Best desserts in Miami!! I came by today to try the banana pudding and ended up with banana pudding, crème brûlée cheesecake, baklava cheesecake, and a milhojas. Everything was made with a lot of love and flavor. The crème brûlée cheesecake was probably the best cheesecake and crème brûlée I have ever tried. The baklava cheesecake was a close second for me. My friends said this was their favorite. The banana pudding was good, but I like a little more banana, and the milhojas was very good (I've never tried one before to compare). One of my friends said it's the best she's ever tried. The prices were more than reasonable. They compare to the Cheesecake Factory but twice the size. Will be returning and sharing with friends that this is a great dessert spot. I wish I had pictures to show but the desserts were devoured as soon as they were opened.

A friend and I visited this spot to change up our nightly dessert to something besides ice cream. It was pretty quiet for a weekend evening. We realized that this spot is located within a standard restaurant after seeing some customers eating more standard dinner entrees. The acknowledged us while assisting other customers to let us know he'd be over shortly. He did a great job answering the many questions we had regarding dessert components and flavors. The Sacripantina Cake description sold me on my dessert choice. My friend went for the Pavlova. The $17 for the Sacripantina Cake slice did definitely surprise me. However, the cake slice is huge, at least double the size of what you'd get elsewhere. Both desserts were decent quality, with the Pavlova being a favorite of both mine and my friend's. It was sweet and decadent without being extremely heavy. The Sacripantina Cake resembles a tiramisu-like flavor profile. I thought the texture of the actual cake was great. It had the perfect amount of density and moisture to it. I wasn't a fan of the frosting; neither the flavor nor texture stood out compared to most other cakes I've had. Overall, this spot has a great dessert variety with options for almost any taste preference. The more relaxed and quiet setting also offered a nice contrast from other late night food options in Miami. I don't think this is the best dessert bakery in Miami, but it's definitely worth having if you're in the area.

Sweet Manifested, its Creme Brûlée Cheesecake is perfection!Even though I'm a fan of the Vasque Cheesecake version, this one was beyond my expectations. The consistency is stiff, but also creamy. You can easily delight yourself with the different cheese selections that they use to prepare this conceptual piece. The best part of it, is the caramel crustard that adorns its top. You literally need to crack it with the spoon to savor its crystalized icing.Ambiance is very moved and trendy as it is located at the Shoma Bazaar! Service is quick and practical. They have a variety of sweet selections, so feel free to indulge yourself with any of them. Next time I'm going for the Pineapple Upside Down it looks and sounds so interesting.

This place is sooo delicious i thought this part of the other restaurant that shares the space but the owner was explaining to us its its own entity, a Venezuelan bakers and they also share a space with the same company in Doral. The baklava cheesecake is a stand out, it has so much going on, different textures in each layer and each one so dynamic and tastes incredible. I will come back just for that. We also had the triple chocolate devils lava cake and it was seriously so good, gooey and warm with the white chocolate cascading over the sides. There were so many other things i wanted to try. My advice, Come with friends and share stuff! Love love love it. Thank you!!

Boy are all these sweets delicious (and I'm not even a sweets person)! We were eating at Shahs of Kabob, and when I saw that Baklava cheesecake, I knew I had to try it. The crispness and rose water taste of the baklava kept me wanting more of it. The slices are huge so definitely shareable and you have more to take home. The service was great and the owner helping us was super sweet. The only thing is that it's a tad bit expensive with slices ranging from $17-$19, but the quantity is definitely a lot (almost 3-4 slices in one!), so for sure worth it. Everything tastes amazingly fresh so that's a huge plus. It's a small section inside Shahs of Kabob in Wynwood, and the selection is great with many varieties for all palettes!

Sweet Manifesto is a bakery located in the Shoma Bazaar food hall in Doral. You can park in the garage for $1 and hour or by valet. Sweet Manifesto is the creation of Pastry Chef Robert Gonzalez who grew up in Venezuela learning to bake European style desserts alongside his father. After arriving in Miami, he worked under some of Miami's top chefs eventually becoming the executive Pastry Chef for Myles Restaurant Group where he oversaw Prime 112, Prime Fish, Prime Italian, and Big Pink. He has also been a staple at the South Beach Food and Wine Festival. As soon as I saw the sugary creations in the case at Sweet Manifesto I knew I had to save room for dessert. The appealing layer cakes were enormous and ranged from $17 to $19 a slice. It was so hard to choose between all the mouth watering cakes, cupcakes, cookies, bars, breads, parfaits, and specialties. After doing several drive-bys I finally decided on the personal pineapple upside down cake ($9) and slice of the Devil's Triple Chocolate bread with dark, milk, and white chocolate ($9). I took my desserts to go but the pineapple cake was thoughtfully heated for me first which turned the sugar to liquid gold. The chocolate bread was moist and fudgy making it sinfully good. I loved both my choices but I don't think you can go wrong with anything here. It would be worth another visit to Shoma Bazaar just to try more of Sweet Manifestos tempting creations.

If you have a sweet tooth & a love for uniquely flavored cakes, Sweet Manifesto is the perfect place to visit! When I went the line was long with only one person working, however she handled everyone's order quickly with a smile and a good attitude! They also have a variety of other sweet treats aside from cakes if that's not your thing!
