The cashier no matter how much she may be repeating it to customers she needs to ask all the options for customers to choose from:Size of the drinkLevel of sugarToppings The cashier looks annoyed when I asked for the level of sugar option and answered like she's do not want to be there..and she still made the drink soo sweet when we only asked for 30%. Never again!

Fun boba spot in Chinatown!Nice place to set up and work, easy to walk to but obviously not much parking. Located right beside the arch.I like the mix of flavors, but I wish they offered less sweetness in the drinks. Maybe they do if you ask, but it wasn't advertised or offered. The taro slush was yummy but the flavor was a little drowned out by the overwhelming sweetness. The boba was soft and chewy, just as it should be.The mango fruit tea was good as well and the lime helped cut the sweetness, but it was still hard to drink much because of the sweetness. The fresh mango was nice too. Overall this is a good spot, but definitely ask to dial back the sweetness if you can.

Stopped by here purely because of the name, so adorable, I just wanted to keep saying Mew Mew, Mew Mew haha. There are so many bubble tea places in Chinatown now, so anything to make it stand out right? Got the grapefruit tea and mango Bingsu. Both were good, not amazing, but good. The Bingsu was reasonably priced at $5.50 before adding toppings. The interior is pretty boring compared to some of the other cafes in the area, but it's serviceable and does the job.

Super super cute boba spot in china town right by the friendship arch I had the mango shaved ice it was delicious!!!! We also tried the strawberry tea with boba pieces Very very good The cashier was super sweet and healthful and they had a very large lobby with seats and even an upstairs seating areaVery reasonable prices and some of the best mango shaved ice I've ever had!

A nice place for shaved ice , milk tea and more. I wish they worked on their decor to make it nicer looking. Overall, the desserts were good. I came here with a friend and we had the dirty oreo and taro milk tea and they were both good. The mango bingsu was also delicious. The service was fast and polite.

Honestly, the service felt rushed despite me being the only person in line with my friend. The ambiance left something to be desired. This location has the potential to be cute -- especially with the cat theme and general aesthetic; but this location is just so run down. However, this is some of the best boba I've ever had! Go figure. (I had the taro milk tea smoothie with classic boba). I didn't think to order any food.

Lots of boba places in Philly Chinatown and this is one of the new ones. Ordered Thai milk tea with pudding, 50% less sugar. It came out pretty good, but the pudding texture was just OK. Flavor was good, but nothing really stood out.

The bubble tea was so bad, the flavored ones dont contain milkThe sticky rice desert is literally unflavored rice swimming underneath ice. Literally stay away!!! Owner refused to give a refund despite terrible drinks/desert.Do not go here!

Very cute boba shop that looked good to try instead of my usual chains: Gong Cha, etc. So I come in the girl cashier was nice, and the place is clean. So I had high hopes. The boba was not cooked right, very chewy, and the tea just tasted like a not well mixed powered. It needed to be thrown out. I had already left the shop and I didn't wanna go back and complain. So I hope someone sees this and can change the recipe, I didn't see a website anywhere. Sorry but not a good drink.
