Our favorites are the shrimp fried rice, chicken chow mei fun, and beef chow mei fun. We always find the food delicious and dependable. Hands down our favorite Chinese food in the area. This will remain our go to on nights we do not feel like cooking."

"The food here rocks. The fried rice? Amazing! It's got beef, shrimp, and chicken all mixed in, and somehow, everything just works together perfectly. It looks as good as it tastes, too, making you want to dive right in.Then there were the tempura sweet potatoes. They're crispy on the outside, super soft on the inside, and just the right kind of sweet. Definitely grabbing these again next time.The sweet and sour chicken....the chicken was soft, the coating was just crispy enough without being oily, and the sauce was the bomb - sweet, sour, and clinging to every bite. It's the kind of dish that makes you wonder why other places can't get it this right.Washed it all down with some milk tea, which was the perfect call. It's light, refreshing, and just the thing to balance out all those flavors."

"Omg the portion was huge and it was a lunch for only 6.15 and tax! It was hot and pretty good but my taste would be a little less sauce but ill take it. You can choose crab Rangoon, wonton or egg drop soup or egg roll with lunch specials. Pretty good deal if I say so myself. It's just take out right now small area by door they have it all inclosed with a speaker and sliding door for payment. Picnic bench outside for sit but to go probably more ideal if not going far."

"To be fair I had only 3 things here: an egg roll, pork fried rice and shrimp with lobster sauce. The egg roll was very good and tasted fresh. The fried rice was amazing, great quality of ingredients and very tasty. The rice was by far my favorite thing I ordered. Last, the shrimp with lobster sauce brought my rating down as I did not care for it. There was a good amount of nicely sized shrimp although the sauce on this dish was strange and not very flavorful. It was a milky white color with just some peas and carrots, I guess I'm used to a more brownish color with some beans and other ingredients. I would try something else next time when driving through the area."

Far from overwhelming, but enough to get a small reaction as I finished my plate."

"You know when you just have a hankering for Chinese food? Well that was us this weekend. This led us to discover King's Wok which is actually really close by. They have an overwhelming amount of options on their menu. Truly every single dish you could be craving. To make it easiest, each of the four of us picked an item to all share, knowing there would be more than enough food. We ended up with spring rolls, shenaz beef, sesame chicken, and lo mein veggie noodles. There wasn't a dish a didn't like! My favorite though was probably the beef, as it had a real kick to it and it came mixed with a bunch of cooked veggies. Also the lo mein noodles because you really can't go wrong with those. They had plenty of flavor and were great to mix in with the other In terms of service - super speedy. I called in for our order, and it was ready for pick up within 15 minutes. All of the food arrived nice and hot, and there was plenty of it. Oh and of course, complimentary fortune cookies all around!"

"The buffet is nothing to write home about overall, but the steamed dumplings are my favorite anywhere. The fact that they have Sriracha at every table in which to dip the dumplings is a plus. The black pepper chicken is solid, although not quite as good as that found at the China Wok in Middleton, which is run by the owner's brother. I also like any of the "special" dishes, such as the special pork, and the BBQ chicken is tasty. Historically my main complaint is that their General Tso's chicken is terrible - probably the worst cuts of chicken after preparing the other dishes. Typically grisly and overcooked. Normally that is my favorite dish at most places, but not here.Service is friendly, and the owner tries to make regulars feel like welcome friends. In short, it's a reasonably priced standard Chinese Buffet. It's one of your better lunch options if you happen to be in Waunakee."

I'd suggest going closer to when they open, or it can get really full in there.They have extremely quick service when they bring your tea, fill your drink, and clear your plates. Each time I've been there (which was twice a month when I lived in town) the employees have been so helpful and kind.The space is a little tight when you're adding to your plate by the buffet, which is why I suggest getting there early. Street parking.I suggest trying the Crab Rangoon and Honey Chicken!"

"I really love this Chinese restaurant. Ordered takeout tonight and got shrimp fried rice, chicken FR, chicken lomein, and a shrimp egg roll. They have a table setup in front of the door with hand sanitizer so you don't actually go in the restaurant, they sort of bring it to the door. I live close by so when I got home and opened the boxes they were still steaming hot. Everything was really fresh and great. I noticed the shrimp were the full size shrimp, not those tiny little canned ones that some Chinese restaurants will sometimes use..even in their egg rolls! Anyway it was a good experience and I look forward to going back. Oh yeah and I forgot the best part...my bill was only $16 for this haul of food! The containers were stuffed to the brim too!"

"We ordered some food over the phone. We had to go pick it up. Everything was delicious. We had Chow Mein. Husband had beef and I got shrimp. Both were really good. The woman on the phone helped us order because I always get confused on whether Chow Mein or Lo Mein are the soft noodles. The woman on her phone was so sweet and helpful! I'm SUPER excited because they actually have dumplings at this place. Not just some weak ass pot stickers. Their dumplings have a nice thick skin. The meat inside is delicious. This place doesn't beat out the dumplings from my favorite home town Chinese place but I'm so excited to get the dumpling fix I've been looking for!! Told my husband that this is our new Chinese take out and he doesn't get a say. The inside of the building has spaces available for dinning in. There are a couple tables against the wall and a few just hanging out on the floor. They have canned and bottled soda in a cooler."

"Excellent lunch buffet. My kids love this place so we've come here a few times specifically for their buffet. It's a small buffet - but certainly not lacking variety! The trays are small and therefore constantly refilled and fresh. Their fried dumplings are some of the best I've had and I love that they have egg foo young on the buffet! The buffet is around $7 for adults and $3.50 or so for two or three (not sure) and up. Not only is the food exceptionally good - the staff is great, too! Definitely the best Chinese restaurant in the area."

"Stopped at Chin's with my sister-in-law while in town for her wedding. We were out running errands, and wanted to pick up a quick lunch to bring back to the house. Stopped in Chin's which is a fast casual restaurant, and we were in and out in probably 15 minutes.There's a menu on the wall, or you can pick up a paper menu to see the different items. Unfortunately, they didn't have a gluten free menu, but I went on line to find out the dishes and sauces that were gluten free.I had the chicken and vegetable stir fry with coconut curry sauce. Yum! We took it to go, but buy did it hit the spot. It was affordable too! Probably not as cheap as your favorite college Chinese spot, but it's certainly a good quality for the price!'I did ask them to spice my dish up since it was only one heat sign, but she said it was already spicy. I didn't think that the dish was spicy at all, but tasty!"

"Thursday is a most special of special days at the Wok! We get a group of fellas and go out for lunch. Thursday is Crab Rangoon day! Yes Crab Rangoons! I usually scarf down 10 or so in a sitting. They always come out hot and fresh. Eating Crab Rangoon makes me smile! Tasty yes they are! Anyways this is one of the better buffets in my book. The place is small but small in this case is better. The sound of clanging and clanking from the kitchen lets you know it's being whipped up fresh! Fresh is good and for less than $7 you can stuff your face. They do a good job and the cooking is as authentic and true to the art of Chinese food as it gets. Come early you may not get a seat otherwise. The Wok is one of the best spots near my work out in Brookfield. They got it going on!"

Particularly appreciated the onions and mushrooms in the lo mein which added a nice twist.I only wish the lo mein came in a smaller portion. I ordered the small and it was way too much. Noodles don't reheat well for me, so leftovers of this don't work for me.It looks like the place was recently renovated and the staff were friendly and helpful.
