Seating is patio, bar or dining room. The interior dining room is beautiful! The outdoor patio is great for people watching. We enjoyed dinner! Photos posted...salmon tartare, home made pasta bolognese, seared branzino, dessert and a spicy ginger vodka cocktail! Everything was amazing! The cocktail was exceptional too! Service was fantastic! You have a server and assistant keeping your water glass filled. The bread basket was good too! Huge plus, the pasta is made in house. I would love to return to try additional dishes. Very good!!

Took advantage of the Miami Spice menu for Dolce. It had been a while since I had been to Dolce inside the Gale hotel. Still a great quiet spot for a date or just to dine. The spice appetizer I chose were the jumbo shrimp cocktail which was not my favorite. The cocktail sauce tastes more like marinara and the shrimp were a little gummy. Although not bad not the best. The star here was the rigatoni. Wow it was pretty amazing the sauce was on point. I asked for some chili flake and made it spicy. It was delicious and the sauce kept thickening throughout which made it even more flavorful. And for dessert there was only one option the white cake with toasted merengue and raspberry sorbet. This too was so good. The cake was very moist not dry at all. I'd say well worth it for the Miami spice deal. The only thing was there was really no ambiance. The air was broken so they had a fan blower while it wasn't hot, it was the only thing we heard all night. No music at all. But it's Miami and we know these AC troubles really well. Service was on point though Christian was delightful. Good to know that Dolce is still a solid choice!

I was there for a business dinner. The ambience of the bar that I could see briefly was modern and inviting. The private room we were at in the back upstairs was nice and complete with a private bar. We were served family style dishes with pasta, and some kind of salmon dish. Perhaps it's a fairly big party of 30 people so my pasta was overcooked. But the side dish with mushrooms was delicious. The salmon was overcooked as well. The service was OK at the private bar, but they had a hard time going in between chairs to properly for our drinks so my water glass was empty the whole night. Perhaps in a private table the experience would be better

I had an early dinner on Dolce patio (in Hotel Gale) so people watching was fun. The complimentary bread with olive oil was good but would have been better offered with Parmesan cheese & fresh cracked pepper. I had a delicious mango mojito mocktail....so refreshing! And for my entree I had the lobster ravioli which was encouraged by my server. Unfortunately, the pasta dish was underwhelming...not bad but not the best. Sadly, the asparagus tasted better than the actual ravioli which should have been the star. Overall service was nice!

Overall I enjoyed the food at Dolce. The dishes were flavorful and well presented, the dishes seemed reasonably authentic and had fresh ingredients too. There is no denying this restaurant is very touristy because it is in a hotel right in the middle of a popular tourist destination, although I'm not sure if that is a reason not to go. I did think the service was a bit brisk, and properly could have been improved slightly but it could have been an off night.

Well I hate even saying this As I don't like to leave negative comments my goal is to always start at five stars and stay there I keeping an open mind. But this morning while getting breakfast service was very disappointing. I'm not sure what's going on the food was good the coffee was good once received but there was no follow up on the 2nd cup 3rd cup etc.We're probably gonna be eating here one or more to one or two times because it's convenient to the hotel.It'll be interesting to see if they're consistently this way or is it better next time.Love the Location, love the ambience, love the food.

Good restaurant in south beach. Still a tourist trap but higher quality than what you will find on Collins ave. The ambience is pleasant, good vibe pleasant staff. I had the TAGLIATELLE AI FRUTTI DI MARE which was pretty good, decent price for what was likely previously frozen seafood. I give a higher rating as finding something like this on south beach is a treat.

Best steak. Amazing restaurant for sure. Been here 3 times and always A+ service and great food. Their portion not very big but enough and delicious

The location is perfect, right in the middle of one of the most happening intersections on Collins. Food was outstanding. Service was what you'd expect at a white table cloth restaurant. I really recommend their ravioli pasta. I would definitely go back

The dinner at Dolce Italian was a pleasant experience with a nice outdoor decor. The staff was very welcoming even for late evening service. Their famous lobster ravioli is also available under Miami spice menu, which was very light and tasty. The risotto was ok.
