This is exactly what you would expect with the name and the price. .The space is nice, with the same decor as the restaurant in Paris. It is probably nicer than Paris becuase it is more open and less claustrophoblic. The food was excellent. Well thought out, beautifully presented, and very tasty. What I particularly liked was the variety of tasting menus. There was a 3 course, 4 course, and (I think) 8 course meal. The wine by the glass was superior -- I recommend the Pinot Noir. We had the 4 course tasting meal and we had plenty of food. What made this restaurant stand out from other excellent restuarants was the service. The staff is obviously well-trained and managed. Very professional. The explanations and descriptions were clear and helpful. The food was served and plates cleared like clockwork. Getting high quality restaurant service is hard, but they nailed it.Two comments. First, something seems to be going one with the air conditioning. The temperature varies in different spots. The restaurant has taken steps to address it with portable units (that are unobtrusive), but the landlord needs to fix that. Second, the music is hit or miss. The volume and genre varies. It goes from a nice chill vibe to a pretty aggressive rap. Someone needs to pick a playlist that reflects the restuarant. Strong work.

Two Michelin stars but not good food. What a joke. The best cocktail there was - Sassy James St 5/5Not too strong and not sweet. It's a very classy drink. - Evolution Tasting Menu 2.1/5I just want to say HOW DID THIS PLACE GET TWO MICHELIN STARS? This place was such a disappointment that after my party and I went to Denny's- and it was better. The best tasting dish was the scallop. The one simple seared scallop. The steak was good too.The dessert sucked. It definitely was not worth the price. It was a HUGE disappointment for everyone in my party. The second floor interior is very nice. Open kitchen. Dimmed lights. Valet parking.

This was our first 2 star Michelin experience and it was amazing (and currently the only 2 star in the US)! (FYI we went March 9th 2024). We sat at the sushi style bar so we were up close with the servers and able to converse and ask questions. It felt a little more casual and relaxed which was actually nice. They were all so warm and lighthearted and made a fancier experience feel real and down to earth. The food was by far some of the best I've ever had. The portions were small but that's to be expected. The foie Gras, which is the only food photo I actually remember the name of, was the single best bite of food I have ever had in my entire life. It was served warm and in a shooter you scoop out and was recommended to put with some of the bread they served. so unexpected and surprising and unlike other foie Gras I've had, and was how the meal began. Started off on the highest note. I wish I remembered the names / what the other dishes were, but honestly, they were complex with French names I didn't really understand anyway and I'm not a culinary expect, I just know it was all phenomenal. The presentation, flavors, all of it. Every bite was mind blowing in its own unique way. There were so many surprising and unexpected flavors, it kept me present, engaged and fully immersed in the meal. I have never had an experience like that and can understand why they were awarded the two prestigious Michelin stars. I will say, it felt like it went by too fast, but maybe it was because I wanted more. We did the standard tasting menu, not the seasonal. There was a wine pairing option that looked great but we opted not to. A couple next to us did it and it appeared to be very generous portions of wine. To wrap things up, we were celebrating the new job I had just started, and the brought out an extra free dessert called a money cake, with congrats written across it. It wasn't on the menu and I believe is only delivered when celebrating new job, sale, success etc... and was such a thoughtful nice touch. I'd make the assumption the same would go for other celebrations with their own unique dessert, but I could be wrong. This was a bucket list place for sure and I'm grateful I had the chance to experience it. It is pricey (our tasting was $280 pp and drinks were $20-25 each) and we no longer live in FL, but I hope I get the chance to visit again someday.

For this price point don't come here hungry. Tab quickly adds up. The 3-4 course experience runs from $155 per person to $250 per person. Food was good - I enjoyed the entree and dessert the most. Most of my courses were seafood but would come back for the red meat as my husband's lamb was exceptional. Thanks to Igor (from Serbia) for making my birthday night special. We enjoyed sitting at the bar/counter and watching the chefs in the kitchen. I would return.

I have got to start with the service - as good as it gets. From the minute you walk in, everyone you come in contact with is dedicated to your having a good dining experience. From the person who takes you to your table (or in my case to the bar!) and the person who describes the menu, and the person who helps you decide what you want, and the sommelier (who is superb!) and the person who brings you your food and describes what you are about to eat - everyone is efficient and knowledgeable but not intrusive. Then there is the food. There were 3 different menus. I opted for the middle in the price range - 4 courses and wine pairings. I had the foie gras crème, the almost foamy red pepper mousse, the melt like butter pork cheeks, the delicious lamb saddle and the lighter than air lemon curd with blackberries....a sumptuous meal in a beautiful modern setting.

We came here for our anniversary, and it was a fabulous experience! The wait staff was very professional and made it so much more special. We chose to try the summer three course menu, but they brought out even more courses just to try which was so nice! The ambiance felt luxurious without feeling too stuffy. It was lit up perfectly so each plate shone when they brought out the food!To start out, we got the Royale crémeuse de foie gras voilée d'une émulsion lactée au Maury ″Vieilles Vignes″, which is the Foie Gras Royale, parmesan foam, essence of Maury ″Vieilles Vignes″. It had an excellent flavor! We loved the Parmesan foam.Next, we had the bread. There were three types, and generous portion sizes! There was a baguette, a croissant, and a cheesy bread. They were all great. The best was the croissant, it had more layers than any other croissant I had had, and was truly superb. We absolutely LOVED it.Next we had the appetizer. I had the LA MOUSSE DE POIVRON CERISE Servi avec des fruits et légumes d'été croquants, (Cherry-bell pepper mousse, crisp summer vegetables and fruits). It was really light and yummy! I loved the cherry bell pepper mousse, it was very light and tangy. My husband got the LE BŒUF WAGYUServi cru, vinaigrette wasabi, poireaux mimosa(Shaved wagyu beef, wasabi-scallion dressing, leeks mimosa) which was very good. The beef had an excellent flavor, and it seemed to have a little chicken salad that was very unique and absolutely delightful. The next course was the main course. I got the heritage chicken stuffed with spring vegetables, green Chili veloute, and leeks. It was fabulous! The sauces were excellent, and the chicken was cooked to perfection. My husband got the Le Bison, which was wrapped in an incredibly flaky and delicious pastry. It was honestly the star of the show! It was absolutely incredible, my husband stopped and thanked God after his first bite it was so good. Haha! For a side, we had his famous mashed potatoes, and they were absolutely delicious and so creamy! For dessert, I got the LA FRAISE- Mousse de fraise, compote d'ananas, dacquoise de noix de coco(Strawberry mousse, pineapple compote, coconut dacquoise) and my husband got the LE CHOCOLAT SENSATION- Crémeux onctueux au chocolat Guanaja, glace au chocolat blanc et émietté de biscuit (OréoGuanaja chocolate crémeux, white chocolate ice cream, Oreo cookie crumble). They were both amazing, but my favorite was the La fraise. It was very light with the pistachios! They ever so kindly brought us an orange cake with strawberry as well for our anniversary, which was delicious! Afterwards they brought something else from the chef, a little chocolate and orange 'lollipop' that was a fun little touch.Lastly, they brought us a slice of fresh bread to take home, which was so kind! The service was immaculate, and they made our 'three course meal really a six course meal, with something extra to even take home! It was an amazing experience, and we will be back if we are in Miami!

Came for Saturday lunch to celebrate a birthday. We both up ordering the spring menu.Complimentary bread basket was good with mini baguettes and cheese bread and I loved that they offered us seconds. The amuse bouche was great. While I can't describe it as eloquently as the server, to me it was essentially spinach cream in a crunchy shell. One of our favorites was the la tartelette printaniere appetizer--never had anything like it. I expected it to be like a quiche but it was softer. The main courses didn't stand out as much but were okay--don't expect much in size. The filet mignon was cooked decently. Came with a mashed potato side that was creamy and buttery. The desserts were my other favorite parts of the meal. Le chocolat sensation was a fantastic mix of textures with the creamy ice cream, oreo cookie crumbles, soft chocolate cream, and the solid smooth chocolate pieces. I definitely appreciate that they gave a complimentary birthday dessert, which was an fruity mouse cake. Ordered the La mer cocktail which was definitely unique--I know the menu described it to have clarified milk but I was still surprised for it to be clear in color. I'm glad I tried it but not sure if I would get again.Pros: The service was 10/10, very attentive. Loved the complimentary offerings from the bread, birthday dessert, and even the cookies they gave us after we paid the check. Cons: pricey as expected, small quantity, and not everything fit my taste. Parking is $3 up to 4 hours at the Paradise parking garage nearby or you can do street parking. All in all, I came in knowing to appreciate it more for their one-of-a-kind food experience rather than bang for my buck. Fantastic service. Overall a good experience!

What can I say, it's an experience! They had a restaurant in Vegas and I m very excited that they opened one here! We came here for our anniversary it is definitely something different from your normal restaurant and fine dinning. From the crafting to the presentation of each dish is simply incredible. It's a place to go if you really want to experience something different. We ordered the evolution menu it does not come cheap, but it is something that worth eating at least once in your life time.

Wonderful experience! Came for our anniversary and did the 6 course dinner - all items were exceptional! The service is next level since you're at the counter and staff is constantly checking in on you. Even though your at the counter, it doesn't feel tight, the music and lighting is just nice enough to hear the person your with and not those around you. Great experience!
