Mezzanotte Ristorante

Love Mezzanotte! Perfect date night! Beautiful inside and out. Quiet enough to have a conversation. Outstanding food and service! Katie did a great job taking care of us.We started with the pumpkin ravioli which is amazing! Savory with a cream sauce, great with the bread. MrM wanted the Hampton, grilled lamb chops, pistachio mint jelly with a wedge salad as usual! I decided on the chicken piccata. The chicken was pounded thin, pan seared, topped with a mouthwatering white wine lemon butter sauce with a dash of capers. Just the right balance. So Good! Although my dish came with spaghetti parmigiana, we always share an order of risotto. Creamy, delicious, haven't found any better in the area. Served with fresh shaved parmigiana cheese that melts in your mouth. And who can pass up fresh brewed cappuccino and crème brûlée? TIP: They do not allow you to bring your own bottle of wine. They do have a nice bar selection if you prefer.

A very good restauraunt. Nice selection of dishes and wines. Friendly and attentive but not bothersome waitstaff. Great place to dine as a couple or with friends and family.

Great food and even better service. The owners (husband and wife) are usually there and make you feel always welcome. While the entrees are great (we like the filet and chicken Marsala), don't forget the appetizers. And of course, banana's foster for dessert!

We liked the lamb and the bread. The lower half of the salmon was a mushy goo. Sole was served with a lot of sauce, so it covered up how the fish tastes. The waiter said that he did not know how to make the bananas foster when we placed the order, so we should not order the bananas foster or he would need to pay another waiter. This caused a snafu at our table. But the bread and the lamb were tasty.Loud place, so not great for conversation as another review had said. The restaurant was dirty when we came, along with the bathroom. Red walls (and this fly at our table) didn't help. You can probably tell how dim and red the lighting was from the photos of the menu and food, so just a dim atmosphere. We probably wouldn't come back here regardless of the food and service, and it's nothing against the owner.

Never been turned away from a restaurant before I was told they were full not even let's see if we can accommodate you guys....was a HARD NO! Open table had reservations at 715pm and later. I know it was 5pm on a Saturday but come on.Dined here before and never needed a reservation so embarrassing and the she handed me her business card.Won't be going back that's for sure!

Amazing dinner and service. Filet was cook perfectly, and the carbonara was on point. Only thing I would order again was the calamari, it was bland, only thing that saved it was the aioli.

My husband and I really enjoy Mezzanotte. We love to support local businesses as well. The husband and wife that own it are always there and working hard! They obviously take great pride in their place. In the past we have ordered: lasagna, Pappardelle Bolognese, pork chop, lobster ravioli, chicken fettuccine, desserts and many others. All have been excellent. I would recommend anything on the menu. I am eager to try one of their flambé desserts! So few still do this dessert theater! Their tapas Wednesdays are a real treat and you can try many dishes at once. They have live music on weekends and it's always the perfect background to a great meal. The talent is never too loud or intrusive. They do get busy and sometimes service can be a bit slow. We waited one hour from order to delivery last night but enjoyed the music and ambiance while we waited. I do highly recommend reservations especially on weekends. My one complaint is their limited wine by the glass menu. Nor the fact, they do not allow you to bring your own wine. I'd be happy to pay a corkage fee so that I can have a nice glass of Sauvignon Blanc with my meal. We'd definitely go more often if a Sav Blanc was offered. Other than that ONE small wine issue, that is a personal peeve, Mezzanote is a local gem. Take away; definitely make a reservation and go on a weekend when they have entertainment!

Had the best experience! My husband and I stumbled across this hidden gem a few months ago. I decided to bring my kids this time around because we love Italian. (17&8yrs) I love that our server was able to accommodate our picky eaters needs and made him feel like a little grown adult. He was able to drink his soda out of a "wine" glass. Food was amazing the restaurant itself is small but comfortable vibe. They have a "lounge" type singer who is amazing. Absolutely recommend this mom and pop place. They have outdoor seating as well.

We wanted to check out some local restaurants in the area to help support local and find good eats near us. This place did not disappoint. The hostesses greeted us and they were dressed beautifully. We were seated and we enjoyed drinks, appetizers, meals and even desserts lol. We wanted to try it all, as you should when eating Italian Everything was great, service was great and we still talk about our experience at the first restaurant we tried in our area.
