"Great little Cuban bakery located in a strip mall. It's open during quarantine, and they've done a good job getting organized and prepared for social distancing. You can order your favorite pastries and Cuban coffee to go. The ladies are as sweet as the guava pastries, and I'm happy to see places like this still operating. Visited on a weekday and they had consistent customers. Prices were great."
"What cute little place full of lovely French patisseries. Mmmm!Miami is so full of culinary flavor that you're able to find a French bakery in the middle of Westchester. It was National croissant day. I ordered an almond and a chocolate croissant. They were so soft and fresh and full of flavor. The almond croissant is the best croissant I've ever had.The store's absolutely cute. The staff is super friendly and the chefs are authentic. I asked and confirmed that they really are from France. They have an assortment of pastries, coffee, breakfast as well as decadent cakes. I can't wait to go back! Try and stop by and see for yourself."

The croissants seem to be their specialty that range from savory to sweet starting with Plain, Ham & Cheese, or Turmeric to fillings like Apple, Chocolate, Almond, Guava & Cheese, Oreo, or Nutella just to name a few. They do not skimp on quality or quantity. Just say oui oui to We We's, you will not be disappointed."
"Discount Cuban Food.Three of us ate for $30 in total ... not too bad.Coffee, rice, beans and maduros were absolutely wonderful.Mains, soups and baked goods were meh.On the plain meat I got served for my main course (Liver with onions and green peppers), I forgot about the hot sauce on my table.I have little doubt that hot sauce would have helped a lot.* * *Arahi's is on the eastern fringe of Little Havana.Go west on Calle Ocho and you hit the epicenter of the Little Havana tourist zone. This part of Calle Ocho is to be avoided like the plague.Go farther west and you are in Cafe Versailles and La Carreta land.Once again Cuban paradise has been restored.* * *You are not here for legendary Cuban. You go to Havana Harry's for that. You are not here for portions that are massive beyond massive beyond massive.Again you go to Havana Harry's for that. You are here for everyday Plain Jane Cuban at an attractive price. The place is 2/3 full most of the time - which is pretty good.Nearly all of the customers are old Cubans. There is not a tourist to be seen. The menu is written in illegible handwriting on a plastic board.Bring your reading glasses.Bring your willingness to take random guesses as to what the more incomprehensible lines actually mean. But there is more to like than to dislike. If you ate here regularly, you would find the main dishes they have here that are actually pretty good.* * *If you go to one and only one Cuban restaurant in Miami,Arahi's bakery shouldn't be it.If live in Miami, you are not made of money, and the rent for your apartment is killing you,Arahi's looks better and better."
"My first time. This store has a big arrangement of products and olives. This is an interesting place to visit. I walked around and noticed the desserts counter. Everything looked good. I bought a few of them. I don't know the name to what I ordered but it was good. It tasted freshly made. The store towards the bag has a little restaurant with tables and chairs. the menu is limited but the locals speak highly of the food here. I ordered the lamb kabobs. It was good. I enjoyed it. I also bought a pita. That was also good and tasted fresh. The worker behind the counter was very friendly and helpful. This store was a great fund for me . The store has it's own parking lot. It is right behind the store. This store is easy to spot it's located on a corner and has a good size sign"
"Fashionista enough that it fits the Miami Design District (They even have a door tall enough to accommodate the style snobs with the long noses pointed up to the sky in chic superiority as they strut to lunch or that coffee pick me up after a day of sizing up the marks, er, clients looking for a $200k kitchen with the range tip that hovers in mid air with the German brand label conspicuously visible. Ah, but I digress. This is their watering hole, and, given the grave looks I received from a couple of them lunching, I had pierced the inner sanctum. The restaurant that it attached to is for us, I guess... On to the food. The pastries, salads etc are destination even if you can't pronounce any of the French names on the street well. Drop a star for watery espresso with an odd burnt taste. The brownie bite was from scratch and authentic. The beautiful people will be in love once the district gets its shopping maul (and yes I spelled that correctly) overhaul."
"A small cafe tucked away inside the Brickell arch office building (the one that looks like a giant surf board), this place saved us in a busy morning heading out for a snorkeling excursion down by the Biscayne National park! We were very specific with our order - two turkey and cheese croissant w/ a cafe latte for breakfast, and while we are chowing down in the atrium area around the corner, pack two pesto based sandwiches for us for lunch. The gentleman - Algerian guy, responded to every request with a "yes boss" and was just such a pleasant gentleman to deal with. The croissant was filling and delicious though slightly greasy, and later on our lunch sandwiches we opened at one of the keys inside the National park was surprisingly delicious and filling. Bread looked hard but wasn't difficult to chew through and portion was great though it initially looked small. We both enjoyed a banana as well as part of the lunch item. Office workers are lucky to have such gem inside the building because if I worked there, I'd get my breakfast here half the week! When complimented about his outstanding & positive attitude, he simply smiled and said "I believe we are all ONE people." Amen to that bro- keep it up boss. We need more people like you!"
"I stumbled upon this delightful little cafe the other day while I had dropped my car off for service down the street. If you're like me, and have become completely obsessed with Emily in Paris, this spot allowed me to live my best Emily life sans the impeccable fashion. I sat at the counter and ordered a ham and cheese croissant and a cafe au lait. The ham and cheese croissant was delicious and just perfectly warmed. The coffee was also great. So good, in fact, that I had another. I loved that they had oat milk as an option for the coffee. The total bill for two coffees and a croissant was $14. A total steal. The service was super friendly and you can tell this spot is authentically French. I found this place super charming, and would definitely go back. You can find street parking on Coral Way, as it is in the same strip mall on 17th where Old Libson is."
"On a Friday afternoon, I was surprised to see this place SUPER packed-- do people work? Place is busy but surprisingly we were able to snag a table with no wait.Smoked Salmon Salad - Salmon to greens ratio is perfect, PLENTY of capers Orange Juice - Fresh squeezed, on the tart side Biscoff Jar - This was MIND BLOWING, was seriously debating on bringing another back to the hotel Anyways, I definitely recommend y'all stop by and have brunch when you're in the area!"
"This place is great. Yes, it's a bit small and can get very busy and crowded, but the folks that work there do a good job of noticing who is next to be served. They have a large selection of bakery goodness. The prices aren't too bad either. I always get a cafe con leche sin azucar and a couple ham croquetas and cheese empanadas because those are my must-haves at any Latin bakery in Miami. Then I like to just go buck wild and point at a couple things that I don't know what they are and try them out. I have never been disappointed with my random choices. If it has custard in it, it's gonna be good here."

On my way to FIU and wanted to grab something light for breakfast, so I refer to bakeries on Yelp and came across this phenomenal place with a variety of authentic Latin pastries, sandwiches, and other delicious treats. I did not know what to choose.. everything looks good! I ordered the ham and cheese croissant sandwich, house made ham croquettes, and beef empanada. I have enough to last me while on campus. I surely will return whenever I'm in the area.

Glad to have my favorite raisin bread pastry so close by! It's so moist and sweet but not too sweet. The golden raisins are my favorite part. I've never been able to find another one like it in the south Florida area! Sorry I didn't take a photo since it was in my mouth as soon as I got in the car. ;) it truly made my afternoon. I fasted the morning just to have it. The service was quick and the price well...its worth it. ;) I recommend you also try the almond croissant and the tarts. They're all delish!

Didn't try many things but the guava pastellito was the best I've had in Miami. Guava cheese was also good but the guava was the winner. Would go back and try more!

Hole in the wall grocery shop with a variety of middle eastern seasoning, rice, canned pickles, cookies, and more. In the back there is a restaurant that sells plates of falafel, hummus, and meat. There you could also find frozen food imported from the Middle East. In the front, you can find a variety of cheese and desserts like baklava. My personal favorite are the pistachio, walnut and cashew baklava.

Cute little cafe in the design district with moderate pricing. I enjoyed the option of ordering their side salads a la carte and chose a quinoa with veggies that was quite tasty. And I'm not typically the quinoa type.... The container was around $5. They also offered egg salad, seafood salad and a brussel sprout salad. I'll be back to try the chicken Milanese that my coworkers speak highly of but was sold out by 2pm when we arrived.

This is a takeout spot manned by 2 very efficient women who made me a delicious avocado toast and a great cafe con leche. I really enjoyed the breakfast and they even brought it out to the little tables in the courtyard outside. Good food and excellent service.
Visit Restaurant Page"Chocolate Fashion is such an adorable Coral Gables staple. If you love croissants, coffee and French vibes, this is your spot. I have traditionally visited for pastries and breakfast but they have a solid lunch menu as well. The atmosphere inside and out makes you feel like you are in France, and I love it. If you have a special occasion, they also have phenomenal pastries and desserts. This spot has stood the test of time and has been a neighborhood favorite since the early 2000s. In Miami, to stand the test of time with great service, good prices, and delicious food is truly remarkable. If you haven't visited, make your way there for a treat. Parking is available on the street or in a few parking garages nearby."
"First time here on a very hot 90-degree summer day. Our wait time was 1 hour standing outdoors!! We were sweating by the time we got to our table. This is Nicky Jam's restaurant, who is a famous regaettton artist. It is an all-day brunch place at the Bayside Marketplace.Inside is very Instagramable for photos. We had the La Boricua Hamburger and Chicken n Waffles for our main courses . They were amazingly delicious!! For our dessert, we split the Barbie Pancake, which was out of this world yummy! We were carbed out by then, as you can imagine. We will definitely return again, but on a cooler day. Parking is not easy, but you can find a place. This area is a must for tourists because of all the sights and shopping and activities. It is always busy and popular."
"La Boulangerie is a decent place to grab a bite and coffee.Last time I was there I had the avocado toast with salmon and pickled red onions. While there was nothing terribly wrong with the taste, the toast was super mushy. Also, the service was extremely slow, so I wouldn't recommend dining there if you're in a huge rush."
"Joanna's Marketplace has been around for years. They have delicious baked goods, sandwiches, meals, desserts, and unique food and drinks from other countries. During holidays, it's always packed with people ordering and picking up food. For example, during Thanksgiving, people line up to get freshly prepared and cooked mashed potatoes, turkey, sauces, vegetables, sides, and more. There's seating outside so people can eat and drink. Super dog friendly. The employees are really nice and welcoming, which is pretty rare in Miami. My favorite items that I've ordered in the past are almond croissants, cookies, salmon sandwich, cooked vegetables, and more."
"Picked up a baguette and a ham sandwich here before the beach. The woman serving us was a bit clueless, but did her best at helping us. It's a small but cozy clean place, with a couple of tables out front. There's barely any prices posted, their salmon sandwich was $15, which is a bit crazy."
"Fantastic pastries and coffee, the bakery has a very nice decor, the coffee was wonderful and the venue was comfortable.I ordered a pastry Bretzel (the cream, chocolate nuts), FABULOUS, delicate flavor, soft and delicious, also the Egg Benedict breakfast and coffee. (Medium Americano). The egg Benedict was served with Ham, two eggs a side of green salad, it tasted very delicious. The coffee was roasted and hot, it was a fantastic coffee. The staff was friendly but you have to pick up your food and figure it out were to get napkins and plastic cutlery and condiments. Plenty of parking at the plaza and outdoors seating is available. Strongly recommended."
"Years ago, there use to be a bakery on Alton Road near 7th street run by a super sweet jewish lady, and there was nothing like the bread and pastries coming out of that place. Then one day she decided to retire and sold the place. Zak the baker kinda brought that back to me, but with a modern twist. You have to try their bagels. These bagels far exceeded my expectations. I daresay they were better than the bagels I had in Montreal. Added some of that nova cream cheese... Forget about it.Then there's their chocolate Bobka..... Oh my bobka.. daaaaang. Also, the size of it! Took me 3 days to finally finish just that one slice. Service couldn't have been better. Really friendly people, attentive, and courteous. I can't recommend this place enough."
"Five stars for the walk-up window to get the best con leche and colada and I loved the empanadas maybe too much. I finally had to cut myself off from a daily visit. Gracias!"
"This place was awesome. It seemed like all the locals came here. I went here on a Sunday morning and it was so busy but they handled it very well. I came here because it was close to my hotel but honestly didn't disappoint. I love when I can get fresh juice!!"
"Found them on Yelp & drove from Doral just to try them out. It's a hole in the wall. Few tables inside & out. But worth it. We ordered the House Croissant & it was absolutely delicious. The cheese breed was jammed with creamy cheese. The coffee was also great. The service was surprisingly. Hard to find good service when places are slammed. I would make the drive to come back. Try them out!!!"
"If you like sugar then this place is going to be like heaven for you. They have quite a few pastries and all of them should be very appealing to you. it's an Argentenia restaurant and a store where you can find other goods. From coffee to pastries to so much more, you should find something that pleases you. Not a meat eater so can't let you know about those options but can certainly vouch for very good desserts."
"Wonderful bakery - clean, simple decorations. The service was patient and sweet, as we had a few questions about a few things, as this was the first time experiencing this type of bakery. Unfortunately, there was a language barrier. Guava & Cheese pastry - flakey, buttery pastry. The guava and cheese were not too sweet. Delicious.El Cubanito: Patty of beef and chorizo, ham, cheese, potato sticks, pickles. The bread of the sandwich was good. It wasn't pressed down like I thought. But all the meats tasted good. The potato sticks were an interesting twist. Good overall sandwich. Cortadito - short shot of expresso. It was a nice little place to just relax. I think they were supposed that we sat there for as long as we did."
"This is a solid family restaurant! So much so that I went twice this weekend! Tucked into a corner of Coral Way and just off 22nd Avenue, I stopped in Saturday while on my morning jog. Around that time, I was one of maybe three other customers and stopped to watch the world cup. I sat down, almost in line with their very large screen TV and watched France beat Belgium while enjoying their timely water refills (I was working out), sweet fried plantains and a generously larged, well done pollo a la plancha (grilled chicken breast). Of course, I also enjoyed an espresso.Fast forward to taking mima to lunch Sunday. When I was there Saturday, I saw mostly families and mom prefers typical Latin comfort food dishes. Today, I did indulge! We were attended by the same friendly staff and got a nice corner table also with view of the TV. World Cup matches had finished, and they were nice enough to change the channel so that I could watch the NFL games (Go Dolphins!!)My Sunday supper was their Churrasco. A very large piece of smoky flavored meat that covered a lot of plate real estate (and had to take half as takeout), complemented with three large crispy tostones and their red bean soup (frijoles Colorado) all indulged my palate as the Dolphins win indulged my sports fandom. The egg on the steak ("a caballó") was nice and runny for extra flavor and protein. Why would I leave steak? Well their yuca fries were nice and crispy; put together with Papa Colombiana (a baked potato with a melted cheese sauce) was too good to skip. Besides, I had to leave some space for their creamy tree leche dessert (and another Cortadito)."
"I came here after seeing some reels about this place and their brunch. The menu is huge and they are known for some of the specialty coffee drinks and menu items. I came on a Monday and was seated as soon as I walked in. The place is pretty open and airy. I ordered the Croque Madame "Our Style" which came with an American Coffee and natural orange juice. The portion was huge and I was not able to finish it. However flavor wise the food was bland. I feel like I could have made the same breakfast plate at home. My friend ordered the salmon egg Benedict and she said it was good but nothing out of this world. Not a huge fan of this place."
"I was looking for a place within walking distance to the beach, where I could sit down and have a big breakfast before baking in the sun all day. Area 57 seemed to fit the bill. I came in on a Tuesday just after 9. Most people were coming in and ordering the baked goods/empanadas to go. I ordered a decaf cappuccino, which was pretty good. For food, I had the breakfast skillet, which had potatoes, plantains, sausage, bacon, cheese, and eggs. I don't normally like plantains but something about the plantain/potato combo just worked. I didn't care for the sausage, which were more like cheap hot dogs. The skillet also came with a slice of toast. I ordered a beef empanada for later, as a snack at the beach. They make it fresh because when I ordered it to go, they said it would take 10 minutes. Even eating it hours later, it was really good and I was surprised. The beef was perfectly spiced, and not dry. The empanada shell was made of corn, kind of like an arepa, and it was perfectly fried - not too greasy.I will warn you that you have to be careful with the bill. They charge you a convenience fee to use a credit card, and tack on an automatic 15% service fee. I didn't know and I paid a tip on top of that. They're sneaky about it too because on the bottom, they include a "suggested" tip (after having already collected one). The convenience fee and the service fee is based off your order total so let's say you ordered some things to go (like I did), they'll still charge you a "service charge" for those items.I did really enjoy the empanadas so I would say skip the menu food, and stick to the bakery items, get them to-go, and pay in cash. Then you can avoid all the hidden fees."
"We were in Miami for a retreat and some of our friends had visited Charlotte Bakery earlier in the week and they had to bring us back. It has such a cute vibe and the gal behind the counter was as sweet as pie. There are so many choices including both Venezuelan and Argentinian empanadas and treats. After looking at everything I finally decided on a cheese tequeno, an Argentinian spinach and ricotta empanada, and an Especial Mariscos (seafood) empanada.I actually wasn't even able to eat any of it until later that afternoon. The cheese tequeno was so delicious. The bread was soft with a slightly sweet taste and it was packed with cheese. The spinach and ricotta was packed with flavor, crispy on the outside, full of filling on the inside.I actually didn't get a chance to eat my Especial until I brought it home from Miami to Vegas! It held over well and I was able to have this special memory of Charlotte Bakery back at home. It had a good spice profile and filled with bits of shrimp and other fish and vegetables.Next time we visit Miami, this will be on our list to stop by again!"
"Keik Bakeshop is hardcore Barbiecore, a bright, playful, and whimsical trend defined by a very particular shade of pink. Owners and friends Wilfredo Ulacio, Carla Villalobos, Pedro Torres and Alejandra Romero opened their pink themed all-day café in Doral in 2020. They have now expanded to Pembroke Pines. I came in the middle of a rainstorm which played in my favor. There was still a 20 minute wait but by the time I left and the sky cleared, the line to come in wrapped around the building. Inside the small restaurant are tightly packed tables and booths, pink walls, draped florals, and servers decked out in more pink. A glass display case showcases a selection of inviting pastries. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a sweet treat, the towering Keik's cakes in flavors such as Cocosette, Heart Pavolova, Layers Cake Guava Y Dulce De Leche, Rocher Cake, and Strawberry Shortcake are sure to impress. The Keik Bakeshop menu features over the top breakfast and lunch options like Oreo, Banana Split, and Guava-and-Cheese Pancakes, eggs benedict, chicken and waffles, two hand loaded burgers and sandwiches, Brigadeiro Cappuccinos, bowls, salads, and soup. The menu has a lot of interesting and unique sweet and savory options. I ultimately decided on a ham and cheese croissant and a vanilla latte which made for the perfect mid morning treat. The latte was beautifully presented with a pink foam heart on top and the croissant was hearty and filling. I took a slice of the Coconut Almond Cake with me to enjoy later. The attentive service, beautiful decor, and inventive menu make this a popular spot for birthday celebrations, showers, and girlfriend meetups. They were also a number of families enjoying brunch. Note that a tip is automatically included on your check and I appreciate that they pointed it out instead of sneaking it in. It was a pleasure to finally check out this adorable café and I look forward to visiting their new Pembroke Pines location soon."
"Another outstanding addition to the Motek Family of restaurants, you know them... yalla and Motek Cafe, that place that's in every corner and each location makes you feel in the Mediterranean? Yup, now they have a bakery and the best part? It's in my morning walk/run/drive to school. A quick grab and go and I'm sure they'll have an app you can easily get rewarded from being a loyal customer Camilla over at the ordering counter knows how to guide even the never been there before customer throughout the entire menu. A simple yet delicious baguette or a challah bread before the holidays and you can feel at home. YALLA!!!"
