I was visiting from out of state, saw the place, got in and I really liked the taste and the presentation of the dishes!!!!!! The staff was very nice and Devra was very polite great service! Def. Will come back.

I've been to Sproutz a handful of times and I typically have a great experience! I like the array of choices they have from wraps, bowls, salads and soup! I also recently realized they also have acai bowls, froyo, and smoothies!I've tried their bowls, wraps ad salads. I really like their poke bowl and their sweet potato fries. I also got a sample of their froyo to try and it was delicious, I'm excited to try that next time!The new location is a bigger spot that includes a lot more indoor seating! The staff is super friendly. When I went in to ask about their wraps and any recommendations, I was recommended the chipotle chicken and it was very good and filling! I could only eat half and save the other half for later!Highly recommend!

The Fit spot battle is ON in Miami With so many options out there, it is tough to keep up with the healthy eating options out there And Eatsproutz delivers....From bowls , salads , wraps, sandwiches they got you covered. We tried their signature Tuna Wrap Tuna, spinach, avocado & feta or goat cheese and it will delight and satisfy your appetite. What I liked the most was that they filled the wrap with plenty of tuna. On the side, we added a salad kale crunch : Kale, cranberry, almonds, roasted squash, goat cheese, olive oil & balsamic glaze.And as the perfect not-guilty dessert, the Froyo-fusion! Acclaimed Probiotic frozen yogurt swirled with organic Brazilian açai + guarana. Topped with granola , bananas , strawberries, peanut butter , coconut flakes , and mango ! Ambiance pretty chill and worth staying a while...The team in Brickell is led by Simón, followed by Bernardo, Fabio, and Laura. All of them have great chemistry and play a great role in serving your meal of choice. It's so good to dine out and feel so good about it afterward!

Sproutz is a locally-managed business that serves fresh, healthy dishes with amazing flavor and beautiful presentation. And importantly, they are a business invested in the local Brickell community. Our monthly volunteer clean-up group was recently generously hosted at Sproutz with a beautiful sampling of their dishes. The entire staff is friendly and professional, and the owner Veronica is a passionate business owner engaged in providing exceptional customer service. The poke bowls were particularly a standout - super fresh ingredients with amazing flavor. I loved the salmon one especially as the mango salsa was a great combo. The avocado toast was also really tasty. A lot of times you get avocado toast with a bread that just doesn't hold up and gets soggy but the 9-grain toast in the dish is super high quality. The mango juice is a really nice pairing with any of their menu items. Lastly, definitely don't miss out on the delicious frozen yogurt!

Updating my review.I love the food at Sproutz and have been ordering from here for the past years. That said, the pricing and service fees have increased ridiculously and it's caused me to avoid ordering from here. It's outrageous that consumers have to compensate employees for the lack of wage that should come from the employer. I shouldn't have to pay a 15% service change, for a two item order that I'm picking up, only to then ask for additional tip during checkout. Employees are not waiting on me at a table when you pick up, and even when ordering at the location, it's through a kiosk. Having someone smile at me and offer to give me a free sample of something I don't even eat doesn't justify the cost to the consumer.

Their salad of to die for. Not only are the big but they are loaded. They are pricey but worth every penny. I had their avocado with feta and baked chicken salad and wow. We were blown. The dressing also went very well with it.

Out of the healthy food places I've been visiting as of late this is one of the my "not" favorite ones. I saw that Green Bliss smoothie in the menu and knew I had to have it. Guess what? It didn't disappoint, not one bit. Spinach, mango, pineapple, banana, honey and ice. It's good for you, nutritious and very tasty. Now for the pesto wrap I can't say the same thing. It wasn't bad but it wasn't anything to rave about or to even want to try again. Ingredients were fresh but the kale killed it for me. Also the chicken was super bland and the sauce didn't help it at all. They get four three stars for fast service, attentiveness and a good smoothie. I'd have to come back and try something different and maybe the rating could potentially improve. Furthermore, these Brickell prices are getting out of hand...$32 for a smoothie, wrap and already imposed 18% service charge, bruh.

I ordered a Caesar wrap without chicken and was given only lettuce in a whole wheat wrap with minimal cheese and dressing. The dressing tasted like it was from the to go counter at the airport and the promised croutons were no where to be found. Furthermore, I don't know who they are trying to fool, but the sweet potato fries are definitely frozen and premade. They were withered :( I was honestly super upset and went into this experience super excited for my wraps.... :/

A cute and tiny location, with no more than 6 seats inside. Sproutz has good quality snack/lunch options. Not sure if this has changed - but last time I went, this place took only Apple pay, so make sure you have that on your phone.I usually get açaí bowls at places like this. While the portion was extremely filling, I was a bit underwhelmed for the $20 price tag. I expected to at least get coconut shavings...so I was slightly disappointed when it came out. Nonetheless, it was still good.Overall, a staple healthy cafe in the Brickell area.

Overpriced, barely mediocre food and worst of all, a service fee for nothing. They have the most sophisticated tech in the industry to ensure you have as little possible service (kiosks to order, no cashiers) and they still nickel and dime you and have the guts to call it a service fee, even with takeout! I grunted on as I assumed most similar Miami mini health chains did. For $17, I got a flavorless mediterranean wrap with dull and crumbly falafel and a side sauce that was the only somewhat saving grace making it worth eating. There are so many healthy fast casual places like this around here--don't make the same mistake as me!
