"After dropping a girlfriend off at the airport, I was looking around to have some healthy food before hitting up the spa. I have tried the places a cross the street but never noticed Elia. I parked in the street, plenty of (you supposed to - paying) spots. I walked in and was welcomed. I looked around at what they offered and only noticed the menu on a printed paper at the counter. There is no display of their food menu. In crayon there is a beverage menu but I had to assume it is for their smoothies by the names, no details given anywhere on what is exactly in the smoothies.I ordered the Elia signature wrap with grilled chicken, arugula, tomatoes and their signature feta spread. It looked beautiful in the tomato wrap. Super healthy! And a large amount of chicken in it that is perfectly seasoned. On the side there was also a delicious citrus light dressing that matched perfectly with the wrap.The only thing I missed was a water station. There was none and as soon as I had my food everyone disappeared in the kitchen. I assume they don't offer water so you would buy one of the waters, teas or sodas?....There is one table of four and then also two high top tables that provide condiments and napkins.The food was ready fast and delicious. A Greek radio station was playing American eighties hits while I was devouring my wrap."

"If you read my reviews cleanliness is my number 1 PRIORITY at an establishment.Everywhere in this restaurant spotless clean. Amazing location, great service and fantastic restaurant.It is bunch of restaurants on the block, you have options. There is Japanese, Italian, Burger joint and Mediterranean and Turkish.Very refreshing interior, have outdoor seating makes you very comfortable. I must say, its been a while didn't enjoy my dinner as much i did at Kalamata.Very accommodating.Great dishes, grilled octopus, crispy sigara borek, fresh Mediterranean salad.And then Organic Chicken kebab, and Lamb Adana Kebab. "This was my first visit to The Greek Joint. I turned to Yelp, of course, when the restaurant one street over was completely booked. I love Greek food, so It was worth a try! The staff was friendly and very attentive, from the first moment until the end. The food was very good, and the prices on par with other restaurants in the area, but maybe slightly higher than expected compared to other Greek restaurants. The dip Platter was a great starter, I loved the spicy fetta spread the best. The stuffed grape leaves were really good, but not what we were expecting. They were warm with a combination of rice and meat, topped with a creamy lemon sauce. My husband had the gyro, sorry he didn't let me get a pic before he tore into it. It was filled with meat, tomatoes, onion, and a healthy serving of tzatziki. His fries were thick and crispy; it also came with a small side salad. I chose 2 separate items rather than an entree. The Spanokopita was tasty with the flaky filo and plenty of spinach filling. My salad was huge, but not what I expected, as there was not your typical lettuce base, which is what I was looking for. It was good, but again, not as expected. I think more details on the menu would be helpful, especially for items that may be different from the norm. We skipped dessert as the items listed weren't typical Greek desserts, which was a bit disappointing, but we were full anyway. I would definitely return though, especially for a casual lunch."

"Is it Greek? Is it Italian? It's delicious! Great selection of Italian and Greek food topped with great food and good portions. The place can get loud and hot if it's packed. And getting a table can be tricky so make sure you make a reservation, specially if you are trying to go on busy weekends. Service was very good and the food was brought out in a timely manner. The lentil soup was delicious and the Quattro formaggi gnocchi was exactly as I remember from Il Villagio which apparently has become part of this restaurant. Pricey but worth it!"

My cocktail was delicious - similar to a Hugo Spritz. The grilled octopus was delicious and tender, the roasted eggplant was good but the star was the green salad. That is not a joke...the dressing was well balanced with the sage and citrus, and the greens were so fresh. The skirt steak with fries was a winner as were the lamb chops. To note - it's not really a cucumber salad that accompanies the lamb chops...it's an assortment of herbs with some long slices of cucumber and a few tomatoes. It is good but more of a large garnish than a salad. We were too full for dessert but will definitely be back again!"

"This spot may become my new go-to lunch spot. I discovered Nuda Pura via Instagram recently and decided to give it a try - this Greek restaurant is like no other! From Leto friendly, gluten free, and vegan forward options, to authentic Greek/Mediterranean eats, Nude Pura truly keeps authentic rich flavors while keeping it healthy! We tried out a few things which instantly became my favorites: - homemade freshly baked pies - chicken gyro - fries topped with feta - Greek salad Everything was perfectly made and is served in big portions. The food is filled with flavor, fresh and delish. My favorite was the pie because it was just so different from any I've ever tried! (Currently craving it!) Aside from the food, the service and ambiance is so welcoming - with nice floral decorations all over the store and smiles on literally all the servers faces, this place felt like home. "Good food - slow service. For the second time we out to dinner with about 10 others. We all ordered cocktails and dinner. Drinks were good and strong but the food came out in a slow crawl. I was taking pictures through the dinner and there were nothing but smiles before and after our drinks arrived. After another 30 minutes slowly a plate would show up and the rest of us would pout. Most annoying dinner moment has to be seeing a plate cross by you to land in front of someone else. Every bite was delicious and cooked to perfection. No one had anything bad about to say about the food. Worth the wait? Don't know if we could justify the wait. Those that chose to have appetizers had either oysters or soup .... I ordered the Spanakopita and it appeared when at least 2 others were served their entrees. But it was delicious. No clue what was going on in the kitchen that was cause the large wait. Restaurant looked less than half filled.The quality of the food keeps this place worth visiting again, (lamb or grouper is always a great choice) but hopefully the service moves faster."

"We stopped into The Greek Joint when they first opened last April 2023. I remember driving by this location by accident, as I frequent Target next door. I've heard people talk about the original Greet Joint location in Hollywood but we have never been. We're always looking for delicious Greek or Mediterranean restaurants as we went to in Santorini for our honeymoon and the food is UNREAL!!!This place is very nice and I dig the simple and modern decor of the space. The patio dining area is very spacious. For the interior dining area, they have booths and tables. The bar is located in the back by the kitchen and bathroom.The food is delicious and authentic. The cocktails are flowing. We've had several different items on a few visits here. We've tried the following:* Four Dip Platter* Greek Salad* Chicken Souvlaki Sticks* Moussaka* Grilled Octopus* Stuffed Grape Leaves* Shrimp Santorini* Grilled Lamb Chops* Grilled Whole BranzinoMy favorite dishes are definitely the Four Dip Platter, Greek Salad, Grilled Lamb Chops and Grilled Whole Branzino. Everything was quite tasty. The Grilled Lamb Chops and Grilled Whole Branzino were cooked to perfection and had such great flavor all in all. The Grilled Octopus was great the first time around. The second time we had the octopus, it was just ok. I think it was the texture second time around that was meh.I remember the Chicken Souvlaki Sticks were a bit dry and the kids didn't even finish the dish. Moussaka was ok but it didn't blow my mind. The Stuffed Grape Leaves were too mushy for my liking. The Santorini Shrimp was delicious huge pieces of shrimp but the sauce was lacking.Overall, we really enjoyed The Greek Joint and it's nice and local.The vibe and service here is wonderful. "This restaurant accommodated our large group of 20 and I must say that I was impressed with EVERYTHING they sent over. Service was wonderful and the patio was classy and breezy. The tables were set up and ready for us as soon as we got there, and food came out right after we ordered drinks.Cocktails/mocktails: Our group had a bunch of both, and they were all very good. I'm partial to mezcal drinks, so I really liked their options on that. The mocktail group really liked the lychee mocktail, though some found it too sweet. Hummus/dips sampler platter: All of the hummus was good--my favorite was surprisingly the beet (I don't actually think this was hummus). It was lightly sweet and beet-fragrant, and I honestly ate it on its own because it was so good. Pita was also toasty and made just right. Ground meat kabobs: I didn't want to butcher the name, so I just left it with the description. They were like little meatballs, which were a bit dense. I actually wish they were slightly bigger in the hopes that it wouldn't be as firm after being cooked, but flavor was great.Chicken kabobs: This is chicken breast meat, and it was incredibly tender and juicy. Usually I avoid this dish as most places make it dry and not very good, but Komma made it perfectly--we had around 4 giant dishes of this and it was done well every time.Grilled vegetables: You can't go wrong with grilled vegetables, assuming it was cooked through. This was, and it actually paired well with our leftover dips/hummus. Dessert platter: The lava cake was a giant favorite, as well as the baklava. To be fair, the baked rice pudding was also good, but I thought it was a bit plain. I generally prefer middle eastern baklava and Indian kheer though, so it's definitely just a preference thing. My fiance was wildly into their other dessert, which was some sort of custard wrapped in phyllo. Basically, everyone liked at least one or more of all the desserts. Go with what your taste buds usually like and you won't be disappointed.Our giant group waddled out the restaurant satiated and incredibly happy. I highly recommend coming here for large events/parties, or just for a romantic date night."

They were very accommodating and patient with the shifting of seats. Staff is super friendly and professional, and although it seems like a small restaurant, it feels bigger and open due to the white walls, murals and portraits of Greece, and big windows. For an establishment that has been around for 50 years, it still looks very enchanting and feels like you're actually in Greece for a moment!The host ordered an array of appetizers, so I got to try the traditional Greek salad, the fried cheese, grilled chicken, pita with hummus, tzatziki, and I want to say the third dip was babaganoush but I could be wrong and think it tastes similar. Afterwards, we were free to order more food so my husband and I shared the lamb skewers (hidden in the sides section of the menu) and Greek sausage. Both were heavenly delicious and packed with flavor! The lamb by itself was already juicy and flavorful, but the owner recommended to have it with tzatziki sauce and it was the cherry on top!This experience was delicious and authentic, we'd definitely come again!"

"My friends and I came today for their Miami Spice lunch. It did not disappoint. The staff were lovely, friendly and Turkish to boot. I used to have an apartment in Turkey many years ago and reminisced of my time travelling through Turkey. It reminded me of that culture.Inside the restaurant we had a wonderful round wooden table set up for our party. We were made to feel special. We were not rushed in anyway. We were told that as we were a party of five, we should try ALL on the Miami spice menu to get a good all round experience and would be able to savour everything. So, we agreed. It was a wonderful feast of homely food that hit the spot. I loved the decor inside the restaurant and appreciated the historical element of the old Pump House. Being English I miss cultural history. The decor inside was gorgeous. The gardens outside were pretty and I would imagine they are magical at nighttime. The service as sweet, friendly and personable. The food did not disappoint. So yes, they're going to be pricey.Though not in a clubbing day, I stopped Friday night after cocktails nearby, needing some sustenance, and enjoyed their chicken kabob platter with fries and hummus. The chicken was pretty juicy and the fries crispy. My hummus could have been a little richer and / or seasoned like my usual Mediterranean spot but no biggie. Make sure to save space for their baklava in I believe a honey sauce. It's slightly flaky and with a good balanced sweetness. Perfect to complete your recovery dinner!"

I called the manager the day after when I took a closer look at the bill and she was able to adjust for the sneaky upcharges. Took forever to get our wine. The food was delicious, everything from the zucchini and eggplant chips to the fish, but the prices are a bit outrageous. You're paying for the location after all. I did not like the baklava for dessert, it was tough as a rock (not soft and flaky like it should be) and did not taste like any baklava I've ever had. All in all, we probably would have had a much nicer experience here if it hadn't been for our unpleasant waiter. It was three of us (elegantly dressed middle aged ladies celebrating our friend's 50th birthday) and he single handedly ruined the mood and the evening for us. What a shame."

Since they operate as a cloud kitchen, all of these options immediately become available from the comfort of your own phone at late night hours making it even more necessary. The interior is small but perfectly arranged with a green leafy facade overlaying the wall leading into the kitchen emphasizing a plentitude of ambience in a slim layout amongst a corner shopping strip located on 135th and Biscayne. The most impressive approach to their operation is the range of foods offered within a short window that's prepared by order offering such a wide range of availability during late night hours in a central location. Not many spots in Miami can uphold of their qualities. It's comforting, convenient, affordable, and most importantly deliciously fresh and intriguing. It was a pureed soup, not chunky, which surprised me, but the flavors were so good! The prices via Uber Eats aren't too bad either."
