Rubino’s Pizzeria e Ristorante

Good garlic bread. Food (pasta specifically) NOT my favorite. We had the pasta carbonara. Service was not very attentive. Ambiance, pretty much empty. Restaurant looks clean.

The restaurant is nicely renovated. They have some awesome takeout specials as well. The atmosphere was nice and our server was kind. We ordered the bruschetta which was fresh and tasty. The garlic bread was also very delicious. We had a large cheese pizza and an amazing Caesar salad! They have booths which are ideal for me and my family. Highly recommend this spot can't wait to come again.

Came here one early evening during the first week of October to try this Italian Restaurant since it was nearby where my father and I were at.Gotta say first impressions were the modern decor the decor and relaxing ambience. There seemed to be a few people already here with others coming for pickup. Looked promising.I'll dive right into the positives. Service was extremely friendly. The Garlic Bread was absolutely amazing to addictive level that I wanted to eat the whole thing, th3 canolli had a great presentation and tastes so authentic!That is pretty much it.The wine selection was a bit limited to four reds and four whites to choose from. My red was a glass of Castello Banfi The Chianti Superior and it sufficed. My father had the Cherry Pie Three Vineyards Pinot Noir California and we joked about the typo on the menu to our server, had a good laugh because it was listed at a false price of $1.50 per glass instead of $9 (or $8?). It was a humorous moment.Now for the negatives and for an Italian Restaurant one needs to focus on seasoning of their main dishes. We both found it lacking.We both ordered Veal, mine was Francese with a mushroom sauce pasta and my father's was Veal Picatta with his angel hair pasta. Quality wise, the Veal was thicker than other restaurants and did not cut softly, perhaps the Veal needed to be pounded down som more. It required a little bit more cutting effort and chewing effort. Seasoning wise, mine was plain, th3 sauce basic and the Veal lacking any spices herbs or seasoning. It actually needed salt! I never add salt to any restaurant dish. As for the francese sauce it was meh. I should have stuck to the picatta sauce. Also my mushroom sauced pasta didn't stay ontop, it was liquidy and went right the the bottom which had to scoop up the sauce to eat with the pasta. It was a let down considering I've eaten at many other Italian restaurants. Moreso a let down because their garlic bread was just so well prepared and tastey!The main dish also a let down because for dessert the canollis were extremely savory with mmmms. Reminded me of having one in Little Italy, NY.!This experience perplexed me and do hope they make improvements since Miami is a place of a plethora of restaurants both young and old and the older ones got the formula right

The pastas are really good and a good size.The restaurant is really nice and clean and the meat balls are really tasty.The service was good she explained days specials.

Went here last night for dinner after a recommendation from a family friend. We were starving and in the area, so I figured it was worth a try. The place is cute and centrally located, but the service left much to be desired. Our waitress came by to check our order and then when we were done eating to ask how our food was. On to the actual food...we ordered bruschetta to start which was real really good. The garlic rolls were got great, they were dry and under seasoned. We also got gnocchi alla sorrentina which lacked flavor and was room temperature making the cheese on top hard. We also ordered the Bianca pizza, how something that has hot honey had such little flavor is surprising. Overall, we were very, very underwhelmed by the food and service and I would not recommend trying Rubino's out.

Finally!!! I've been waiting for this restaurant to open. They just opened up yesterday. If you like Ferrari's pizza and Italian food, then you are in for a surprise! Same owner! I'm beyond impressed of the atmosphere, it's very elegant. The employees were beyond friendly and the kitchen looks clean and organized. I didn't post a pic of my pizza because pizza pics don't do it justice. You have to swing by and try their pizza yourself. The sauce is... on point. The cheese they put on is not only high quality, they put a generous amount of cheese. If you like pepperoni and mushroom, that is a must have at this place. I do recall from their other restaurant that the other Italian dishes are excellent so that will be my next order. Overall, A+ in my books. I plan to bring in my crew( family) on my next visit.

Lunch Specials are fire! Had to go with Bruschetta too, it was so good! Very clean, very quiet, very cozy Service was excellent

My wife and I went to Rubino's for the 3rd time in 3 weeks yesterday. It was fantastic as always. The food is fantastic. The mussels marinara is one of the best we've ever had. Fresh pasta and the marinara sauce is so delicious. Also the garlic rolls are top notch. Restaurant has a nice ambiance with the white tablecloth vibe but still easy going. Prices are really reasonable. Liked it so much got a pizza to go for dinner tonight! Special shoutout to our server, Adriana. She was so good and took perfect care of us. Will be going back soon.

Todo sale bien en Rubino's en realidad. Buena atención y buena comida.. nosotros residimos cerca del negocio y nos gusta ir a cenar o pedimos para buscar.

Had late lunch with a friend and the calzones are large and very tasty. My friend is Italian American and very picky about eating at Italian restaurants, so I jumped to the chance to visit one of her favorites nearby. We go 2 different pasta dishes and an espresso each which was very good and almost as strong to a Cuban cafe . Excellent service at lunchtime.I promised my husband we can try soon.
