"We decided to try this place as it was close to where our friends live. It was not busy at all. We were there just after 11, so we missed breakfast. Huge selection of items. We all had something different. Our friends ordered the French Dip and the meatloaf. They said their meals were good. French Dip had so much meat and the meatloaf was a huge portion. We ordered the Hit Ham and Cheese. Again, stuffed full of ham. I ordered the Cheeseburger. Again, I could barely fit this in my mouth. Brandy was our server and she was great. Very friendly and very attentive. They have tons of specials, Fish Fry on Fridays and live music on Fri & Sat, plus Happy Hour, Trivia, Free Texas Hold 'Em. Those are the ones I remember. We loved this place and we will most definitely be back!!!!!"

"Found Lucky Lou's American Grill on Yelp and wanted to give this place a try. And I give it 5 stars and here's why:Wait Time: I came in on a busy Thursday night and I really only had to wait 15 minutes. I am not sure if that can apply to everyday but the speed and efficiency of the staff and the people coming and going was quicker than any other wait time from all the other places I've been to Staff: The staff are really chill and friendly people. They all seem to enjoy their jobs and it really shows as they are checking up on us and making sure it's good. It really gives a great vibe.Atmosphere: The atmosphere is pretty great. It's got a nice comfortable feel where you can hangout with friends or loved ones. Combine that with a good staff and pretty good food, there's not much else you can ask for.Food: I ordered the cheeseburger medium rare and with onion rings with a side of barbecue wings. The cheeseburger was really good, I felt like the onion rings were much better here compared to the other places I've been too, and I have no complaints toward the wings.Sanitation: Usually what prevents the places I review from attaining 5 stars is that there's always something gross, sticky, or something is off that makes the place feel gross. I'm glad to say I did not find anything dirty coming here and sitting down. So they got a good wait time, good staff, a great atmosphere, delicious food, and it's all clean. I had no issues with my experience coming here and it's places that don't give you problems that deserve 5 stars. Would definitely recommend"

We're so glad we did!We were immediately greeted upon entering. The staff was very welcoming. The space is fun, vibrant, and inviting. I was pleasantly surprised to see that the menu prices were very reasonable. At the time of our visit, they offered quesadillas starting at $6, three-taco plates starting at $10, etc. I ordered the following to-go:Shrimp quesadilla $12Cochinita pibil tacos $10Elote $6Guava and fig cheesecakeThe food was tasty! I really enjoyed my quesadilla which was filled with asadero cheeses and seasoned shrimp. My son loved his cochinita pibil tacos. It was recommended by the staff. The guava and fig cheesecake was excellent. The elote had good flavor, but was too soupy for my taste.I'd definitely go back to Tacos Chisco next time I find myself on the west side!"

It seems they've improved their wine list. I tried a couple of nice wines at a really reasonable price.There's one not so good thing. Their pretzels bites. My husband has always loved them. They used to be buttery and soft. He ordered them the other day and they were overcooked/very dark and oily. The oil smelled really bad. Our server took them back and replaced them with a new batch. They were still just as bad, but not as oily."

There is a good amount of outdoor seating and plenty of televisions to catch a game. The service was very good and the prices were reasonable for the area.I had a hatch chili chicken sandwich and my wife had the house burger. We started out with an order of onion rings and that is definitely the house specialty. I noticed a number of tables had wings and they also looked very good. There is a full bar of course, and they apparently have some car shows periodically. Overall, a nice spot that I would definitely go back to again."

"This used to be Matty G's location. We always liked it to. But more times than not, we were the only ones there. This was our first visit to DTC. The obvious changes were the seating and added tv. Did away with at least the majority of the uncomfortable metal seats that had the high narrow back. So at least there are other options. To include some booths. The menu is a little more upscaled. At least for drinks. Still great burger options. And you can get them with 1-3 patties. The French fries are awesome! Light, crispy, fluffy. Oh my. They have an all day Friday happy hour. Love that. Most places have nothing on Fridays. They also offer a 10% military discount. Support those that support the troops!"

"We came here on a Sunday afternoon. I had wanted to come here for a while to try their pizza. Our waitress greeted us as soon as we were seated. She took our drink order. Upon browsing the menu I realized they offer so much more than pizza causing me to waiver on my pizza choice. I did decide to order the 10 inch pizza. They allow 3 toppings, but I chose 2 additional toppings for 75 cents each.The pizza was out in about 20 minutes. Time passed quickly as they have about a dozen TVs around the place. There was a basketball game I got interested in. The pizza came out with the warning, "the pan is hot". The pizza was good and hot too. There was a bit more cheese than I prefer, but not too much so the pizza was not greasy. This pizza had the perfect amount of sauce. The flavor was slightly sweet with a hint of garlic. There was a generous amount of toppings, probably because I had ordered 2 extra toppings. The sausage was like sliced Johnsonville sausage. The crust was thin, not bready or brittle crispy. There was a nice golden brown on the bottom side. As a pizza snob, I rate this pizza 4 stars. This is a good quality pizza ranking near the top of my favorite pizzas. I am listing it on my best pizza list. I will be back to experience more of their amazing munu. They have a fish fry that could possibly make my best fish fry list also."
