"Bombay Darbar knocks it off the park every single time I go. From the service, to the ambiance it's a coconut grove staple that just gets it when it comes to 5 star hospitality. This Indian Restaurant is home to one of the best biryani, butter and chicken tandoori you'll get in the 305. Its authenticity and richness in flavor are truly to a whole other level. I crave this spot so often, it's one of my go-to spots!"
"First time ever eating here! I've had take out before that was delicious so I knew it was going to be great. We went for dinner around 7pm on a Sunday, we were seated right away at a round table. We had 6 people and it was a little tight but we made it work. We started with some naan, we choose the garlic and the cheese. Then we ordered a bunch of mains like chicken tikka masala, saag chicken, paneer tikka masala, tandoori chicken and tandoori shrimp. Everything came out quickly and was perfectly cooked and spiced. I would highly recommend checking this place out next time you're in the area!"

"Pretty good restaurant close to downtown Fort Lauderdale. The food and service is good and ambiance is nice but the portions are relatively small so make sure to order a bit more than you normally would. There is a decent sized parking lot in front of the restaurant and doesn't require payment."
"Our experience with Indian food in Miami wasn't great. This place opens late in the evening, and we stopped by after a tiring day. It's a spacious venue with plenty of tables and a bar.We were greeted by one of the staff members, who seemed busy. She showed us to a table and left, leading to a long wait for water and menus. The menu looked decent with some great options, but it was another long wait for her to return and take our order. We ordered mixed vegetable pakoras for appetizers, and for the main course, butter naan, paneer tikka masala, and vegetable biryani. By this time, the restaurant was almost empty, except for a couple of groups finishing their dinner. She returned after 10 minutes to inform us they didn't have biryani, so we ordered additional naan instead. Another 10-15 minutes passed before our food finally arrived. The paneer tikka masala was delicious with great flavor. The butter naan was soft when served but quickly turned hard like a brick, making it difficult to enjoy. While the food was mostly good, the service was disappointing. It was already late in the evening, and leaving guests unattended for so long was not what we expected. Better communication about any delays would have made a difference. I hope they improve their service for future customers."
"I came today and was delighted that they offered a thali and a lunch special on a Saturday day. I tried their chicken tikka Masala. It was very pleasant."
"When I'm craving for something hearty and spicy, I go for Indian food. And this place was just what I was looking for. Authentic, delicious, and affordable. It's just too bad it's an hour away from my home but it sure was worth the drive. We came here for lunch so we just shared some appetizers and their lunch plates. Started with the Tandoori Chicken Momos and Gobi Machurian. Wow! The momos were sizzling and so yummy and the Gobi was so addictive. For the main courses, we got the Chicken Vindaloo Special and the Lamb Butter Masala specials (see my pics). Each order comes with Rice, Lentils, Salad, Samosa, Chaat, Naan, and Dessert all for less than $20. What a deal and so filling. Perfect portion especially if you're on a time limit. Also, we got an order of the Lamb Chops. Again. Sizzling hot and perfectly cooked. OMG. I'm still drooling thinking about it. Big fan of this place. Good service. The place is clean and modern with good parking but the food is really the star of this Indian restaurant. Just the presentation alone will impress you."
"I ordered Goat roti for take out. The service was super slow. The roti was greasy. Not spicy and not impressed. The place is good to come chill with a few beers but not the best if you are coming just for dining. Plenty of parking next to the restaurant."
"It had been a while since I had Akash but I recently ordered it twice and it was so so good and fresh! I always order delivery and food gets here fresh and warm. My order remains the same - mango lassi, garlic naan, vegetable korma (with basmati rice), and vegetable samosas. Their portions are generous. Prices are a little high but definitely worth the treat. If I ever need to call about my order, staff is nice! Definitely one of my favorite places in Miami Beach!"
"Very nice indian restaurant, a little hard to find if you haven't been there before as you have to make a u turn to get in the plaza. Inside is nice simple decor with a lot of Indian enhancements. As a brown background I was pleased to see the culture incorporated. The restaurant did have a variety of different backgrounds having dinner which I loved. Menu offers a variety of dishes, some of the breads that I loved were the garlic Naan and the aloo paratha. Aloo means potato so it's like a potato stuffed roti but more indian than carribean version. If your looking for a safe dish to try, I would look into samosa, butter chicken or a shrimp curry. WE tried the lamb boti masala and the only issue we had was they forgot to make it and it took so long to come out. We sat watching our party of 10 people all eat there food and we were just waiting hungry. The staff did apologize amd took care of it and I appreciated that. We ordered it medium spice but I think they forgot but it was okay because they can give you a side of pepper sauce so you can make your own spice level. The flavors were all on point of alla dishes. Everyone enjoyed everything!"

Good Indian food. Restaurant is located in a nice area in Coconut Grove. Once inside, it's a lot bigger than how it looks from the outside. The decor inside is pretty nice.I had the Butter Chicken and a side of Garlic Naan. The chicken was good with the right amount of spice. For dessert, I had the Pistachio Kulfi. If you'd like to have Indian food and get away from all the noise in Miami, this is a good restaurant to check out!

Anyone who knows me, knows I am ALWAYS on a quest to find Indian food. So today I tried here. The service was fast and friendly. The food came out super quick too. I ordered their Chicken tikka masala. This was offered on their lunch menu. The tikka masala sauce was spot on. A really good sauce! The naan bread was rather stodgy, I have definitely had better. I would come back and I do recommend.

Just tried Indian Harbor for the first time, and wow, I'm officially a fan! I ordered takeout via Uber Eats, and they really nailed it. I'm all about that spicy life, and they delivered--both the eggplant bharta and chili chicken brought the heat! The eggplant had a deep, smoky flavor, and the chili chicken was perfectly spicy without being overwhelming. Everything was so good that I'm definitely adding this spot to my regular rotation. If you love Indian food and appreciate a good kick of spice, you've gotta check this place out!

Love, love this place. First of all, you would never know this place existed looking from the outside in. It is inside a random strip mall in Doral. But as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a door into East Asian decor. Grand, and opulent. Truly you are transported elsewhere. The food is spectacular. Great flavors and all the food is fresh. I brought my friend here who had never tried Indian food and is picky. The waiter told her to try the samosas as it is a classic and well made there. They did not disappoint. Two come to a plate with a nice tamarind sauce. The sweetness of the sauce with the spice of the samosas was on point. We also ordered the chicken tikka masala and the saag paneer. Both were delicious. The butter naan was so fluffy and a great addition to any dish on the menu. The service is also great. Never a need to ask for water, Yoandra kept it coming. All in all, this place is a must try if your in the area. And definitely a more than viable option for Indian in the southwest area of Miami. What's more made my picky friend into a believer. She said she would absolutely come back.

DELICIOUS INDIAN FOOD IN MIAMI! I highly recommend giving this place a try if you've never had Indian food. The owner is very kind and friendly. He was very attentive with our orders. Our food came out within 10 minutes. Very fresh and hot! We came for their lunch special which includes a good amount of items and is very filling. Very delicious! I will definitely be coming back again!

Finding a place like this nearby was very exciting. We grew our love for Indian Cuisine during our time overseas and had been missing this type of food for a while now. It's a small restaurant but we normally go during lunch time and have not had issues, not sure how it is during busier times. We also ordered this week with Doordash and were pleased. My favorites are Chicken or Shrimp Tikka Masala and Chicken or Shrimp Vindaloo. I usually go for the medium spices, yum. As far as naan bread, either one is fine by me. Then again I do love me some bread, so I'm happy with original or garlic naan. Service has been great each time, and I find the Atmosphere to be relaxing. I totally recommend if you are in the area.

I recently ordered ahead 12 pieces of fried chicken from Joys Roti Delight, and my experience was mostly positive. The chicken was ready upon my arrival, and it was fresh and delicious. The restaurant itself is spacious with plenty of room for dining in and offers a great selection of Caribbean items on the menu. The staff were pleasant and friendly, making the overall experience enjoyable. However, one downside was encountering two random people trying to sell items. One was in the lobby trying to sell jewelry, and the other approached me as I was leaving. This was a bit off-putting and detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience. Despite this, the quality of the food, the considerate pricing, and the friendly staff make Joys Roti Delight a place worth visiting. I would recommend dining here if the issue with unsolicited sellers could be addressed.

"The service was great and food was even better! This place did not disappoint! Food was fresh and everything was delicious. I had the Cheese Naan to start and it's was good - it's the Indian food version of a quesadilla, but a dinner kind of cheese. Soft and made to perfection. For an entree I had the Paneer Tikka - delicious over a bed of rice. If you're with a group and you don't feel they brought enough rice, don't hesitate to ask for more! I don't blame you, their rice is so simple yet so yummy. Will definitely be returning !"
"What a sweet lil mom n pop Indian restaurant. I thought I knew of ALL the Indian spots, but this slipped my radar, until today. The service was fast and friendly. My friend and I decided to have their unlimited thali vegetarian dish. You receive a butter nan, basmati rice, a lentil soup, and two other vegetable dishes, as well as a pudding. Everything was delicious and had that homemade Indian feel and touch to it. You are allowed to get additional for no extra charge if you want to. I also tried an Indian chai tea, which was very pleasant. I would and will visit again."
"Anyone who knows me knows I was a fan of the late Anthony Bourdain. He visited a lot of Miami restaurants in his time and this is one of them. This one is in little Haiti I have not eaten there yet but I definitely want to.Whilst here he ate - jerk chicken, curry goat, roti and cow foot soup"
"Today I came for their Sunday special : tomato choka, eggplant choka, salt fish served with naan. With a bottle of water, it costed a meager $8+. What a deal. And the food was fresh and homely. The quantities are huge. Quick service. Has Bollywood music playing in the background giving it a Dhaba or small town restaurant feel. The naan felt doughey but other than that it's a must try if you are into budget friendly ethnic cuisines."
"Came by for some Trinidadian food in a road trip in Florida. The shop is casual and located in a small strip mall. There's parking in the front and very ample parking in the back as well. The staff were extremely friendly and food came out lightening fast. We got two doubles which were a delicious mess of chickpeas and roti. They were generous with the filling and gave us a healthy splash of their hot chili sauce as well. The beef pie was good but not as differentiated and a bit skimpy on meat filling, but the doubles really stole the show. Interior has some seating but is mostly take and go. Prices are very affordable for the portion sizes."
"A small mum n pop Indian grocery store. I love places like this. I bought a few things I would not normally be able to find and purchase in a standard store, so I was pleased."
"Highly impressed with all the dishes we tried. I expected good (because of the high Yelp rating) and I was right! We ordered some of our usual favourite dishes - Saag Paneer and Butter Chicken. We chose mild spice but I would say we could definitely go medium spice next time. Each restaurant have different spice levels (sometimes we order mild and it's really spicy, so we wanted to stay on the safe side) but we barely tasted any spice. I loved that both dishes were generous, came with basmati rice and the food was not oily. Many Indian dishes are flooded with oil/butter (which is understandable, no complaints) but I prefer less oil and it was perfect. You can still have delicious dish without the extra fat. So hands down this was amazing! The naan and samosas were also really good. Samosas were pretty spicy though, just a warning. We would definitely come back again to try other dishes, probably Chana Masala and Tikka Masala. Also have to note, the owner of the restaurant was very friendly and welcoming, even though no one came to check up on us during the meal and ask if everything is okay, if something else is needed. But it's okay, no complaints."
"Why would I drive all the way to Midtown for Ayesha when there is actually one closer to me? One word: Dosa. Dosa is a gigantic, thin and crispy crepe from South India. Most of the Indian restaurants here don't offer it, and a few times I found it on the menu only to get something disappointingly soggy, thick or bland... The Midtown location offers some South Indian specialties, and their dosa does not disappoint. I love every bite of it. And their garlic naan - it is the most garlicky naan I've ever tried, or, any garlic bread included. The naan is pillowy soft, and loaded with fresh minced garlic. If you love the stinky rose this one is for you. I am a bit disappointed that their menu takes the format of choice of sauce + choice of protein. As Cake Thai's mom once told me, the sauce is developed to accompany the type of meat and shouldn't be interchangeable. Imagine an Italian place offering alfredo chicken/beef/pork/salmon or a French place with beef/pork/chicken/fish/tofu bourguignon. You won't take it for an authentic place would you? That said, we did enjoy all the dishes we ordered, the service is very nice, and we had a lovely evening."
"I tried their chicken tikka masala. I tried their garlic naan. Both were delicious. I ordered via Uber eats. Delivery was prompt, however I was supposed to have received two Naan breads as they had a deal, buy 1 get 1 free. I only received 1."
"Thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Such a great addition to the Sunrise area. The restaurant used to be called Saalan but is now occupied by Maharaja Bistro. Piping hot fresh food and naan in a small but cozy setting. The Medium spice is spicy so beware. The garlic naan is addicting and the lamb Rogan Josh is yum! Definitely will be back and you should check them out too. Small business owners need love too."
"I've been coming here since 2006 and really enjoy the authentic home-made flavor and the variety as well as the kindness of the owner, who goes above and beyond. I like best the karahi plates and the biriyani, and the kheer never fails. Ultimately, I am impressed with the efficiency in all forms whether dine-in, carry-out, or delivery."
"Delicious indian taste in Miami: we really enjoyed the food and would be visiting again."
"I recently went to Bengal Indian Cuisine for lunch. Bengal Indian Cuisine offers up 16 vegetarian options for main entrees that are cooked to order and served with basmati rice with many of these that can be made up vegan. I opted for the lunch buffet and was delighted to find that there were five vegan options available on the buffet including veg pakoras, sabji mix, chana masala, aloo shag, tadka dal, and vegetable fried rice. Majority of the chutneys were also vegan except the raita and there was also kheer for desert that had dairy. It was nice to see vegan options on the takeout menu along with a colorful tiger. The buffet is both veg and non-veg yet the abundance of vegan options made me happy. All the food was delicious and even better than the food was the service. I had a natural affinity with the waiters Eswar and Chandra. Both were from Andhra Pradesh State in India which is quite off the beaten path where most foreigners don't travel to and spent quite a bit of time there. I enjoyed sharing Indian culture with them. They both provided warm welcoming hospitality and exceptional service. The ambience here was nice. Met some locals dining and they say they come here at least once a week along with someone traveling from Israel. Bollywood videos played on the television. Highly recommended and I will be back at some point!"
"From the moment you walk in ... it's an instant wow this is nice. The staff was nice and I thought it was really cute that they asked if you wanted a bindi. Like of course I wanted a bindi while eating Indian Cuisine. The service was nice, the food was delicious. My only thought was that I wish the dishes weee already serviced with rice but here everything is a la carte style. The dishes appear to be small in size but with a few selections a party of 6 was easily able to share."
"tony hole in the wall, ma n pa Indian. The smell leered me in as I was passing by, and I am a sucker for Indian food. The food is laid out buffet style - so you can see the food before buying, which is always Nice. I had a lamb curry, with lemon rice and a side vegetable order of Aubergine. The flavours were mild and delicate and gave me the impression of home cooked food, rather than a restaurant establishment. I also ordered a garlic nan, which I did not enjoy. It was too think and the garlic was garlic salt, and had too much on it."
"A nice spot for Indian takeout tucked in a condo building in North Bay Village. They do have tables if you dine in. It's a bit pricey, but the flavors are delicious. The matar paneer and aloo gobi are my favorites. It's family owned, so it's great to order from here, get a tasty meal, and support a local business."
"This new and aptly named restaurant first surprised me with their buffet, not only offering up southern Indian dishes usually not found in other buffets I've been, but also the appropriate spice levels that gives Indian food it's full magic. Can't take the heat? That's what the Raita is for. Dinner was the next surprise, and here's where you can control the magic, but take note; the magic is strong!Start with mild and work your way up. One of my friends who normally likes to take spice level to "eleven" is perfectly content with ordering medium here. I have to agree with him on that, I ordered my Kadai Lamb hot, and it was properly HOT. That's a good thing, and it shouldn't change, but I think it may be a shock to the uninitiated. The menu is extensive, even offering indo-chinese items and many veg options. Prices are reasonable and so are the portions. The staff is very friendly and the place is very clean and bright, even nicer than the pictures would suggest. It's a little premature to call it "the best in Miami" just yet, but they're off to a great start."
"This was a perfect recommendation location outside of the usual Caribbean restaurants everyone ventured to. It's a family-owned and operated Guyanese-Chinese fusion restaurant which will now be added to my #SouthFloridaEats spots. Located in a strip mall, the food was prompt and tasty.... the music was pumping as it's also a sports bar Definitely check it out.E A T SFried Rice, Chow Mein, and Fried Chicken I could have eaten an entire plate of the #chowmein... sooooo good"
"Booomb Indian food. Some of the best I've had in a long time, which is a pleasant surprise from a takeout only joint found on Uber eats. The first time we tried, the vivid flavors reminded us of food we hadn't tasted since the delicious Indian street food of our travels in Asia. We have since ordered three times in the span of a few weeks. Each time we order something different and it is all wonderful. I am especially partial to the paneer dishes. It tastes so fresh. Many other delicious eats though, including Indian dishes common and less common to American menus.Absolutely try this place out next time you want takeout. It has quickly become one of our go-tos!"
