi and pho to go and I am impressed. The banh mi is especially delicious, super soft and fresh bread and packed full of meat. The broth of the pho is flavorful and they are generous with the add ins. As I was leaving I saw some delicious plates on the tables of other customers. I will absolutely come back here."
"Fast and good service. Pho portion size was decent and delicious. The beef chow mein was ok but not something we'll probably order again. The egg rolls had a nice crispy skin and came with a nice sweet and sour sauce. Prices were reasonable. We'll be back."
"This restaurant is small but cute and clean! Came in on a Thursday night around 5pm, no wait and only customers. The banh mi was not anything special, too much bread and not enough fillings. The pho was decent, broth was pretty flavorful and good base, on the sweeter side. They definitely skimped out on the noodles and side veggies/toppings (was given approximately 3 individual leaves of basil). I do want to try their appetizers so I will be back but there is definitely better pho in the MKE area, but this does satisfy the initial craving. If it weren't a block away from me, I would skip it."

Great place not too far from us, we pass by it all the time and have been intending to stop by just to try it out. My husband and I finally had a free Friday night, so we popped in. There is a large bar by the entrance with ample seating if you're trying to make a quick visit. I ordered the banh mi, but I fully intend to try the pho the next visit. My husband ordered the crispy glass noodles. My banh mi was very filling and I was not disappointed. The crispy glass noodles was a little lackluster, but I think my husband had something else in mind. It was at no fault to the restaurant, just wasn't our preference.

The food here is absolute GAS. I can't lie when I say I was living the bowl I ordered. It had so much food and the noodles were excellent. The service here is almost nonexistent, which is the reason for the 3 stars but if you want a good meal, go on in. It is a cool little spot in this shopping mall. Parking was very easy. Cheers!

Updated review. I wanted to try eat in service as I have only been doing take out. This place is fantastic. The fresh juices and boba teas are amazing! The chef came out and asked about our food. The service was wonderful. The place is clean and fresh. Parking is street parking but found a spot with no problem. They have sandwiches that I want to go back and try. Everything was delicious!! Check out the pictures! Must try!

Nothing makes a cool day better than a warm bowl of pho. I ordered the Large P5. I was HUNGRY. Pho Saigon has yet to disappoint. The service was very quick. My water was promptly refilled. The food came out quickly. I devoured my bowl. The flavors were good. The broth was flavorful. Hands down, the best pho in West Allis for me. I love to add my chili oil and hoisin sauce. I consistently come back here due to the service and food quality.

Through a word of mouth, I decided to give this place a try. Nice variety of Vietnamese food on the menu. Sit down or carry out. Of course by their name, their specialty is Pho. I decided to order the spicy beef noodle soup. The broth has such great flavor. It's amazing! Considering how busy it was and the work that each dish requires, I was served promptly. Check schedule to make sure it is open, because they take days off during the week. Definitely give this place a try if you're in the area.

"Found this little gem in Kenosha right off the highway. The restaurant is cozy and there's plenty of parking. We stopped by during lunch time and there was a decent amount of people. Service was quick. We ordered the Pho rare beef and brisket. The broth was on point. Soup was sizzling hot and the portion was a good size. Beef was tender and fresh. Can't wait to come back and try their banh mi's!"
"Wow. Just wow. One of things I look forward to the most about winter's arrival is the opportunity to eat my body weight in Pho by Spring. I got an early start this year and came to Evie's for the first time. I HAVE NEVER HAD MORE FLAVORFUL BROTH IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. I almost hated adding sriracha because I didn't want it to detract from that unbelievable broth flavor. This was probably the best pho I've had in recent memory, possibly ever. Very generous amount of meat, veggies, and noodles. This was easily 3 meals.I also got a pork banh mi sandwich and it had this very flavorful sauce which complemented the moist and generous portions of pork. The bread was perfectly soft and fresh. I live 25 minutes away from this restaurant and wouldn't think twice about making the trek for the best Pho in town."
"Craving for Pho on a cold afternoon. Found this place on Yelp and decided to give them a try! It was around noon and there were 3 tables waiting for their food. The waitress was very friendly, nice and attentive. The place has simple decor, clean and cozy. I got my order to go. I ordered chicken pad Thai, Pho Tai, and crispy fried egg rolls. I wanted to get their pork rice dish but she told me the pork wasn't done marinating yet :( so I opted for pad thai instead. If you order pad thai, know that this is a Vietnamese place so the pad thai isn't going to taste anything like what you'd get at a Thai restaurant. It's less sweet , no cabbages, and the chicken was spicy. I didn't remember seeing anywhere on the menu indicating the chicken pad thai is spicy. I got this dish for my toddler and obviously, they weren't able to eat it. It was a bummer. The closest thing this dish is anything like pad thai are the noodles lol I would not be ordering this dish here again. It is a good noodle dish! But I wasn't liking the heat on the chicken or the flavors as much. The Pho, on the other hand, was delicious! (One would hope! Lol) Since I got mine to go, I picked the option of having to cook the meat myself at home. (The beef slices came in a zip lock bag. ) There was lots of noodles and bean sprouts in the container. The portion was huge! Easily can be shared with another person. Remember not to over cook the noodles! After the broth boils, I'd just throw the noodles , veggies and beef in there for a min or two max! Otherwise, you will get really soggy noodles. And let the beef defrost a little bit.The egg rolls were good. Crispy with lots of filling inside. I do have to mention it was very oily tho. I reheated it up and soaked up the oil with paper towels. I will be returning when I'm craving for Pho and will def be trying their pork dish and bahn mi!"
"I came in for take out for the first time, the workers were fast and helpful. My order didn't take long. I got the broth and noodles and it was PERFECT. All the ingredients were fresh, and delicious. Pho is the best comfort meal and this spot didn't miss. I got the avocado rolls and they were also great."
"The very best food around!! Sweet people! Prices are so fair! our new very favorite Asian restaurant to eat in and carry out! AAA plus !!! Try it!!! Perfection!!!"
"Was in the area on business and was craving Pho so gave this place a try. The food was good and restaurant was clean. I ordered the spring rolls with shrimp and they were huge! I wish they didn't cut them in half though since it made the contents tend to fall out when dipping. Just my personal preference. I also got an order of their beef special pho - also huge! I enjoyed my meal and will visit again should I ever be back in this area."
"Wow best crab rangoon I've ever had in my life, and that includes Asian restaurants all over IL and IN.Egg rolls are amazing, food is fresh, hot & cheap. Clean eating the most delicious way humanly possible. They don't skimp on the meat; this is food like you'd make in your kitchen, for you & your friends to scarf down. Almost all the ingredients, including the complex sauces are made in house. They employ a lot of people, so hopefully at some point each day, they get turn away business. If not, then make it happen, greater Appleton area!Prices can literally not be beat. For $2 you'll go away stuffed & happy. You'll like everything they offer, give them a try!!"
"If you love diners and unassuming food spots, Pho VN is for you. A big bowl of spicy pho in a diner is my preferred winter Friday night outing and I wasnt disappointed. A welcoming place with friendly staff and a family feel. Veggie tofu pho was packed full of a variety of veggies and a tasty broth. The shrimp spring rolls were OK, but the peanut sauce was fantastic."
"This was the new restaurant of the week and it seemed like forever for this place to actually open. The place is a fresh remodel with an open concept dining with a mix of tables and half booths. The people were very friendly and stopped over to checkout on me regularly. I ordered the #2 pho Wi high is basically beef, meatballs and tendon. The #2 pho came like in 2 minutes with plenty thin beef and meatballs but completely tossing the pho I couldn't find any signs of tendons and I showed a server who asked how I was doing and I showed her that I can't find any tendons in my pho so she asked if I ordered the #1 or the #2 and I said the #2. The server went to the kitchen to get me a side of tendons and she comes back a bowl with one tendon in it, seriously. Are they really this skimpy on the tendons in the pho. I ordered the #2 pho just for the tendons which is a complete let down. The pho broth was ok but it lacked the depth and richness like my favorite place that C19 killed. The bowl was a nice size with plenty of noodles and it had the typical garnish, I use all that in the pho. Looking at the menu I thought the egg rolls for $10 was expensive and the whole menu seemed slightly more expensive than comparable restaurants. This restaurant was better than the last new one on Oklahoma and hwy 100 which was super skimpy on the protein."
"I was really impressed with our experience at Rollup, especially with it being a new business! We ordered online for pickup and the online system was really easy and our order was ready in 20 minutes. I got the Big Momma Roll with chicken, which was delicious and the perfect size. It was nice to get takeout but still feel like it was healthy! We will 100% be back, though I just have a couple suggestions based on our experience! Online, there was an option for extra sauce, but we couldn't figure out how to bypass it, so we all paid 60 cents for an extra sauce. Which is fine, but they only fill up the sauce containers halfway, so really it was two half sauces, and I think one full sauce container would've easily done the trick. We also did carryout, which was quick and smooth. You do have to wait in line at the counter to pick up your food, but my fiance suggested a pick up shelf might be helpful to keep the line moving more quickly. Overall, still 5 stars and the food was delicious! Great addition to KK!"
