The food here is great! The staff are wearing presentable, uniforms and the place has a modern look to it.The chicken was probably one of the best I've ever had. It was bursting with flavor, which made me want to lick the bones.The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the staff pushes plates on you. I guess they get some kind of compensation for upselling certain plates. Other than that the food is great!

Delicious food, excellent customer service. The location is great not too far from my job. I went with my best friend & we got appetizers, drinks & dessert. Everything was perfect.

10/10 recommend!!! All their food is amazing! Their drinks are tasty, too, especially the piña colada and their sangria, YUM! The chicharones are literally to die for! And their arepitas are so crunchy and delicioussss. I've come other times and gotten their combination appetizer plater, and that's really good too! The tres leche is one of the best ive ever had but the chocolate marquesa de nutella was a little too rich and thick for my taste. The service is always so friendly and very quick, they're very helpful if there's anything you don't understand and they can even show you pics of foods on the menu. The ambiance is very family oriented, and peaceful. I love it! I highly recommend coming here if you want scrumptious food!

Francisca's was my recovery dinner on a rainy Memorial Day Monday after my trip. I was dropping off my laundry and stopped just to good a good solid meal after my "soaked" weekend. The tostones had a nice crisp to them, and the yuca was nicely steamed and flavored with garlic mojo. I liked that my chicken breast had a nice smokey flavor, plenty of meat and juicy. With the almond dusting and rich nutella my pudding was the perfect closing. All in all, the food was a solid 4 if not higher.The reason why it just makes 3 stars is similar to that of a few other reviews: service seemed slow, judgy and unattentive. The minute that I said I was only drinking water only I could sense the service being less than enthusiastic. I was offered bottled water - no problem in the wallet for me - but was surprised to later be able to get tap water at the end. I had to wait more than a little between plates. When I asked another waitress for utensils I got a "I'm not your waitress" instead of more politely offering to get her. Also, they could use better A/C..I like the smokiness in my tastebuds and not my clothes.

Highly recommend the one in Miami Lakes. Visited the one in Doral, but the service was very poor. Food always excellent, we usually order the whole chicken with two sides. Also have had the shredded beef with yuca and congrí which is very tasty.

My boyfriend and I were in the mood for good Venezuelan food and decided to give Francisca a try. The service here is very friendly and all the employees are in these cute hats that add to the ambiance here. I highly highly recommend the mint lemonade here. It is sooo refreshing and it taste super natural making it one of the best lemonades I've tried. We also got the sampler to get a bit of everything which we really enjoyed. I would recommend checking this place out!!

We enjoyed it. Simple, inexpensive Venezuelan/Colombian inspired food. We ordered fried yuca, pandebono - a Colombian cheese roll, and a roast chicken with salad and avocado.My main complain is about the chicken. It came to our table almost at room temperature. We mentioned this to our waitress but she seemed unfazed, my guess is that this is a common issue and they don't do anything about it. Moreover, the chicken comes with a heavy garlic sauce that is not very easy to digest.Nice ambiance, okay service, yummy food that needs better execution.

Came for lunch with family. Great food fast service and nice family atmosphere. Highly recommended restaurant. Melanie was great and very attentive!

Hoy fui a francisca con mi familia, pensé que sería un almuerzo ameno, pero fue loContrario. El jefe le gritaba a las meseras que no me dejaba hablar ni con mi familia, pollo caro, pequeño y mala calidad. Pedí una ensalada de coleslaw y estaba ácida( es decir dañada). Prefiero ir al toro loco que está al lado o literal al McDonald's me va ir mejor
