Really enjoyed this restaurant! Their service was great. The music wasn't loud and I could have a conversation and hear my friend, which I loved! I also liked that they had a dress code - a reason to dress up! Their grilled peach salad was delicious! I did the wine pairing with my food and loved their white wine selection. Definitely recommend! I plan to go back to try their cocktail menu.

Erba is cool. It has a cool, busy ambiance but not hipster or trendy. It is a place where people appear happy to be there and it is obvious why. Fabulous experience all around. We stopped in for a drink at the bar hoping to also get a snack. The two hostesses were lovely and one of them walked us to the bar which was standing room only. We stood off to the side and that is when Alyssa walked up to us with cocktail menus and a warm, welcoming smile. Her hospitality was perfection and April behind the bar was equally great. She is a fantastic mixologist and a great host. These two ladies made our first time at Erba memorable and fun and just an all around great experience. The food was delicious and creative. We had the Cacio Pepe Pave - cheesy but light and peppery with a little bit of naughty. The Grilled Peach Panzanella was cool and refreshing and just the right amount of sweetness. The Halibut was a superstar dish with lemon and mushrooms but light, allowing the fresh fish to shine. We are Chef Patel fans and know we will always be in for a culinary treat if he is at the helm but he outdid himself in finding two star team members that are the gold standard for a place as nice as Erba!!

Wow!!! What a true hidden gem. This place screams luxury from the decor, to the service, to the food, it's all impeccable. Came here for dinner forgetting it was Miami spice but so happy with everything I tried. Hidden from the main view off of 41, this gem is on the street level of the lifetime building. Parking in the building is simple and in line with what you pay for in the area. The decor is dark, romantic, very sultry. The food was amazing! I had the hamachi crudo and the Mahi mahi, it was divine. The olive cake was delish. I would come here for a special occasion any day.

I surprised to see that Erba did not have higher ratings. My fiance and I came to try their Taste of the Gables menu and absolutely fell in love. The service was phenomenal. The waiters were extremely attentive and super courteous. I absolutely loved how thorough they were in explaining the restaurant's inspiration and where their food is locally sourced from. The restaurant really drops you in a romantic European restaurant. It is a perfect date night. It is extremely romantic. We absolutely loved everything we tried. The peach salad and the olive oil cake were everything. And don't get me started on their homemade focaccia. It is outstanding. You can't go wrong coming here

Miami spice menu did not disappoint. We added the wine pairing and it was really good but we both did not like the third wine pairing, which was a dessert wine. I'm not a fan of dessert wine (not much of a sweets fan). I spoke to the GM, Carmelo, and he was happy to provide an alternative that was perfect and Joel, our wonderful server, made that possible. From the greeting of the hostess to the service, ambiance and experience throughout, the rating remains a 5. Please do check them out and know that they have a happy hour that serves cocktails/spirits until 6:30 PM. Enjoy'

Erba was nothing like I thought it would be. The interior decor is absolutely beautiful & honestly made me more excited to try the food but unfortunately my experience was not as amazing as the ambiance. We sat down & got to enjoy happy hour drinks. The Negronis & Spritzs were $12 instead of the usual $16-$20. I ordered the Alameda Spritz & I thought it was light and refreshing. I do have to say, the service was fantastic but not sure if it was because there were not many tables seated when we got there. We ordered two appetizers to start. First, the Hamachi Crudo: it was delicious. My favorite dish of the night & the only one I thought was worth ordering. The other appetizer, the Mozzarella Arancini, was burnt & the rice was still hard inside. Do not recommend and I was heavily disappointed. My four friends and I came specifically for the Pasta Experience. We were all so excited after hearing good things about it on social media. As soon as the first 2 dishes came we knew it was not going to be the experience we had heard about. The portions were so tiny and for $45 per person we thought it was not enough food. We each got to try a couple bites of each pasta and that was it. I think we would have been better off ordering our own pasta dishes priced $5-$34 and sharing them instead of paying $45 each person. Underwhelming & disappointing experience, left still hungry and spent over $500...

Erba, brings a an elegant, hip yet classy vibe to Coral Gables. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and romantic. Our server was very enthusiastic and I found it amusing he mentioned our dining experience would be life changing. The service was excellent the food was also good but I can't say it was life changing. The food was all very fresh and it was cool to hear they use local ingredients from a Homestead farm. This restaurant is pricey so you have to be willing to splurge on your dinning experience.

I walked into Erba with an open heart and an empty belly. I was greeted with a beautifully appointed restaurant. Loved the pink undertones and dark wood. I came with a party of 5 who were all interested in the Pasta Tasting Experience that only takes place from 5:30-8pm. We enjoyed the happy hour menu of $12 Negronis and Spritzers. The service was impeccable. Truly wonderful waitstaff who anticipated our every need. The sommelier was knowledgeable and definitely elevated the experience by recommending what might have been the highlight of my meal, the wine. Really, thank goodness for him and our wine pairing as the actual "pasta experience" was lack luster at best. We did start with two appetizers for the table, the mozzarella arancini and the hamachi crudo. The hamachi was very well prepared with a nice citrus flavor. The bread they brought out with the butter candle was also done well. Next, the pasta started coming out in the order it was prepared. The portion of the pastas were disappointing. We each paid $45 and the table was presented with a single person's portion of pasta to share. Despite the portions, I was still so rooting for the pasta to wow me. Each dish that came out was mediocre or slightly better than mediocre at best. The whole table felt the same. Not one person was impressed or left wanting to try more or order more. Maybe if we ordered from the menu we might have had a better experience. But overall, it was just a ho hum dining experience that left me underwhelmed and frankly still a little hungry.

This is the best restaurant to grace coral gables. Chef Niven and his team have out done themselves again. I have dined here several times and is consistently top-notch. It is hard to have a favorite starter because they are all so unique and incredible, even the marinated eggplant sounds so simple but I put it near the top of the list. You will not find better carpaccio anywhere (Italy included) and the muscles are superb as well. The proteins need no introduction and the pastas are great as well with my favorite being the agnolotti. Service is top tier as well, they are the one restaurant we have been to that carries our favorite wine. There is really no place like Erba with an ambiance that matches the food and service. Great place for a drink, date, occasion... will be back
